We rented it for 30 days to escape the Texas heat, and it was not only beautiful, but much larger than we expected. The pictures do not do this place justice. The views from the back porch looking at the golf course and mountains are stunning! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. River Ridge Rentals was extremely responsive to any and all requests we had (box fans, extra linens, cleaning supplies, surround sound system, etc.).The only changes I would make is that the couch upstairs is rather worn causing everyone to sink towards the middle cracks, and the bed sheets were scratchy and stiff. We cannot wait to return to this house next summer! Thank you River Ridge Rentals for everything!!

The house was amazing! Beautiful decor! Extremely clean. Very user-friendly. Great playroom downstairs. Modern amenities. Excellent location. Five stars all the way.

This was the perfect place for our group of 10 friends for a long weekend. The house had everything we needed and we all slept comfortably with each couple in their own rooms. It took about 5-10 min to drive to the gondolas that take you up to the ski areas, so that was super convenient. Communication with the management company was excellent - if we needed anything they would respond within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend staying at the Iron Eagle Landing!

The couch in the downstairs bedroom is broken and the dishwasher did not really clean the dishes. Also, the property was clean but two of the downstairs beds had hairs on the pillows and sheets.
