Coming to this home, being right on the "Big Blue" and absorbing the rhythms, sights and sounds of the Windward Coast was literally like a dream coming true! With my soul completely enriched and rejuvenated, am ready to book again...but longer.

A Dreamy Stay by the Beach I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly remarkable place in Hawaii, right in front of the beach. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the pristine beauty that surrounded me. First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable. The attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment was evident throughout the entire property. It was clear that the owners took great pride in ensuring a hygienic and welcoming atmosphere. The breathtaking views of the beach were nothing short of magical. Waking up to the sound of crashing waves and stepping out onto the balcony to witness the vibrant colors of the sunrise was an experience that will forever be etched in my memory. The location couldn't have been more perfect for beach enthusiasts like myself.

The property is perfect! It did rain for 5 of our 7 days stay, so the ocean was rough snd a bit murky, but we still enjoyed it immensely. The location is perfect for the food truck area, gunstock range and the Polynesian cultural center. Waimea falls is a must. Everything was as expected..paradise!

Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. We loved all the amenities provided, and the size was perfect for me, my partner and one of my teen daughters. It was pretty humid during our time there and the AC unit in the bedroom coupled with the ceiling fans made the space a lot more comfortable. Wi-Fi reception worked perfectly, and TV has Roku with tons of apps to choose from. There was another couple staying in the accommodation below us and it did not affect our stay at all. Although we purposefully chose a place away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki, objectively I could see how the location isn’t right for everyone. You will have to do a quite a bit of driving to get to the other parts of the island. There is a 7-11 within walking distance and a souvenir shop directly across the street. We used the hot tub and loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. People climbing the trees to get coconuts and the crabs walking around on the beach completed this picture perfect place. There were only two downsides to this place, the first was the cleanliness. It wasn’t DIRTY by any means, but it is also not as clean as some hotels I have stayed in. The second is the kitchen not having a proper range to cook on. We ended up leaving a bunch of food behind because we didn’t feel like getting things out to cook. Book this property if you are not expecting resort-type luxury in the heart of Waikiki. It’s otherwise perfect for anyone!

Fantastic location!! Unit was spacious and clean as was the property. It is on a main road but only the kitchen had some road noise. Other than that all you could hear is the pleasant sounds of the waves. Great to sleep by on a very comfortable king size bed. Will definitely return!

This property is stunning- a few feet from the ocean. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Very well appointed-everything you could need. AC in the bedroom was nice.

My wife and I had a great stay, just relaxing on the beach and common areas is exactly what we were looking for. If you want pampered resort living with restaurants close by best book a room at a fancy hotel in Honolulu. We stopped at Safeway on the way and picked up our food and drinks for the duration. There were kayaks, snorkel gear and chairs for use. You can’t get much closer to the water that this place, we kept the sliding door open most of the time to let the breeze through and hear the waves crashing. We would definitely stay here again .

Our stay at hauula was perfect! The property was as expected. Check in and check out was seamless. We stayed on the second floor and kept the balcony open most nights. It was magical listening to the waves crash while falling asleep! There were guests downstairs and the waves drowned out any noise from them and/or the street traffic. The jacuzzi is large and a nice addition! My ONLY hesitation to stay there again would be location. Nothing is within walking distance and the closest city/town is dry. It was only a 15 minute ride to dinner where alcohol was served, but I would have appreciated something closer. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend!

Nice place on the water with great views of the ocean. The water was turned off once but other than that it was nice!

Property had supplies for anything you may need indoors and out! View was incredible. Would recommend!

Very comfortable with all the amenities, nice location, beautiful setting. Property manager does a great job keeping things nice, was always there if we needed anything.

The view is breathtaking, the unit is cozy and comfortable. A bunch of great eats near by and the drive to the unit is amazing. Just make sure your activities are on the same side of the island or your commute will become exhausting. Loved this place.

Our stay here was perfect. Great outdoor amenity spaces literally feet from the beach. We grilled every evening and enjoyed dinner oceanside, and took advantage of the hot tub a few times. We stayed in the upstairs unit, which felt more private than downstairs I think. Check in was easy and communicated well, and it was really sad having to leave!! Overall a great place that we hope to stay at again next time we’re on the island.

Such an awesome location, close to stores and right on the beach.

We loved our time in this adorable little beach house! It was clean, comfortable and just the right size for the two of us. It’s on a gorgeous stretch of beach that was great for swimming and the deck and patio were perfect for hanging out in the sun. Definitely recommend!

Great home! We stayed in the upstairs unit. Very clean and inviting. Views are amazing. Beach was great for swimming. Our son loved it. We would stay here again when when we come back to Hawaii!!

The property was perfect and the beach was amazing. It was like having a private resort to ourselves. The owners were very nice and helpful. This will be our go to place to stay anytime we are in Oahu.

Had a wonderful time. Right on the beach, quiet area. Easy access to everything. About an hour from Honolulu but a scenic drive. Everything you need for a fabulous time.

The location was awesome, and the house is a gem in the making, it just needs a little tlc, there’s a few fixes needed in the kitchen, but overall we totally enjoyed our stay thanks

My husband & I came to Beach Paradise for our 20 year wedding anniversary. It was definitely paradise! The view off our upstair balcony was breathtaking. Whenever we ventured out we couldn't wait to get back & enjoy our little piece of heaven!. The unit itself was immaculate & had everything we needed. The patio was an oasis in itself...we loved all the seating areas & spent some time almost everyday in the hot tub looking out at the beautiful ocean. There is everything you need to enjoy the sand or surf, we took the kayak out & enjoyed checking out the area from the water! We have stayed in numerous beachfront homes & 5 star hotels & have never had this close of proximity to the ocean. We had another week left to stay at Turtle Bay Resort & I can say it was hard saying goodbye to our little paradise on the beach... Thank you Sean & Jessica for all the details you have put into your lovely place

We rented the ground floor suite and the upper suite. This is a review for the upper suite, we were never sent the option to review the lower suite, so you will get both. We had our 4 grown children join us. Beautiful spot, can't get much closer to the ocean. We never really thought we would use the hot tub because we all have ones at home, but the weather was not great the first few days, so it did come in handy for warming up. We had a rooster that woke us up every morning. Didn't like him at first, then we all grew to love him. He hung out with us some days, we think he just liked the company. We named him Ken (you know for Ken-tucky fried chicken....ha ha). We toured the area a bit (Polynesian Cultural Center was amazing!), but mostly just wanted to enjoy relaxing and being by the water. We picked a great place to do that. The upper suite was was very nice, although the second bedroom is in a cubby, no door and not an actual bedroom, quite tight and no privacy. I did not pick up on that in the initial on-line viewing of the property. We never used the upstairs mini kitchen, everyone just always gathered on the main floor for meals. We went with a vacation rental so that we could do our own cooking and have the comforts of a home. Definitely we feel that the place could use a bit of TLC. Examples are: There appeared to be some black mold growing on some of the outside patio cushions; in the lower unit, the stove top was either on full high temp, or giving no heat. It was very temperamental (old?), and we had to be very, very careful cooking. Took us a few burnt dishes, and a few days to figure out how to avoid burning our food; butcher knives were so dull they couldn't cut a thing; and lack of dinner plates. After one sitting you either have to do the plates by hand, or run a half empty dishwasher to have plates for later. I guess the final complaint would be the dishwasher. We got in the habit of hand washing many items because they didn't look very clean, or smell very well. Mostly our glasses. Maybe it is just the way the water is. Overall, it was a beautiful place and very comfortable for six adults, whom at times needed their own space. Very glad we didn't all cram into the lower unit. The rental was very well outfitted with dishwasher/dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, beach towels, house towels, tea towels and leftovers from previous guests (coffee, condiments,etc.). We rented the upper unit for 5 days, my wife and I and our 15 year old son. We found the unit well equipped for our needs. Would have preferred a full stove for meals but the hot plate and toaster oven worked ok. It was clean when we arrived, even a family name welcome sign in the kitchen was a nice touch. The upper balcony is great to enjoy a coffee and watch the sunrise. The master bedroom is very nice with a large comfortable bed and attached bathroom. There is a half bath for the other guests just off the living room. Wifi was good. We had the privilege of seeing a very rare monk seal “Sadie” resting on the beach and had a good talk with a local marine rescue gentleman that gave us a history of the seal. Met two couples from California and later that week a family from Utah was in the lower unit. I would have given this rental a 5 out of 5 had the street not been so close. We found the road noise quite high during the night, and get used to the rooster that visits anytime after 4 am. Overall I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay her again in the future.

We initially rented this entire house back in April 2017 and had such a blast. My husband and I knew we just HAD to come back for our upcoming 10th wedding anniversary. This time around we rented the top unit and once again there were no disappointments. We watched sea turtles bobbing in the surf outside the back door, and the resident Hawaiian Monk Seals basking just about 100 yards from the rental on the pristine strip of beach. The unit had all the basic essentials. We were never short on towels, kitchen ware, bedding or other. It was cozy and clean, exactly how we like. Pro tip: this is Hawaii, and while it’s year round temperate climate is ideal, remember it means bugs can be and are always around and looking for opportunities! Especially if you are leaving doors and windows open to tempt that ocean breeze in! We didn’t encounter anything more than a couple ants when we failed to wipe down the kitchen counter one evening, but as I’ve noticed others have commented, I wanted to point out that a random bug here or there is pretty normal in Hawaii. My sister used to live with centipedes and geckos on a daily basis. Keep your eating areas VERY clean and you won’t deal with this issue. This rental is pristine and the owners take great care of it. Their aloha spirit can be felt in each room! Thank you again for the amazing time we had!!

Great little beach house. The outdoor area is perfect. Got a little warm with only air in the master bedroom and I wish I had had a dishwasher but really enjoyed our stay. Loved the hot tub. Drank my coffee at the little outdoor sitting area down stairs most days. Lots of toys to play with in the ocean. Enjoyed both sets of neighbors we had. Try Kix barbque across the street. Great food, great price and you get a lot of food! Sweet people and so convenient! Lots of choices. If I ever come back to Oahu I will rent this house again.
