The location was great for walking to shopping and restaurants/ brewery. The house was clean and big enough for the 8 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great space for family time & quiet street

Great place, great location.

We loved our stay at this home in Lincoln, NH. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Location was great for our hikes and exploring in the White Mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting together as a family around the campfire.

Everything was perfect

We had a blast! In exploring the house we found a game room in the cellar which was another hour of fun. Hot tub was very relaxing. So close to town and a store on the corner was very convenient. Does need a little love on the landscaping and weird that there was food in the cabinets but I say 5 stars!

We rented this property this past winter in conjunction with another family. It had plenty of space for both families to stay comfortably. Patrick and Nicole were very responsive and helpful during our stay. The hot tub is also a really nice ammenity.

5 minutes to Loon makes staying here a great experience. The hot tub was very nice after skiing. Home had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication with property manager. Thank you

We had a great stay at this property. House was perfect for our family, the set up worked perfectly for us as the teenagers loved having the second floor to themselves. House is clean, well stocked and in a great location! Owner responded quickly leading up to our stay, and didn't have to reach out at all during, as everything was as it was listed. Overall definitely recommend, and would stay again!

This place is perfect and I hope it's available in the winter for ski/snowboarding trips to Loon! Plenty of room for even 10 people. Super clean. Right in the middle of Lincoln. Would love to stay here again!

The second floor king bed is out in the open at the top of the stairs and you have to walk through the area to get to the other 2 bedrooms on that level. We were a large party and only stayed one night so it was fine. I don't know what is "newly remodeled" as it was quite rustic, but clean and comfortable. Great location downtown and surprisingly quiet. The two wine glasses you see on the kitchen table in the photo were the only ones in the house. We had to drink our wine in juice glasses, so it would be nice if the kitchen was better stocked. Overall it was fine and we had a lot of fun!

We (8 adults) had a wonderful weekend at the house. We loved the location and were able to walk to restaurants and shops, which was a great perk! We were surprised to find out that one of the "bedrooms" was wide open and did not have any privacy from the other rooms. It is actually a 4 bedroom house, with a giant great room upstairs with a bed in it. We would have been able to fit 4 cars in the driveway, if need be. The downstairs showerhead was very forceful, so most of us showered upstairs in the small standing shower. There was plenty of hot water though, which was a plus! Overall, we had a wonderful weekend, despite not so wonderful weather! Thanks for having us!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, it is 5 minutes from Loon which is why we were there, and I would stay again. I docked one star because there's always room for improvement. The walls are paper thin, the downstairs shower was hard to control, and the hot tub had a hard time maintaining 100 degrees in the cold. Also the jets in the hot tub were sporadic. Some didn't work and others were painfully forceful. There isn't a ton of privacy in the backyard, no fences between the house and the surrounding ones, so be wary of that as well. The hot tub was still very enjoyable despite these things. The driveway is extremely slick if it ices over, so be careful, there was salt made available. Some of the checkout procedures cross the line of what a guest should be expected to do (they expect you to wash a load of towels before you leave?). Lastly, there was no "welcome package" despite it being pictured in the listing. It's a small thing really but if you advertise that as part of the rental you should deliver on it These things could be improved but overall this rental was clean and enjoyable and I would stay again.

We chose this home because it was close to Alpine Adventures...our destination. If you are looking for a place to go where you can park the car and walk to shops and restaurants, this is your place. It is also a great home to relax and spend time in. Very clean with many updates. The beds and linens were comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with linens and such. My husband and I will definitely keep this home on our list for the next time we head up this way.

We recently went for a getaway retreat and this was a perfect home. The location is perfect. It's directly off the highway and in the heart of all activities. We were pleased to find a clean affordable home waiting for us. It was spacious enough for large groups. We noticed that any previous suggestions from other reviews were noted and updated. The couch was new and comfy, there were plenty of outlets, and doors were added upstairs. The shower had great pressure and there was enough hit water for all to shower! The brand new stove and spa were amazing. If anything we would've liked to see a cutting board and maybe air fresheners but that is minor. The jacuzzi was brand new and worked well but it is a 4 person hot tub instead of 6. We were a little early in the spring season but the patio furniture and grill was unavailable so that was a little inconvenient. Overall, this loon mountain retreat is just what you need to enjoy a getaway with family and friends. I would recommend this home to anyone .

The 3star is for a lot of the same reasons that other reviewers have stated. The living room is small and the couches were extremely uncomfortable. A few times when I went to sit I thought I would fall through. Outlets or I should say the nonexistence outlets was a problem. This meant that the only light in upstairs BDRMs were ceiling lights. But the biggest thing was when we arrived the driveway was covered in a sheet of ice because no one plowed or shoveled the driveway. To add to that, no one put sand down and a couple of us slipped and fell. No one was hurt badly but it was a hazzard. But on a good note they have a brand new hot tub and it was amazing. This place would be a 5 star if they replace the couches and added outlets to the place.

House is a little short electric outlets, but we were very pleased.

We liked the open country-style feel of the home. The ten of us enjoyed the game room, it has a great backyard with a lot of space in the entire house. It was very relaxing. We had a great time. We would come back again. Thanks Bernie & Robyn (bka BERBYN)

Spent 4 nights in August at this lovely home. To start Patrick and Nicole were great communicators and any needs voiced were promptly addressed. They made sure that we had a satisfying stay. Their home is charming, spacious, and well designed. Located on a side street with Dunkin, ice cream, and miniature golf all a very short walk away. The children enjoyed the air hockey and foosball tables while the adults relaxed in the hot tub. We had a great vacation and overall this home enhanced our visit to the Granite State. Will very likely be returning in the future.

My family of four has rented condos for a week every summer in the North Conway and Lincoln area for almost 16 years. We were very happy with this home. The location was great and we were able to walk to restaurants, ice cream, drug store, general store, Dunkin Donuts, etc... We had all we needed in the kitchen and the beds were comfy. We especially liked the hot tub! I would recommend.

The location was perfect. The patio & hottub area was great. The house was adequate, but they stretched the description a bit. They advertised "AC, there is one portable unit in one room that drains into a 5gal bucket I had to empty twice a day. They also advertised cable TV, there were 15 channels most of which are news and weather. The worst part of the place there are "three" bedrooms upstairs, two of them don't have any power outlets in them, not even one. That means no clock, no fan, no phone/computer charging, no reading light....The third is a loft style room you must walk through to get to the bath or other rooms. Overall the house is fine for the price, but they need to change their description of their "luxury getaway". It says newly renovated, if you can find out where let me know. The furniture in the living room is broken and uncomfortable. The couch and chairs are in such a way you can't open the front door, HOW IS THIS NOT A FIRE CODE VIOLATION??? game tables down stairs are nice but run down. I was charged a cleaning fee but I'm expected to take the trash/recycling to the shed, wash all dishes, and do the laundry....so what did I pay for?

Small town NH with plenty to do for the whole family.

Overall our group of 8 adults had a wonderful extended weekend at this Loon Mountain house. I’ve decided to break down my review into a few groups. The good, the not so good and a few minor comments. The good: Good price point & value overall, location to the mountain and town amazing, a good amount of room for a large group, comfy beds, nice heat and overall temperature, good size bathrooms and place was clean upon arrival. Also, the owners were responsive from point of reservation and during our stay when we contacted them. A few minor comments: Suggestion of more stools around island. Considering the size of the house, you will likely have larger parties and the addition of a couple/few more stools (even backless) would be a nice add! Also, some more hooks behind doors and in bathroom would be appreciated. We also noticed that there is a man missing on the foosball table. Not a big deal but would be nice to replace. The air hockey game needs to be turned on and off in order for it to continue to work. It was a deterrent to using the game in our group. Not sure how others would feel. The not so good: The overview for this house states 5 bedrooms. However, one of the beds (a king upstairs) is in an “open area” on the way to two other bedrooms and a bathroom, and not a private bedroom. There are curtains as opposed to doors on the upstairs bedrooms near where the king is. Again, others may not mind this, but for 4 or 5 couples seeking privacy, it may pose a problem. Our main disappointment was that the hot tub lost its temp after the first night. We didn’t realize this until we went to use it the 2nd day and thus it didn’t come back up to temp until the morning we were leaving. The owners said that it was because we left the dials for the jets open. The 3 who used the tub on the 1st evening don’t remember how they left the dials for the jets. But, if that is the case, we would suggest that this is clearly noted on the house instructions. And one final suggestion would be to replace the couch. It was VERY uncomfortable...so a nice comfy (even used) couch would add to the overall experience greatly! Overall, as I said, we had a wonderful time and think with a few minor changes, the house would consistently receive a 5 star rating!

Great downtown location. We were able to walk to many locations, the ice castles, abbey cellars, one love. It was great to be that close to everything. The house suited our needs. The house had 5 beds, the rooms upstairs were divided by thick curtains as opposed to doors. It was great it had 2 full bathrooms. The hot tub was a great benefit and part of the reason we chose this. Only thing we wished it had was a fireplace.

Great stay as always. Love the addition of the hot tub. Great after a day of skiing!! Owners were very responsive to emails as usual. Thanks again for letting us stay!!! We'll be back!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this "Loon Mt Escape" in Lincoln, NH. The house was clean, charming, and conveniently located in Lincoln right by the main road. The beds were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the foosball and air hockey tables in the basement which provided an evening of entertainment. A couple of minor critiques - the hot water was scalding, potentially an issue with small children. The downstairs tub/shower was also very slippery without any sort of grip mat on the bottom. Finally, we incurred two $25 parking tickets for parking cars on the street overnight, as we were not aware that there was a winter parking ban in effect throughout the town, and no signs indicating such. All in all though, we had a wonderful stay and would rent here again!
