We really enjoyed our second stay at Busseltonia. A lovely comfortable home in a perfect location for us and our dogs. Parks, beach and shops are all within easy walking distance with a dog friendly cafe close by for yummy breakfasts and treats for all of us. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you.

We were so excited to stay at Busseltonia again. We were lucky enough to stay last year for the Busselton jetty swim and so happy to get the booking for this year. Being within walking distance to the jetty and shops is fantastic and our dog Penny has so much fun sniffing around the yard and going for walks across the road at the oval or going down to the dog beach. The home has everything you could possibly want and is just so cosy. Thankyou for another wonderful stay.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Bussleton. It was just perfect. A close walk to the beach, and the Bussleton jetty. The park across the road to walk the dog was very handy also. The Bussletonia was absolutely beautiful, and had everything we needed, and more. It had so much character, and was very comfortable, and homely. We had a great time, and would love to be stay again next time we visit Bussleton. Thankyou so much for having us 🙂

A stylish, clean, well equipped and comfortable house with a lovely garden in a great location. 5 minutes walk to the main street, close to the beach and jetty, but best of all for our dogs, right across the road from a terrific park! Cleanliness of house wasn’t there due to late booking but didn’t rate poorly as we accepted that we would have to strip beds as no time for cleaning from previous people only down side was charging us full price for cleaning at the very least could have split cleaning between previous people and us but overall nice place and sure normally house would be super clean loved our short stay

Margarets property is beautiful. We were able to stay with our 2 dogs and the cottage was so cozy, had everything we needed and perfect for the dogs. The location is within walking distance to everything which was great with the dogs. Margaret was easy to contact, thoughtful and helpful. We cant wait to return :)

Quaint cottage with everything you’ll need for a quick stay, or a month. Walking distance to all the main attractions in town. The wood fire was great, as the overnight temperature dropped to zero one night. It added to the ambiance of our stay, as we don’t have a log fire at home. Cosy and relaxing. Plenty of games and things for the children to play. Margaret was very accommodating. Thanks 😊

My parents and I and our two moodles spent a week at Busseltonia, it was the perfect place for us all to relax and base ourselves to explore the south west. I've stayed at many well equipped short stay accommodations and I can honestly say this one takes the prize! Busseltonia has absolutely everything you could ever imagine needing on holiday plus the things you could never imagine needing, even the kitchen knives are sharp :) We all were super comfortable there, the beds were glorious and the garden is just stunning, really appreciated using the fresh herbs in our meals. The pooches were very happy too, such an ideal location with a huge park just across the road and the dog beach less than 5 minutes walk away. Communication with Margaret was quick and easy and I honestly can't think of anything about our stay that wasn't ideal, highly recommended!

Such a beautiful little cottage and so well appointed. We loved the art work everywhere and little touches. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of cleaning products around which is a nice change from others we’ve stayed in. The kids room was so comfy and full of exciting new toys, a colouring in table and books to read. Walking distance to the beach and skate park or ride a scooter back to the end of the street! We loved it and can’t wait to return.

Busseltonia felt like a home away from home. We instantly felt comfortable and relaxed. Furnishings, decor and utilities were all fantastic. It was all the more special seeing a baby bird in the nest in the garden. Our dog Penny really enjoyed exploring the the back yard and walks at the beach. Absolutely recommend Busseltonia for a stay.

Warm, welcoming & homely, this family accomodation once again made our (long overdue) extended family holiday a dream. Our 6yr Labradoodle lived for his morning beach walk & we enjoyed the backyard/BBQ area every night. Thank you again for sharing such a lovely home with us.
