Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Love how private the place is and balcony view and inside is amazing. Best walking distance to everything Flora-Bama related you can ask for! Will book again

This is our second time staying in this building although first time in the particular unit. It was clean and cozy when we arrived. I would have liked if the construction was pointed out on the main booking page in addition to the fine print at the bottom of the contract. We really missed access to the balcony. Property managers were kind and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would book there again.

Luxury Coastal Vacations did an absolute great job. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. 5 star service from start to end. I plan to book with them again whenever I return for a vacation in the area. I strongly recommend others to do the same.

We were highly impressed with the condo and location. There is 24 hr security with a "watch-man" Highly recommend staying here with a large group. There was enough space for everyone and our things.

Considering the upscale amenities & COST of this property, I expected ALL of the outdoor furniture to be placed. The interior was very dusty & the oven was dirty! The construction was so bad, we checked out early. I would have expected major discounted rates given the constant jack hammering. We travel often and this was a very unpleasant stay.

The condo itself is gorgeous and very spacious amazing views. However the renovations were awful in the lobby and pool. Pool was green and closed.. you had to wear a hard hat to enter. Our ice maker was out in our bar, we never really used it so that was ok. But a maintenance man came to our unit very unexpectedly no notice at a odd time and didn’t fix it so that made us nervous. Also parking is awful you get one spot technically two but no room. We witnessed a women I believe may be the property manager walking vehicle to vehicle checking tags and confronted us during that accusing us of stealing a spot even having a car towed. She proceeded to scream at us in the parking lot.

Amazing place
This is our second stay at Mediterranean West. We love the location, and the condo is well stocked and very comfortable for a big group. The beds are great! Spacious rooms, walk in showers. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Will definitely book again!

Sitting on the full wrap around balcony listening to FloraBama bands each night was a special treat. The condo was well stocked, the wet bar w ice maker and mini fridge were great for our group, and there was more than enough seating for all of us. There is a room right off the elevator landing where we stored our beach stuff each night, that helped keep some of the sand out of the unit and from cluttering up the front door. The only drawback of the condo we found is that the beds and pillows were pretty bad. The people that slept on the queen bed almost slept on the couches because that bed was so uncomfortable. If the mattresses were replaced or a topper was added the condo would be a 10 out of 10 and absolutely perfect. The rental company was outstanding to deal with.

Amazing place!
This condo is amazing. Anything you could possibly need, they have. Walking distance to the beach and the bay, bars, breakfast, and the liquor store. Beautiful views. Home is beautifully decorated and equipped, fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect except the A/C. We kept the shades closed and everything. It wouldn't get below 75. Other than that it was great. Thanks

The a Mediterranean is so nice, so clean, roomy, and private. We slept a family of 13 very comfortably. We loved everything and will definitely return.

Beautiful place! Had an amazing stay.
Communication was great. Arrival instructions to house rules to departure instructions were very clear. We had a great stay here! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
