Our recent family vacation at Lake Sinclair was simply unforgettable! This was the 3rd summer in a row that we stayed here and from the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful view of the lake and the all around great atmosphere. The home was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts accommodated out two fur babies (2 year old Yorkie and 10 month old Boykin) and they absolutely loved being there with us.
We enjoyed a variety of activities – kayaking on the clear waters, fishing off the dock, and swimming. My husband befriended the neighbor (Mr. Jim) and they went fishing a couple of times together. Each day was filled with laughter and adventure, making memories that we'll cherish forever.
The sunsets over the lake were pretty, providing the perfect backdrop for our evening bonfires. The location was peaceful yet close enough to local attractions for those looking to explore.
A big thank you to our wonderful hosts for their hospitality and tips on the best spots around the lake! We can't wait to return for another fantastic getaway. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature!

We stayed for my sisters 40th bday getaway. It was just the perfect size for the 5 of us…Quite cute too. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset on the fall trees. It was quiet and just wonderful. Thanks

My husband and I are three children stayed over the weekend. It was very cute, quaint, and quiet! We had a blast fishing, swimming, and kayaking. We would love to come back again!

The property was nice and clean. My wife and I loved the porch plus my dog loved diving off the pier. We had a great time. I will be looking to rent again if possilble.

We had a wonderful time. Thanks to George and his wife. We stayed the entire week on our vacation. The place was perfect for us. Well equipped and everything you need. We lived on the back screened in porch and the lake. 😋 and the doggies loved it as well. We will be back. And by the way you have great neighbors. 😀👏

They house has a beautiful view of the lake and is about a 30 second walk to their dock. The fire pit provided plenty of heat for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs.
My favorite part was the bird feeder where a variety of birds visited us every day.
The beds were comfortable, the house well stocked with essentials and even little extras like hair bands if you forgot yours. George is very friendly and made staying a breeze. I would love to come back when the weather is warmer to try some swimming!

Convenient to boat ramp. Space to moor my boat. Scenic lake to cruise. Cabin had everything you need and more. The beach was a nice touch. So cozy it was hard to go home.

We enjoyed our lake vacation for the second summer in a row. The owners are very friendly and easy to reach when needed. They have thought of everything to make a family’s visit to their home a wonderful experience, inside and outside. Our children have the most fun swimming and fishing and just being children and can’t wait to go back. This year, we took our puppy and the place is also very pet friendly. We hope to go back again in the future.

The location was perfect and the screen porch was great! Kitchen had literally everything you have at home and the mattresses were very comfortable! All you can ask for in a vacation rental in my opinion.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet getaway from the hectic city life. We were not disappointed the rental had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy nature the lake was beautiful and very peaceful the owner George called us personally before we got there to check if we had any questions this is the first time a property owner has done that for us I was very impressed the rental has everything you can think of and more I am positive that during the summer it’s a fantastic place to go and enjoy the lake activities with the family thanks again Toni and George for letting use your beautiful property!

Lake cabin
We had a great vacation. Did some boating, fishing, swimming. I think the beach area was the biggest hit for our little ones, as well as The kayaks and paddle board available for use on the property.

One of the best vacations in many years!
I want to say special thanks to the owners of this beautiful home! This was our first vacation with our 1 year old away from home and we had one the most amazing times staying at this amazing cozy house. Everything was just as advertised on the listing. The house was clean, with all the necessary amenities, and very comfortable and warm place overall! We enjoyed absolutely everything: the BBQ area, the fire pit, the kayaks, the sunsets at the lake, and just spending this priceless time with our friends and family at a place that could not have been better! This little getaway spot reminded me a lot of my family's country house from my childhood, which made these memories a lot more personal and meaningful to me, bringing back a lot of memories and stories during those wonderful evenings at the fire pit. I could not have asked for a better vacation and would absolutely love to come back to the same spot in the near future. Thank you so much for this unforgettable time! Definitely a 5-star rating overall!

Perfect!
We had an amazing vacation. Owner/manager was great, answered all questions and easy to contact. The house was spotless. Kitchen is fully stocked. Perfect location for fishing or just relaxing in the backyard. We have found our new go to spot on Sinclair.

Quiet. Home had extra amenities that were appreciated; no where else we have stayed provided as many extras. Pretty lake view. Owners were readily available although we had no problems. Would recommend.

Nice cozy little cabin by the lake. Very peaceful and serene. Can see ourselves coming back with the girls just for some girl time.

Sweet little place
Property as listed. Very quiet because few neighbors around. Little white sand beach leading to clean water for swimming and kayaking. I'd come here again. My pup loved it too! (Just be sure to review pet fees before you pay, though. I asked that this be made more transparent, and was pleased with communication with owners.)

Lake Getaway
Quaint property with all you need. Owners have thought of everything. Very pleasant to deal with.
Plenty of water toys and a boat dock. Our fur babies enjoyed walking right out into the beach/water. Cottage is fully stocked with everything from cooking condiments to bathroom toiletries…..
They welcome you with a bottle of wine and snacks…..
Good location …. Not off a beaten path and easy to get too…..

Relaxing and beautiful
Beautiful place to relax and enjoy. We will consider returning. The property was well kept. Owners called to see if we needed anything. All of the little touches to make you feel welcome was great. Wonderful hosts.

Perfect fishing and family fun location
The location of the house on the property right next to the water was perfect. The dock made it special for fishing. Kayaking was available. Equipment was in great condition. The amenities in the house were plentiful. You really didn’t need anything but your suitcase. Comfortable kitchen and tv sitting area. The fire stick was a bonus. I would definitely go back. Oh yes. Very close to Marina. Marina had a restaurant.

Great Vacation Week
Spent a week at this home on Lake Sinclair, everything was as listed and property is in a great location on the lake. Property management reached out on the day of check in and check out to assure all went well and that we had experienced no issues during our stay. We hope to return to this property for another stay in the future.

Very nice & relaxing stay
House was very clean & smelled nice. House had everything we needed from towels to utensils & everything in between. Beach area was great for the littles to play in & made walking into the water very convenient. Yard could use a little TLC. Lots of limbs, twigs & leaves made for mosquito heaven, especially under the kid’s playground. Just make sure you bring lots of bug spray. Playground & fabric hammock & chair were pretty mildewed so couldn’t use them. Screened porch was great to relax on & not have to worry about the mosquitoes. Fans in all the rooms & porch were much appreciated. We rented a boat while there & had no problem with keeping it at the house. Communication with owner was very good & he answered the many questions I had. Overall, we had a very nice & relaxing vacation away from the hustle & bustle of the real world. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Lake Getaway!
My husband and I wanted to take our 10 month old puppy to the lake for a short vacation and we had an amazing time. We spent much of our time in the many outdoor spaces from the dock, to the "beach" and the screened in porch (which was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning!) We built a fire in the firepit and made s"mores the last night! We had the best time!

Right on the lake (great bird watching) and an easy drive to area attractions. Very clean with everything you’ll need. Definitely recommend!
