The place was the perfect location in hill country for a relaxing girls trip. We were able to enjoy the peaceful pool, the abundance of deer that roamed the property, and the comfortable beds. We stayed for 5 days and made day trips to Fredrickberg, hiked the grotto, visited distilleries (Treaty Oak and Round Mountain) and enjoyed the sunset at The Oasis in Austin. It was within an hour of a bunch of activities but we were also able to have alone days at the pool with views. Will stay again. On our way back to the airport we stopped in downtown Austin and we were so glad we didn’t stay there. The only downsides to the condo was that the light in the guest bedroom didn’t turn on with the switch (had to pull the cord on the fan) and the light in the master bedroom’s connected bathroom was stuck on. There were a few minor repairs that needed fixed like door handles but nothing major. We also received a set of directions on evolve that was different than Hilda’s instructions so at times it was confusing. We noticed on the last day there was a key on the counter and then wondered it if went to the doors we parked by with paddle boards. But weren’t sure. Overall, great stay. Would recommend.

The villa was dirty and the bed was not safe. The window in small bedroom was super dirty, mini blinds have not been dusted in months, chips, dust, dirty socks under bed, and the bunk bed was wobbly. Not stable or safe. We were unable to use it. The fridge had not been cleaned out and was defrosted. The fridge took 24 hours to cool our food. I lost 5 bags of breast milk because freezer was off prior to checking in. The kitchen drawers, utensils and counters were dirty. Messy drawers, no order and hard to find things for cooking. There was ants all over villa, in kitchen, on stove, in both bedrooms and both bathrooms. I called right away to report it and no one came by. The top of the fridge has never been cleaned. Mats in bathrooms were dirty and had long hair. I have been coming to the villas for over 7 years and we chose this place because of the bright colors, paintings and the decorations but I never imagined such a dirty villa. I spoke to the lady in charge right away and she was suppose to get a hold of owners and we stayed three days and no one came to check the villa or offer to help out. The bed was suppose to be used and we got stuck sleeping on a flat, uncomfortable couch. By the way, under the couch there were crayons, chips and trash. I asked for the cleaning deposite back and some money back for the inconvenience of the unsafe bed. I got no response. Truly dissatisfied and disappointing.

It was nice, there was an ant problem in our unit. Did not find a good fishing spot.

Property is beautiful. Feeding the deer was one of the highlights of the granbabies stay. Would recommend that check in/out instructions emailed from evolve get updated as there is a lot of incorrect information from what is emailed to information Hilda sent through text.

We had a nice, quick weekend getaway while supporting our son in his high school bass fishing tournament. The condo was located perfectly for our needs. Really nice property and amenities.

This was a beautiful resort! I really think anyone giving it a negative review is just overly picky. Could not find anything to complain about. Would stay again in a heartbeat! It was beautiful and everything was smooth!

Great spot, easy to find and plenty relaxing. Upstairs neighbor a little bit stompy at weird hours but nothing too bad and certainly not enough to cause heartache. Very clean. Very homey. Beds comfortable. Showers hot. Everything we needed for our stay.

Great place to come. I bit far from other entertainment. Could use a deep cleaning & touch ups. Nicely decorated with a lovely Texan vibe. Plenty of room. Communication about the water shut off should have been better! Entering the area could also have been communicated better as the codes were not correct. Loved the peacefulness & wildlife. Would absolutely return!

Other than the ant infestation and no wifi I had a great time I would definitely do again with ant spray.

My friends really enjoyed the property. It was in such a beautiful location. The amenities were fantastic. The only feedback we would give is it was hard to get into the property since the gate code in the message wouldn't work. I would request the owner to let the guests know to search her name in the directory to have her open the gate. The property also needs a little bit of cleaning too. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there with friends.

Unfortunately they did not do a deep cleaning the shower and cookware was not clean. Towels were old and dingy (over used)The maintenance of the property was poor our elevator, washing machine and a/c in one room did not function and spider webs everywhere also the gas grill didn’t work . Overall unsatisfied

Overall, good. Some amenities were unavailable or limited, possibly due to Covid-19? The condo itself was nice, but could have used some new towels. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. There are some things the stood out. When we arrived all the bath lines were wet. Over all the estate needs to pressure wash the outside. The spider webs were horrible around the building and balcony. The bunk bed was not sturdy enough for us to use the top bunk.

The property and condo are beautiful! The condo is large and was so clean. When we needed help, it was just a text away. I would highly recommend this condo.

A nice long weekend getaway.

Your place was very nice. The coffee bar was very lacking. For 6 adults staying 2 night, 6 coffee pods is very insufficient. Our balcony was not clean, the rug and floor were dirty(I took pics). The ceiling fans has dust falling off them, when we turned them on. I had to call Hilda twice before she sent my entry codes, then the gate code was wrong. My son after driving 9 hours, could not get in, the Island, told them they were closed and could not help them. We got in, because the girl in front of us let us use her key. I had to call Hilda again, and she told me she had sent the wrong code and told me the correct code. I don’t thing these things should happen, at a place like The Island.

The balcony was amazing and my daughters loved exploring the property and the pools! Seeing the deer every night was awesome! The blue bonnets in the river bed were an extra beautiful part of the property. The beds were super comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Dirty, dark and dated. Disappointed in the property overall. Really needs a deep cleaning. Light bulbs out in bathroom, light switches covered with black tape. The front door entrance and patio looked like they hadn’t been used in 6 months. There were linens left in the drier that we folded and set out so we could use. The second bedroom beds were like sleeping on covered springs. Had to call upon arrival for check in procedures that were not sent previously. The only real 5* we found was the master bed. Also, getting in and out of the property to get anywhere was a 20-30 minute drive. Not very convenient. Would not recommend this property.

The property is beautiful as is the condo. Well stocked with kitchen appliances. Love the decor. Clean & well kept. Would definitely go back. The reason I gave a 3 in check in process & communication with management was that the initial info I received from Evolve didn't include the gate code. Lucky for me we arrived during business hours as I was texting the property manager as I was at the gate. It was then she texted me the door code, parking instructions etc. That was bothersome. Other than that, the stay was perfect and I'd definitely return

Great family getaway. This location is perfect for the pool. The pool is open right now which is a plus. It is sanitized nightly as well. The owner and property manager answer very timely. The condo had all the necessities. Even had an Xbox 360. We will definitely return.

We loved our stay so very much! The place has a great pool, tennis courts, lake swimming and it was about 40 min drive to the boat rental marina and Waterloo adventures which was the main reason to our Lake Travis visit. I would advise for ppl to bring their own pool towels.

We stayed here as a getaway as a family. The place was very clean and well stocked with linens and dishes. The balcony has a view of the lake however not the main part of the lake. Plenty of peace and quiet.

They have most all kind of material for cook.

Great place. Enjoyed it very much

The instructions we were given to get into the property were not correct. We were given two different sets of instructions regarding the check in time, one at 3 o’clock another said 4 o’clock. We were given the wrong parking spaces to park in. We were told to park in parking spaces for a different unit, which took us 30 minutes to try and figure out. The condo was supposed to have been professionally cleaned before we got there. There was a lot of dust on the floors and the floors in the bathroom were not clean. There was no dishwashing liquid, no soap in the bathrooms, and no soap to wash clothes so we had to buy all of those items. The Wi-Fi network information was incorrect and we were told to connect to a network that did not exist. The condo and furnishings are nice enough but the owner needs to take better care of the place.
