What a great house to spend time with family in! The spacious living room/kitchen combo made it easy to hang out with the entire gang - while the bedrooms felt distant enough that you could get away from the crowd if need be. And the POOL. Dang, we were wowed from start to finish. Parking was a bit tight - but who needs to drive when you're a block from the beach and a few minutes stroll to Rehoboth Ave?

The property was very well equipped. We loved the pool area. The living room furniture was not very comfortable but we didn't spend much time there because of the beautiful weather we had every day of our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect house for a larger family to vacation in beautiful Rehoboth Beach. We stayed over the July 4th week and could not have been happier. The house is in a great location, just 4.5 blocks from downtown, yet in a very quiet residential area. The metered parking stops two blocks from the house and you can tell a definite difference in the traffic and beach volume being in a residential permit zone. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. The pool area is VERY private and secluded. It isn't a huge pool, but it was plenty for a family of 8 adults and 3 children. The hot tub end and waterfall feature were a plus! The kitchen is very well appointed and the large great room serving as kitchen, living room and dining room was great for a family that is close and wants to be together. The first floor master was very nice and surprisingly quiet even if others remained up late. The second floor master and bath was beautiful, with the two remaining second floor en-suites very nicely appointed. The front porch was cozy and we found our entire family there each evening to enjoy some time to talk. The neighborhood was very safe and friendly. The service from Judy and her team was outstanding. We had one minor issue with the ice machine and before we hung up the phone someone was at the front door to address. When we returned from the beach that day there were extra bags of ice in the 2nd refrigerator and $20 on the counter to buy more as the ice machine needed a part. Judy more than met our expectations. We expect to book this same house again next year to start a new family tradition.

Positives: The house is upscale, with large bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. It was clean, comfortable, one block from the beach and maybe 5-6 blocks to town. The kitchen was well equipped, with double appliances. The dining table was large enough for our group of 11 and could have fit a couple more people. Negatives: Bathrooms were lacking in towel bars. The biggest complaint is that we were assured in advance that the heated pool and spa would be available, which was why we chose this property. They weren’t fully operational until Wednesday after a Saturday checkin. Efforts to receive some compensation have failed, and I haven’t heard back from the property manager in a month.

A few suggestions, leave notes on how to use the tv remote (maybe they were in the book but didn't see them). Also, there were small red ants in the master bathroom and a few in the 2nd queen. TP holder in master downstairs needs to be fixed, doesn't hold the roll. Overall, great house and location! Would stay there again!

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The first floor master had the most uncomfortable mattress ever. Also, it would have been more pleasant if there was some furniture for seating in the bedrooms. Other than the main living area the home felt barren and dark. Everything was brown. Exterior, interior walls, floors, cupboards, brown. Even the few pieces of art were brown. It would have been nice if the pool was cleaned mid week. The beach wasn’t a very long walk which was nice. Parking was not an issue for us because we only had 2 cars but if you have a big group parking during peak season will be an issue.

Amazing home with great amenities and very clean. Plenty of room for our 4 families. Spa and Heated pool was enjoyed by all especially the younger children. 1 block from the beach and within walking distance to everything. Judy our host was very accommodating, responsive.and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend this home for making your vacation memories.

This house is new and very clean. Sleek, modern and with lots of amenities made for a relaxing, wonderful stay. With two sets of appliances throughout our group never had to wait for anything. The mattresses were comfortable, great entertainment system throughout the entire home and luxurious bathrooms were an additional treat. Pictures accurately represent this rental. Judy was extremely easy to work with and we had no problems whatsoever. Easy access to the beach, boardwalk and downtown were also convenient. I would highly recommend this rental without hesitation.

Hello Home Away Friends! I just wanted to say the pictures of this home do not do it justice! It is absolutely luxurious and it was a joy to stay in the home. We had 4 couples and a few children along with cousins and friends join us while we were away and EVERYONE was blown away when we walked in and started exploring the home! Every night we cooked dinner in the large kitchen (often 2 or 3 of us cooking with no problem) and every night we sat down together at the long dining room table to break bread together! Taking the time to be together was important to us on this vacation and being in this home with all its amenities was the cherry on top! We lived like kings for the weekend we were there and it is literally 2 minutes from the beach and about 5 minutes from rehoboth avenue which has a great night life. :D Not only is the home wonderful but Judy is amazing! She was prompt about getting in touch with us and communicating the inner workings of the home. She really was great at accomodating us! I would definitely go through her again! Wonderfully kind woman! Thanks Judy for making our stay so memorable!
