Ventanas insonorizaban muy bien con la calle. Ubicación excelente, dentro de las murallas, a un paso de todas las zonas históricas. No era grande pero tenía lo necesario.

Los vecinos, portazos y ruido no muy alto pero molesto de madrugada, sobre todo uno de los dias. La cama era muy mala.

Appartement spacieux (en dehors de la salle de bain, mais ce n'est pas gênant à nos yeux vu le temps que l'on y passe). Commerces à proximité. Parking à 1 € par jour à 15 min à pied. Quartier calme, même la nuit, malgré la présence d'un bar en bas de l'immeuble. Ferran est très réactif et donne plein de recommandations. Machine à laver sur les toits mais cela ne nous a pas gênés : la vue sur la ville vaut le coup ! Nous étions avec un enfant de 22 mois et aucun problème de sécurité, logement adapté.

Il manquerait un aspirateur (la matière du sol étant statique, nous avons dû passer le balai sans cesse pendant les 15 jours).

The location was excellent.

The photos did not match the reality. It was old, tired, very damp and dirty.

This is a great little apartment in the heart of the old city. Ferran was a friendly host, waiting to greet us at the street door - and it was helpful to have two sets of keys. The bed had a new mattress (very nice), everything worked, and we used the huge floor-mounted fan rather than the air conditioning. The balcony was perfect for people-watching and I enjoyed sitting on the rooftop with a good book, supervising my laundry. It was perfect for two people and we would happily rent it again.

This is not for people who are very large or have mobility problems (as is the case for much Tarragona's old city): there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment and a further 6 to the washing machine in a shed on the roof; the shower works very well, but the rainfall shower head is set quite low and the door is awkward; and there's not much room either side of the bed. Recognise also that you are very near the cathedral, with bells sounding every quarter hour (including at night), and the pleasant bar in the same street can be open from 07:00 until 01:30 the following morning. And I wish that more had been made of the rooftop terrace... for those with a head for heights.

After a while, water leaked out of the toilet and that was really annoying. But it was no one's fault and Ferat had someone come and fix it.

Ideal location for sightseeing and dining. It really was a step back in history and some of the old buildings are stunning. We enjoyed the fact that the city was mainly attracting Spanish tourists which kept prices of food and drink very reasonable and made for a different type of break. Our host, Ferran, was really helpful.

The bathroom sink and shower are very small but I'm not sure anything can be done about this. The pull-out bed is very low. In fairness, these things would not matter if we had booked a shorter stay.
