Overall nice and clean with a good open layout. Would have liked the AC a little lower and apps for kids in the TV. The water did leak from bathroom above laundry room. But those were the only complaint.

Overall it was a great house, enough rooms for everyone, big and has a lot of potential. Its time to replace some of the furniture in the house, some chairs had become loose and rather uncomfortable to sit in. we were afraid they would fall apart. But overall great time and beautiful house.

Property definitely needs updated but was clean, nice, and roomy for the price. Several pack and plays, strollers, a fan for every room, towels, etc. There was one major issue that was resolved in a timely manner.

Overall we had a great stay. Very spacious home and the property provided more than expected. Had a couple minor hiccups and they responded promptly and were great people to rent from. Very close to attractions with a quiet neighborhood vibe.

Home was plenty big. Needs a little updating but works just fine for families. Pool was warm and spa was warmer, you pay extra for the heating of it. We did however lose our pool heater 1 full day before we left. Not real overly happy about the pool heater but stil enjoyed. No home phone so if you are not from the USA you will need to use your cell and it is a little costly for sure. Still overall a decent place for the price. We would go back.

The house is very beautiful, Philip is very nice person, We misunderstood something in the house and he notified us immediately so we can fix it. We are very grateful and highly recommend renting here, as it is a very beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped house.

This was our first time staying at this property. It by far exceeded expectations with the amount of space and layout. Mike was responsive and kind (even when I admitted I was an idiot and locked the front door wrong). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking our next stay here!

We traveled to Florida with 3 other couples and our adult special needs daughter who uses a wheelchair. This home was PERFECT! Everyone had their own space and there were several locations for us to gather and enjoy our time together! We used the dining room as a puzzle room for those wanting to attempt to put it together (we almost made it lol), the outside table seemed to be the favorite hang out for the guys and the pool loungers beside the pool became the girl’s hangout (my daughter loved that area as well) the view of the lake was amazing and the sunsets were breathtaking. We also enjoyed watching the squirrels and even saw a raccoon! There were amble tvs for those watching to watch movies throughout the house. We also enjoyed a game of pool in the game room! The pool was so relaxing as was the spa after a long day at Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs (which were located very close by). It was a short drive to Walmart and several gift shops we even explored the stores at Icon Park (also nearby). We would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to simply relax in Florida and know the home they have during their stay is not only beautiful but well maintained. When we return to Fl this will be the home we look at first and will plan our dates around it’s availability. A+ and 5 stars and would give more if we could! Loved it!!!!

This was a great place to stay for our week long family vacation. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out. The communication all around was prompt and great. We had a hiccup with the heating of the pool but Mike was prompt and got it fixed so we could enjoy the pool on our off days and when we needed to unwind from a full day at the parks. It was a relax full vacation and much needed.

Such an amazing place to stay while on our vacation, absolute beautiful house in a great location, close to everything you need, had hot tub heat and jets hooked up halfway through our stay and it got done immediately, would definitely return here for our next Florida vacation

We stayed at the property for a month. It was beautiful, such an amazing location so handy to everything. House is massive and plenty of space for everyone. We had our teenage kids, 8 year old daughter and my dad. Everyone had their own space. We loved watching the sunsets over the lake! Property manager was amazing and so helpful. So quick to respond. Property owner was very helpful and gave very clear instructions about the property. We definitely would stay at this property again!!!

We had a wonderful time at Universal and this was an awesome vacation rental for our trip. The home was very spacious. We all had plenty of room to spread out after long days at the parks. The teens and kids enjoyed the pool and spa. The house was clean. The community was safe with friendly and helpful neighbors. The owner, Philip, was very responsive and friendly. Beautiful and private view from the back of the property. The house was a little cosmetically outdated, but it was perfect for our family! Great value. Thank you!

We had 7 adults and three children. The room layouts were perfect for what we needed. Two of the smaller rooms had themed bedding. (Star Wars and Princess) The kitchen was stocked with most of the things we needed. Be sure to look in all the cabinets before thinking you need to go buy something. It just might already be there. We did have to buy dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags but that was fine and we left the remainder for the next guests. There are various cleaning supplies scattered throughout the house. Vacuums, broom and dustpan... All the TVs had Roku devices attached or were Roku TVs. We found that a number of the streaming services. (HBO max. Disney+, ect..) were still signed in, possibly by past renters. The pool was clean, and we added the pool heat for the duration of our stay which was $25.00 per day, paid to the management company. They use various payment apps. We used cash app which worked perfect for us. The heat was on and working when we arrived. When outside in the pool we noticed right away how quiet the neighborhood was. The location is away from the busy, but close enough to shops, restaurants, and attractions. I would stay again the next time I'm in Orlando.

Home was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space to spread out. Kids loved the pool and adults appreciated the kid lock on the back door. Helped with peace of mind knowing kids could not easily get to the pool. Pool table was slightly un-level but we fixed it with some folded paper. Good enough to pass some time. Appreciated the strollers and pack-n-play for us to borrow. Close to Disney World which was the point of our vacation. Lovely host. Thorough instructions on house lock prior to arrival. Would stay at again.

Couldn't use air house ways hot the whole time we stayed Couldn't really sleep from the heat the dryer didn't want to dry the clothes really the air hockey table wasn't even there the pool table sucked because the floor wasn't really flat so Couldn't really play without the balls rolling the jacuzzi was cold until I paid 150 for the heat but only wanted the jacuzzi hot not the pool so had to swim in a hot pool the whole time we were there like in the 90s so was not worth it the house was nice the rooms were nice everything else was Okay so not saying it was that bad we cleaned what we could but might have left a few things by accident so sorry about that that's my bad it's in my name but left before my friends did so hopefully the house was clean enough ND good enough for yall

After a long drive to the villa we could not gain access due to incorrect instructions told to get a key out of lockbox on a wall but lockboxes not working and no key . Paid for pool and spa heat because we had small children in our party on arrival pool was green and full of dirt and large centipedes and freezing cold tried to call management company on advertised phone but no phone lines in villa signs on walls saying in emergency use the phone to call 911 how do you do that with no land line ? Expensively called management company on our uk mobile to be told we were not expected and they had no knowledge of our booking. When booked a games room was advertised ( he has since changed his listing since our complaint to remove the games room and the advertised phone and free local calls ) so called games room consisted of a garage full of junk furniture and 5 old television sets plus one broken pool table not fit for purpose . Advertised as luxury but it needs a lot of upgrading only 5 tumblers for 10 people 3 kettles but none of them worked Management company very good who delivered working kettle and oven trays oven glove tea towels glasses and wine glasses within 3 days of our arrival Shower curtains were covered in black mould but we did not complain we fetched bleach and cleaned them ourselves Owner did send us an email apologising for not letting the management company aware of our arrival we have since sent him an email of complaint on our return but have not had a reply as yet

The home was a wonderful place to spend the holidays. The pool and hot tub were nice. Close to the amusement parks. Only thing to watch for is the tree at the end of the driveway. We almost backed into it.

Short summary: when we first arrived on Thursday 08-05-2021, the pool heat was not working, only two stove burners were working, the light in the dinning room was not working, the water heat in the downstairs shower was not properly calibrated. We informed the management company promptly. An individual was sent but did not resolve the issues. After various attempts for three days, we contacted the owner, Phillip, on Saturday. The next day, Sunday, several individuals came and fixed the pool mechanism, the electric wires in the dinning room, replaced the burner and the heat to the shower Unfortunately, our stayed was not as enjoyable as expected having to deal with so many issues with the house. Also, the mattresses on all the queen beds are old and worn out. On our last day, we did laundry and noticed there was a leak from the upstairs to the laundry room that lands on the washer machine and as a result, it is becoming rusty. Since it was our last day, we did not reported as we figured the management company should already be aware. In a positive note, the owner Phillip, seems sincerely concern with our issues and it appears that he just hired a poor management company. I requested a refund for the three days we did not have pool heat but still waiting for it.

House was clean, lots of room for the kids to stay busy. We didn't need property management for anything. Pool and spa were clean and awesome to have. Neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. Morning scenery was really nice outside by the pond while having my coffee. Would definitely recommend this property and definitely stay again.

We were a group of 16 at one point. There was plenty of room for us all! The house and pool are beautiful! We came the first week of April and coming from snowy TN we didn't think we would need the pool heat. It rained the first couple of days we were there so we opted to get it. Mr. Phillip came out within the hour in the pouring down rain to turn it on for. He is a very sweet man and we loved chatting with him while he cleaned the pool later that week. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property close to Disney, grocery store, and shopping!

The house was as advertised . But the yards and trees were not cut and cleared . Spoiled oranges in yard and driveway . Pool and spa leaked so they were down approximately 10 inches ea h morning . . We stayed for a week , but we cleaned each day the stuff the cleaning crew should have gotten

Our stay was okay. We enjoyed our visit to Orlando and all the theme parks. The house was in a good area and close. However we rented this house for the private pool and jacuzzi. A few of my family members are handicap and needed the jacuzzi after long days at parks and there was no mention of the sauna needing to pay extra for anywhere on the site. A sauna is made to be warm so that should not be an option to be cold anyways. A few lights were out in one bathroom and bedroom, curtains kept falling, floors very sticky and if you provide dishes then you should provide dish soap. Overall we were happy the whole family could be under one roof.
