Chris and Sarah’s place is magical. It feels like your own slice of paradise. They were extremely accommodating and the place, the grounds, and beach were all stunning. The beach feels like your own private oasis with nice chairs and umbrellas and away from all of the resorts. I highly recommend staying with Chris and Sarah and I will 100% stay here again when I come back.

My husband and I booked this villa for an anniversary and babymood trip! Due to it being off-season things were very quiet and we had the beach to ourselves. That made for a really enjoyable stay. The location of the villa is a few miles from the action of Grace Bay which is nice if you are looking for a more quiet and peaceful vacation. The bikes came in handy when we wanted to check out to the main area of Grace Bay. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Had a wonderful stay at the Oleander Villa.. The pool by our villa was not open but Luz showed us to the other pool on the third day. We spent most of our time down at the beach. Bring snorkeling gear or you can rent it on the island. The private area on the beach has umbrellas as well as lounge chairs and the reefs are just a 100 yards away. Amazing fish and reef life to explore. The villa was clean and the bed was comfortable .

The Oleander Villa was the ideal place for my husband and I. Beautiful, well maintained, comfortable, very clean and quiet and away from the big resorts and mass of tourists. Equipped with a safe, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, cable tv and air conditioner. The pool is just outside the front door, the private beach is a short walk thru a gate across the street where you can find chairs and umbrellas for the exclusive use of guests. There is a very small reef to the right of the beach and Smith's Reef is a bit of a walk to the left of the beach. We went to TCI specific for the snorkel and those were decent spots, besides the Bight, to do it if the water is not choppy. There are a few restaurants close by - SharkBite and Mango Reef are the best (steer clear of Baci). The housekeeper, Luz, is the best and a delight. She came to our villa every day for fresh towels (they also supply with beach towels), gave us the number of a friendly and super reliable taxi driver and both helped us with anything we needed. Be prepared to either use a transportation service or have your own car to get around (they drive on the left side of the road) and bring plenty of cash and money to spend. Prices of services and goods on Turks and Caicos are elevated but we absolutely loved the place.

This is a really special property and a hidden gem. Tucktaway, in a beautiful residential neighborhood, the villas are comfortable, pools are beautiful and the beach is spectacular!! There are beach chairs and umbrellas on our private slice of the beach. The staff are so friendly and so helpful and Luz is absolutely wonderful to help you with anything that you need.! it was so perfect to be away from some other girl hotels, but yet so continue to drive to all of the amazing sites and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed in the Oleander Villa for a week in February 2023. The Villa was very nice, the property was terrific and only a few hundred feet from the spectacular Grace Bay Beach. Luz the on-site housekeeper was loverly and a great help.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, particularly the proximity to the beautiful, private beach and Turtle Cove. The room was comfortable and clean, and a small, quiet pool was right outside. You can walk to Turtle Cove restaurants but there isn't much close by for purchasing groceries etc., so renting a car is recommended (we did not rent one, but I think we would next time). I'd love to go back!

Overall we were very pleased with the property. The beach access is just a very short, naturesque walk away. Great snorkeling right there at the private beach, or just a short walk down the beach in either direction and you can snorkel Smith's Reef or the reefs right out front of Somewhere Cafe (great place to eat, btw). We did not think we wanted to rent a car, but after arriving, we decided we probably needed one. Scooter Bobs hooked us up with a car and had a lot of info in regards to the island. We like to venture out and explore different areas. A car is strongly advised if you are the venturing-out type of persons. There are a few restaurants within walking distance from the villas. All of the crew working at the villas were extremely pleasant. Our villa was tidied up and towels were refreshed each day. A great place to stay and will definitely stay again.

Very short walk to the beach which is exactly what my wife wanted. Luz, the housekeeper was very attentive and checked on us daily in passing. Overall a great spot to chill by the pool go to what feels like you own private beach or rent a car and enjoy the island nightlife.

We had the most amazing time at the Oleander Villa. The room and amenities were great. The staff was so kind and took great care of us. T&C is stunning! We loved the gorgeous pool and quick walk to the beach. Restaurants in walking distance, although I do recommend getting a rental car for part of your stay. Overall we came home with a vacation we will never forget! Thank you!!

This was our first trip to Turks & Caicos and we didn’t know what to expect. Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (Oleander Villa) was in a perfect location, very centrally located yet far enough away from the hotel zone and major resorts to be secluded and private. The property is well-maintained and just steps from the most amazing beach we’ve ever seen; the photos don’t do it justice! From the moment our stay began we were already thinking about how we could return in the future. This is not a place to stay if you are looking for an all-inclusive resort experience—but if you are looking for a quiet getaway where you will be left alone to relax (yet will be totally cared for), Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas is absolutely perfect.

We had an excellent time at the Villas. We enjoyed being a bit further away from the center of Grace Bay village, and our easy access to great reefs for snorkeling! You can’t beat to facilities for the price. The bathroom was small and the bikes are due for an upgrade, but the care and communication were excellent and we will definitely be trying to go back soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter experience of the number one beach in the world!

We had a wonderful time at the Oleander villa. The housekeeper, Luz, was available at all times. The pool was maintained and the overall look of the place was beautiful. Access to two pools, bikes, canal, beach, restaurants, etc all within short walk.

Multiple villas on this property but still a very quiet and secluded feel. Beautiful vegetation surrounds the pool area creating a quiet, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The serene and practically private beach is a short, stone paver pathway walk away. A white sandy shore with crystal clear water awaits as you lounge on provided chairs, with umbrellas available if shade is desired. Property staff are attentive and very quick to respond to requests. Short 10-15 minute drives will take you to many amazing restaurants, shopping and other resort areas. We had an absolutely amazing stay!!

I went down with a group of friends to enjoy a week of relaxation. My friends rented a house two doors down so it was convenient. We were across the street from the beach access and close to many restaurants. I enjoyed staying here and will book this again in the future.

Nice clean property. The manager Luz was wonderful and if we had a request she was on top of it. The only thing I would suggest is that in the oleander villa there was no place to hang wet things to dry. We ended up hanging wetsuits in the pool area but a place to hang towels or swimsuit wud have been nice. Not a break it item for sure. Just a nice to have. We will be back.

First three nights of our honeymoon. Great studio apartment, in a villa complex with wonderful pool, no oven in unit but gas grill and Smoker grill were available and we cooked out two of the three nights. Short walk to beach that was essentially private and beautiful, snorkel gear available at villa complex. Would recommend and would stay again.

We extended our stay in TCI and booked this at the last minute for 2 nights. What a great find! Right across from Smith's Reef with great snorkeling and a beautiful beach! Great place to watch the sunrise. Our little apt/bungalow was super cute and very, very clean! Pools are nice and the free bikes are great to go down the street to grab some coffee or dinner. Very close to Grace Bay (need a car) Would totally stay here again. Thank you

Clean and As Advertised Easy Access to Beach Pool was clean Maybe add baskets to bikes so you can carry groceries home from store.

My boyfriend and I visited Providenciales and this villa was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean and came with everything that we needed. Outside is a small pool with umbrellas and chairs for all of of the guests of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas. There is also an ice machine and grill outside by the pool. Right across the street is a path that leads to the private beach, which is also just for the guests of the villas and has lounge chairs and umbrellas. We couldn't rent a car so we mostly rode the bikes provided by the Ocean Villas, which wasn't a problem because Turtle Cove ended up being our favorite part of the island anyways. The only problem we faced was that our last night there was an extreme problem with the plumbing due to the heavy rainfall, but luckily it wasn't a huge issue since we were checking out that morning. The staff handled it very well, offering us a ride to the airport for our troubles and ensured that they would sort out the issue before anyone else was allowed to stay in the Oleander Villa. Overall, we would definitely come back and stay at this villa again.
