This condo was amazing. Kevin is great to communicate with, the property is clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and located close to the beach, lots of good food, and shopping. We had so much space in the property it was almost too much lol, but with 4 people ages 11, 18, 46, and 70 it worked for everyone! Thank you for making your space feel like home!

This was our third time staying at Edgewater but our first time in this condo & we were so glad that we chose this one. We had plenty of room & the condo was stocked with everything that we needed.The pool was just a short walk from the condo which was nice. We love the privacy that Edgewater provides but is still so close to everything. Kevin was wonderful & was very easy to contact if we needed anything. We will definitely be back, hopefully next year.

The property was somehow even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures in the listing were able to depict! We were thrilled with how well-maintained and clean the entire place was. We appreciated the split bedroom design and enjoyed the balcony daily. Communication with Kevin was quick and easy. It was truly the perfect stay and vacation, which made our beach wedding even better! This property is 10/10 and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Bigger than it looks. Great location, close to golf and barefoot landing. Nice pool. Everything you need and more is here. Kevin is great and very responsive if any questions.

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary trip in Kevin’s condo. The overall Edgewater property in the Barefoot Landing Resort is upscale and lovely. The pool on the Intercoastal Canal is especially nice. We like to golf, and the driving range is only a mile or so from the condo, as was the Davis Love course we played. Two to three miles farther was Barefoot Landing with 15 restaurants and numerous shops. We ate most of our meals there, and had fun trying different restaurants. The food this trip was truly unique and delicious!! Kevin’s condo on the top floor was quiet and spacious. The decor is bright and colorful, and the furnishings were for the most part comfortable. I think the beds could be made more comfortable with some new pillows, and bedding in the blue king master bedroom. We had all the kitchen utensils and dishes we needed, but a few of the spatulas and pans need to be replaced. This isn’t unusual in a rental property with lots of people using items. Just some little updates like this are necessary from time to time, and is the reason for my 4 star review of living up to the property description. Kevin answered all my messages promptly, and was very positive and friendly in all our interactions. We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful, spacious condo, and would definitely rent it again.

This property could not have been better. Top notch amenities in the unit, lovely decor and a layout extremely well suited for two couples. Our host was always available during the course of our booking. Once we arrived there was no need to contact him again, just to say thanks when we left. A terrific location for golfers with the Barefoot courses literally at the doorstep. Excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. Thank you!
