Really good equipped flat with modern and new furniture in a quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes from city beach, supermarket, bus and tram stop.

the bed could be more comfortable and in kitchen is only one knife with (this one that is suitable for cutting bread) and no chopping boards. One pot is completely burnt, but another equipment is new and can be used for regular basic cooking.

The location, the silence, the cleanliness, the helpfulness. Everything from start till finish was really top.

Everything was good

As I was arriving late I ordered the airport transfer from Edem, this was great. Overall stay was excellent, in a really nice area in Paleo Faliro. Lovely view of mountains. Apartment was clean and we used kitchen for cooking. One issue we had was not the fault of the property, as there was a really loud party next door. Our host gave us a bottle of complementary wine because of this, which was very nice. We also stayed a few extra days than planned. Thanks Anna for your flexibility!

The property really was a great base, so nothing really to improve.

The apartment is in a very calm neighborhood just a few meter behind the loud main street near the beach. It was a great location that we could just shortly walk to the beach but enjoy the calm environment (and the frogs at night) :D We had everything we needed in that apartment and the host answered our questions and requests online. We have never met her in person. The beach nearby is also very nice so we definitely enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was very clean and everything felt recently renovated.

To enter the house you need to go a few steps downstairs first which is not convenient if you have a toddler in a stroller that you need to carry a couple of times per day up and down. However, the house had an elevator but also a very small one that couldn't fit us all together with our luggage. We haven't met anybody in person and therefore were a bit disappointed as we literally had no idea about the area before and were hoping for some local guidance. The bed was maybe a 160 cm wide which we consider small but was not a deal breaker.

Spacious and well-equipped. Quiet neighbourhood and still close to seafront & shops as well as convenient tram to central Athens.

Overall, everything about the apartment was very good. Close to tram, decent view, comfortable bed.

Most of the apartment was very clean, but the bathroom needed a good scrub. Surface cleaning was fine, but quite a bit of build up in grout and around corners and edges. Also... Only a single roll of toilet tissue for multiple nights stay.

Excellent location, apartment, all what you need .

It was easy to take keys, but a bit difficult to open keys box in darkness when we were leaving , was not easy to see numbers .
