Really cute cabin in a great location for our activities at Split Rock. House was comfortable and clean. A few things in need of repair but nothing to take away from the weekend. Owners put out corn for the wildlife which was great for our granddaughter who loved seeing the deer outside the window. Would stay again.

Nice location for skiing at Big Boulder and Jack Frost. House could use some updating but overall it was a nice place to spend Christmas. Property manager was very responsive about a problem when arriving to the property on Christmas Eve and the problem was resolved within a few hours when repair service was able to get there. Bonus of our stay was when a buck walked past the window on Christmas morning!

Great little cabin in the woods close to the lake and restaurants and golf. Enjoyed it.

Overall stay was great in walk distance to lake and few minutes to indoor waterpark. When sweeping a lot of animal hair. Host communicated well had no further questions. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This was a great place to stay for our family and the location was fantastic. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

The house was perfect, rooms were just enough. There needs to be some upgrades to make it totally awesome. The skylight leaked, the house needed a deep clean. That being said… the location is great, so was the ping pong table and fireplace. The beds were comfortable and the heating/cooling system was great, with fans in every room. We had to clean crumbs up on the table and chairs. I’m a beat freak to begin with and would of done all this anyway… All in all, the house was great for the week, but would be very awesome with some minor upgrades and a great cleaning. We made memories and that’s all that matters!

The property is very run down for the cost. Leaking sky lights, bugs laying around, black floor, which meant, black feet. Blood on the mattress pad, which I took photos of. No wood provided to have a fire. No ac, which wouldn’t have been bad had it not been wet in the house bc of the leaking sky lights. I don’t feel like a high cleaning fee is anywhere close to appropriate. I was absolutely disgusted w the upstairs bed (blood on it) and the crusty upstairs bathroom. Very disappointed we spent what we did. The place could be very cute if it were better taken care of. The location is nice. That is the one big perk if you can give up comfort and cleanliness.

Location was key,directly across from Split Rocks Sandbar and beachy area. Easy to get food and drinks and enjoy the lake. We went to Split Rocks Winefest which was a short walk away. House needed some TLC, grass really needed to be cut, bathrooms need some updating, back sliding door needed replacing (we couldn't even use it) but all in all our group had a great time. Back deck was awesome for hanging out as well as fire pit!
