Hotel rooms were really good and clean.

I didn't like the food as much. The cost were high and wasn't justified by taste.

The food is very average. The Wifi connection in the hotel is extremely poor.

the only one problem i had was while booking i searched for 4 pax 2 rooms but when we arrived they took extra charges of one person each room and this might be fault of the booking.com app

Nothing. I had Abad experience during my previous stay in Dec 22.. Hair lipstick marks, soiled sheets. In short sheets and plow covers were not replaced after previous guest had vacated. This time I quoted the same to front desk and

Asked to provide a clean room. The dust in the wall paper behind bed is proof for you. I came in healthy and I have left with severe cold. So much dust from the walls. Won't recommend this property as tvey really do not care during Covid times.

The front desk staff forgot to update that we are 2 people staying in the room. suddenly we were stopped at lift lobby and questioned about two people entering the lift. After having a clarification they noticed that they have not updated details in their system TV was not working and after repeated calls we were informed that they are not able to reacharge the DTH connection. the room was good but not worth to the charges breakfast was average
