All good except the grill. Have stayed at other resorts and never had to bring my own propane. It should be the responsibility of the owner to make sure the tank is full or another tank is available if the current one runs out. I ended up filling the tank there at my own expense. Your welcome....

The property was nice but lawn wasn’t cut. Area was nice and quite. Wished hot tub was working. Overall was good. Just need minor updates. Thank You 🙏

We had a group of 4 families. All 12 people had a great time in this relaxing and spacious place. We played pool and enjoyed the sauna almost every day. Melinda was very friendly and helpful and responded to all of our questions in a timely manner and even allowed us to have an early check-in and 25-minute late checkout. Would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Stayed in winter with a lot of ski areas close by. Great house and fantastic surrounding. Very clean, hope to come back here once

We have rented this property many times. We had a few large gatherings here and the place was always welcoming and well-prepared for all of us. There is always something new for us to do nearby. The few times we contacted Melinda with questions and recommendations she was always very quick to respond. A+++

The entrance door had no light so making it very difficult to enter code. Mold everywhere! Not clean! Very outdated, one sofa if sat on you went to the floor, fireplace with heater did not produce warm heat and was very loud so couldn't use. The heater had too many thermostats making heat unbalanced.. Some mattresses where too outdated and to difficult sleep on. The grill was super dirty and uncovered so we could not use as planned! Trash disposal was very difficult to use and too far away! The list goes on and on. We will not be recommending or booking this home in the future!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed with 12 adults for a long weekend to ski/snowboard. Nice and close to JFBB (15-20 minutes) Large space. The pictures do not show how large the home is. Plenty of rooms and beds. The home comes with minimal kitchen amenities. You will need to bring everything with you including pot holders, can opener, aluminum foil, etc. They did provide pots and pans. We did not have access to any cleaning equipment either (vacuum & broom) which made it hard to stay tidy. The deck is very large and would make a nice area if staying in the summer. Enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice location overall, only thing was that it said linens weren't provided but when we got there every bed had bed sheets and blankets already on it. Overall it was a nice experience

This was the perfect home for our group for our weekend ski trip. Plenty of room, clean and close to many attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived to the property and it was clean and inviting,everything was awesome. Very accommodating for me and my families Thanksgiving stay. Definitely would recommend.

Overall everything was great , the house is super big it was only 15 of us and it felt huge but yet still cozy. Plenty of exciting things to do. Would def stay here again

This house is clean and nice. We had a group of 16 people. There were plenty of beds for sleep. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the pool while the adults enjoy chatting in the living room and cooking in the kitchen. The owner was soooo nice. She sent me very helpful information about the house and the areas around. We will definitely come back again

We went with 4 families and had a blast. Easy to work with. Plenty of space to play and not feel on top of each other. Great location! Absolutely loved the deck. Such a fun time.

We rented for our long weekend for 8 adults and 9 kids. House was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The home owner was very prompt with all the inquiry we had from the beginning of the booking throughout. This house is part of great community that has tons of amenities. We couldn’t even use all the benefits they offered but we will definitely come back for another vacation.

Perfect setting for our family. There was plenty to do for all the different ages of the kids. Melinda was prompt in answering any questions and helping us with recommendations.

We really had a great time staying in the property. The house was clean and Melinda was always reachable. Will surely revisit the place and propery.

Check in was smooth, the property had all the amenities we were looking for. The bedrooms were spacious. The loft was a little short for us but we expected it. Bathrooms on the two main levels were good size. The half bath in loft was a little difficult to use and lighting didn’t work. Large dining area indoor and out and we used the grill each day. Lots of deer roaming the property which was very nice. Overall, I would definitely use this property again.

Our group is not new to the Towamensing Trails community. We've been coming for years. We love coming to see the deer and be in retreat. We weren't disappointed. The next door neighbor feeds the deer and they know it. There were 21 deer awaiting breakfast one morning. A beautiful site. But let's talk about the house. We chose this house because of the number of bedrooms (5) and the large dining table. Many other houses that were reviewed had sleeping for 14, 16 but a dining table for 6. This was a huge plus for us. The main living floor is open concept that you can be making dinner and watching the hockey game with the whole group. The only negative my teens had was you need to watch your head if you're in the loft area. If you're 5' 10" or taller, the loft is not where you want to sleep. But if you are shorter than that, it is a beautiful area with it's wood work. We also especially loved the wall décor. The wall hanging over the dining table was often referenced as we "laughed out loud". It is close to Jim Thorpe (which we love) and to Trattoria 903 Italian Restaurant...a regular stop for us. We hope to head back this fall.
