My husband and I went to Glacier National Park for our 10 year wedding anniversary. This place was the perfect location with gas and good food options within walking distance. The cabin was great and met all our needs. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

An awesome base for the family to explore Glacier Less than ten minutes to Two Medicine A short but unexpectedly spectacular drive to St Mary’s entrance The cabin was very well appointed The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and the laundry was appreciated Easily slept our family of four but would be accommodating if traveling with kids as well as a set of grandparents or another couple A great location if your the independent type that brings your own food and not reliant on the local stores and restaurants ( though they were adequate for our needs!)

We had four adults stay while exploring Glacier. It was a perfect location to allow us to explore the whole east side of glacier. In addition, there's food in walking distance (including a nice brick oven pizza truck about 1/2 block away we frequented). We were able to explore Many Glacier, 2 Medicine, and Logan's Pass quite easily.

This house was so cute! It was clean, had plenty of space and everything we needed to cook and relax when not out exploring. Very close to Glacier Lodge and Two Medicine. A bit of a drive to everywhere else, but this is explained in the description. The air/temp was tricky. I think there was air conditioning, but we either couldn't change the temp or didn't do it accurately. It was a warm in the afternoon/evenings. Overall, we loved it! Would happily recommend!

What a cute place! The beds very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. A cute black bear came to visit the campsite across from the house each morning. Kids loved the loft.

From the welcome cookies to the fully stocked kitchen, great bathroom and cozy bed and pillows this was the perfect place to relax and unwind after long hikes in Glacier. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, spent most of our time exploring Glacier National Park. The shower was amazing! Only think that would have made the stay better would have been a fan to keep the air moving in the lift bedroom. Also of note on the area I general is the the Glacier Park Trading Company has no fresh meat available despite what their website says. Plan ahead and pick up groceries in Browning or Kalispell.

Aside from location, this home was so comfortable for us. The bedding and beds, blankets and towels all of very good quality, and clean. The couches were comfy, and the loft was so cozy. Better than the photos!
Location was great. We were able to take quick drives to Two Medicine where we saw bears several times. Also, drove to Many Glacier two days in a row. One day stopping at St. Mary along the way!

We loved the cabin! It was between the St. Mary and West Glacier Park Entrances so we could go either direction! We loved having enough beds for everyone and we borrowed one of the extra cans of bear spray while hiking so we had two just in case! We did see a black bear but it was from the car which was ok with me! Thank you for making this a trip of a lifetime for this grandma and her 4 granddaughters!

The name of this property is exactly what it is. It is a great location about 1 hour to 1 hour 20ish mins to the West Entrance and the St.Mary’s entrance of the park. The two medicine entrance also is only roughly 15-20 minutes. The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay as far as towels, pots and pans and dishes even down to paper towels and garbage bags. The owner was very quick to response to questions leading up to our stay and was always so polite and helpful. You will not regret this stay.

Loved the house! Location was great, close enough to the park and a quiet neighborhood. House layout was awesome, nicely decorated, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed right there!! I loved sitting on the porch and relaxing after spending the days in the park! Hubby raved about the 2 shower heads also! Would highly recommend this home to anyone!!! And Glacier National Park is beyond awesome!

We loved the set up of the place. The kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs with 2 big beds. The kitchen was stocked nicely and we were even welcomed with a wonderful plate of cookies when we arrived. We all LOVED the shower! Felt like we were at a spa. Thanks so much for the great place to stay while visiting Glacier National Park.

Can’t say enough about the inside of h TV is amazing cabin. Easily able to sleep 8 adults comfortably. Bathroom is beautiful and the living room and kitchen great as well. Close to Two Medicine and within little longer drive to Many Glacier. Just wonderful!

We enjoyed our trip to Glacier National Park and being able to stay not far from one of the entrances was great. The 17 year old loved the loft and the 2 year old just wanted to climb the beautiful staircase. The shower felt great after our long days of adventuring in the park. We loved the cookies!

The property was perfect as a home base on the east side of Glacier National Park for a family trip. Everything was as advertised and could not have been better in terms of accommodations. This was our second time using VRBO in the US and we are surprised with the difference in customer service between here and Europe. Host initiated communication with the guest is fairly rare except to communicate essential details in the US. Would have appreciated a simple check in to make certain that everything was indeed as we expected it and to point us to where to find essential services like groceries, restaurants, etc in the area. But all in all we were pleased. And as others have reported; the cookies are excellent!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The layout of the loft upstairs with 2 beds and the two bedrooms downstairs was awesome to help accommodate our various sleep schedules. We also loved the cozy family room and the games provided. It was the perfect base camp for us as we went on day hikes along the sun road. The shower was hot and had great pressure, plus it was really helpful to be able to do a load of laundry. The kitchen was well stocked too. We would love to come back!

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at this charming cabin in the woods. The owners have done a great job of fixing up this cabin and we had everything we needed. Very quick response to my questions and concerns. I would recommend for anyone wanting to spend time in East Glacier.

Thanks for the cookies. They were delicious.

Don't be dissuaded from renting this cottage based on the photographs of the exterior, or your first impression when you pull up to the property. The yard has been allowed to return to a natural state, which concerned us when we drove up to the cabin. There is a RV park across the street, and the next door neighbor had a 5th wheel parked across where a sidewalk would be located, if the property was in the city. But, once inside the cabin you will find it is new, tastefully decorated, well equipped, quiet, and very dark at night. The ac works very well. And the shower heads provide a very relaxing shower, so different than our Southern California water limiting shower heads. The beds are very comfortable.
It is an hour drive to St. Mary and Many Glacier (take the side highways as it is faster, due to construction on the NPS road). Two Medicine is 10 minutes away. Eating options are very limited, and expensive, so bring your groceries with you.
We recommend this cabin if you are looking to staying in East Glacier.

Close proximity to East Glacier Lodge, train station. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with lovely shower. Loft bedroom is very nice, though stairs are spiral and straight up. Not best done at night or if unsteady on feet.
Has deck but looks out to a tv park so not scenic.
Tight kitchen very functional, spices, etc as well as coffee. Had everything we could have needed!

Very enjoyable stay at your cabin! Very clean! Beds were comfortable and cabin is in a great location. Communication with owners was easy and fast when we had a question. I would suggest bringing food and snacks as the restaurants are sparse in the Two Medicine area. We drove to White Fish one night and ate at Tupelo Restaurant and I highly recommend it! I would stay here again!!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Check in was easy with a passcode for the lock. Homemade cookies greeted us on the counter when we arrived. Perfect size for my husband and I and our 3 adult children.
There is Wi-Fi but not very reliable. When you have 3 kids ages 18-20, Wi-Fi is a big deal. Out of the 5 of us, only my 2 sons could get Wi-Fi. Wasn’t the end of the world, but made it difficult to make plans and check out activities in the area. Plan ahead and just know you probably won’t get any reception.
When we drove up I was surprised at how “native” the yard was. I have to remember we were in MT where things tend to be that way. I was also surprised that there was a campground across the road where it appeared seasonal workers stayed for the summer. We never saw nor heard anyone so it was very quiet. However, we did have a very nice dog that followed us to our doorstep each night when we returned. He would just lay by our door.
Overall, it was a very nice house that suited our needs. We had to drive quite a bit because we could never get tix to the Going to the Sun Road so drove all the way around the south end of the park over to Apgar and West Glacier. We went white water rafting through Wild River in West Glacier. Highly recommend! Lots of hiking. Thank you for allowing us into your home.

This cabin was as advertised. It was clean well kept and very nice. It was nice and roomy and was a real bargain for being so close to the park. I would recommend this to anyone.

Perfect cabin for a family! Great loft area and walk in shower. Very nicely decorated throughout the cabin. Makes you feel right at home. Great location near East Glacier entrances which has some of the best hikes in Glacier. We would highly recommend this place!

What a Gem!
This house was just perfect for our visit to the Eastern side of Glacier National Park. So convenient to Two Medicine, and not far from St. Mary or Many Glacier, either, all things considered.
The yard is full of wildflowers and birds (and one red squirrel who was feasting on mushrooms). The inside of the house is cozy and comfortable, and has everything you need for a home away from home. Lots of blankets and throws if you want to sit outside and stargaze. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and it was nice to get good sleep after days spent hiking in the park. The other cool thing was all the historical details inside the house: info about the house itself (it's history and how it was built), info about the iconic red buses, a topographical map of Montana, etc.
Thanks for opening your beautiful, wonderful home up to us. It was the perfect home base for our adventures!

Excellent Family Home Minutes From the Park
This house is exceeded our expectations. Our family of six had plenty of space for sleeping, a very clean and well equipped kitchen, bathroom (if you like strong shower water pressure after a day of hiking, this is your place), and common space. This house is tucked into a row of similar cabin style homes, and we were pleasantly surprised that a 15 second walk down the street brought incredible views of the park and lodge. The lodge is only a few minutes walk down a gravel path. Getting into the park was a breeze. We'll definitely stay here during our next trip.

Quiet Montana Cabin
Small cabin with everything a couple needs to get away. The porch looks out over a small meadow. Plenty of birds and two foxes trotted by with their dinner late one afternoon.

Great cabin close to park
The cabin is close to park entrances on the east side of Glacier NP, which saves a ton of time if you're hiking all day and don't want to spend a lot of time driving around the park (we visited before the Going-to-the-Sun Road was fully open for the summer season). Comfortable couches for relaxing at the end of the day and great water pressure in the shower. Four large beds gave everyone room to spread out and blankets/bedding were new, pretty, and comfortable. We would stay again if we were back in the area!

We had an enjoyable stay at the property. Very peaceful location. We were down on a fishing trip and this site served us well.
