The location is great, near to lots of restaurants. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good. Everthing worked as expected. I really enjoyed my stay.

Absolutely amazing breakfast compared to other hotels in Iceland. The staff was really nice and responsive as well. The hotel is a 5 min drive from a big food hall, which is really nice.

Perfect central location where I could walk to restaurants and the supermarket. There was ample guest parking and the room facilities were wonderful.

not enough parking space, we had to drop off the luggage at the back door and then find the parking in the street. bed mattress a bit soft for us.

The staff checking us in was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was great and the food was warm. Only concern for us was that the room was too warm for the heavy covers. It seemed to be the same every where we stayed

The location was perfect for exploring the area and for walking out to get dinner in the evening. The staff (reception, breakfast, and cleaning personnel were) friendly and helpful. They gave thoughtful advice. On our last evening the receptionist made sure we knew about the ‘end of Christmas’ Santa Claus procession, which was a great way to end our visit. The breakfast was very nice with many options. We met in the breakfast area in the evening to play games as a family, and in addition to free coffee, cocoa and tea there, we could buy drinks and crisps from reception. Three of us booked time at the spa and it was very relaxing. Our decision to stay at this hotel was very last minute because road conditions made our original cabin difficult to access. We were all very pleased with the hotel!
