This excellent location has a beautiful beach on one side and the Intracoastal for boat watching on the other. Our apartment was large, clean, and decorated for a resort homey feel. The kitchen was well appointed and included spices! The nearby highway helped our transportation and did not hinder our sleep. We hope to come back in the future.

Once again we stayed in Villa V and had a wonderful trip. The property is conveniently located to the pool, beach, restaurants and shopping. I believe this was our 5th stay at Villa V. The villa is beautiful furnished and has a wonderful outdoor porch.

Pretty much as advertised. Across the street from beach and about a mile walk to the bars and restaurants. No real issues with the villa. It was clean and everything in working condition. Only minor issue is that there was a bit of a mildew/damp smell to the villa, but nothing was actually damp. Towel service was a plus. Overall, we’d stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was a very private location with easy access to the beach and the inner coastal! We will be coming back!!

The Villa was exactly how it was described. Location was perfect just a short walk across the street to the beach. The private beach was beautiful. The water was clear and warm.The intercoastal was so beautiful too. We enjoyed sitting and watching the boats go by. Tom was a great host. He was very responsive when we arrived late for our check in. Will definitely be back next year.

The property was great and the unit was very well appointed and cozy. However, the bed needs replacing. Unit V was right on the road, too noisy for me. Yeah I know the noise machine but.. We did enjoy the back porch and its greenery & privacy.

The development offers beach front and inter coastal access. Pool area is well maintained. Association could relax some rules.

My husband and I had a good time staying at this property. The location was great and close to everything. We used the pool and private beach everyday. The road is noisy at night but the owner provided a sound machine which was super helpful. Unfortunately we had issues sleeping every night because the side of the bed closest to the window was sinking! We are not picky when it comes to bed comfort but it was sinking so bad it was unbearable to lay on. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch the whole week which kind of ruined our experience together but we still loved Flamingo Villas.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay here .so far it is our best location in florida we may be back soon! Nice restaurant’s within 0.9mil from our villa .very happy!

This villa was very nice and worked perfectly for our 1st vacation to Florida. Villa was just as described and was easy to find with Tom's instructions and provided map of the resort. Decor was beautiful, bed is extremely comfortable and all the little extras of small appliances, beach and pool stuff made it feel like home. Sound machine in the bedroom was nice as it really helps to cover the traffic noise. Check in and check out was super easy and the property manager and staff were extremely nice and helpful. Tom was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The location of the villa on the property is perfect as a center location between the ocean and the intracoastal water. My husband really enjoyed fishing in the waterway and caught quite a few fish during our stay. Private beach is nice and empty and the pool was refreshing. The lower beach did have quite a bit of sea grass on it, but that's beyond anyone's control. We just pushed it aside and made a spot to sit. The villa does sit right on the edge of the road, which is blocked by beautiful trees and plants so there is plenty of privacy to sit out on the front porch. But, there is a lot of traffic and you do hear it in the villa. Which is why we utilized the sound machine that Tom provided and it definitely helps. The parking spot is a little tricky as it is diagonal to the back door and the roads in the resort are all one way, so you essentially have to pull forward and back in at a parallel. By the end of our stay I had it down to a science, lol. We only had neighbors 2 days of our stay, but you definitely cannot tell that you are in a duplex. I highly recommend this place as it is conveniently located and lots of great places to go eat as well. Tom provides a great detailed list of places to eat and things to do which was extremely helpful so we didn't spend a ton of time trying to figure it out. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an outstanding villa. Just perfect for me. Privacy with the beach just 100 meters away. Great heated fresh water pool on the way to the beach. Our stay at Flamingo Villas Resort in Hillsboro Beach was our 2nd one there and we love it as much as we loved the first one . Villa was super clean and very well equipped, Tom the host was fast to respond and accommodate our inquiries and request. Location is amazing , just 2 short minutes walk from private beach , beach chairs in all shapes and forms easily accessible. Heated pool in the middle of the resort . Beautiful , private beach on one side canal on the other , hospitality and great service - what else would anyone wish for ? We definitely will be back !!! Thank you Tom 🙏🙏🙏

This location in Hillsboro beach is a gem! We loved the relaxing environment, extremely friendly and family oriented. Everything here was relaxing. What a great place and experience. We will most definitely come back. The owner, Tom, was so nice and communicated promptly and saw to all of our needs. A great host.

We thought the property was beautiful The inside of villa was very clean. The location of this particular villa was closer to the road than we would have liked. Traffic was loud and there was a sewer/speed bump that you heard when a car passed. If you have other villas closer to water on either side of A1A we would probably stay there. But again the property itself was well Maintained.

Today is the 8th and final day of our amazing vacations at Royal Flamingo villas ( villa V). Property was immaculate, equipped with everything that myself and my 2 teenage daughters needed and actually much more than that. Tom, our host was very prompt with responses and eager to help with everything we asked for . Location is amazing , less than 1 minute from the beach. Heated pool , eat on terrace , closeness to many attractions and friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations. We will be back !!!

Everyone was wonderful. The staff went out of the way to help me when my husband spent two nights in the local hospital. The facility was clean and beautiful. Thomas was a great host.

My husband and I have been going to Villa V for 5 years. We love the property, the pool and ocean which are in walking distance from the villa. Beautiful villa with everything you need for a relaxing no stress vacation.

We absolutely loved the villa!!! It was perfect! The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked well. The beach and pool were just steps away and the bonus light house keeping was an added plus! We will definitely be back. It is close to the road so if you are a light sleeper due to noise then I would recommend bringing ear plugs, but Tom also had placed a sound machine in the bedroom as well. The staff was great and the owner was wonderful to communicate with! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The property location is great. It is on a quieter stretch of A1A. It is a long walk to restaurants and shops or a very short drive. We stayed at Villa V. It is a little smaller than other villas on the property, but that makes it a great value. It is the least expensive option at a very nice resort. It is perfect for two people and OK for three. The unit was clean. Villa V is attached to Villa W, but we never heard our neighbor. All of the other guests were very nice and had a good time, mostly families getting together. The resort is very well kept, with attractive landscaping, especially around Villa V. The pool was warm and clean, with an outdoor shower, and plenty of chairs for all. The staff was readily available during regular hours, courteous and helpful, but not intrusive. The oceanside private beach was in very good condition. It is just a short walk from Villa V with two tiki huts, two large tiki umbrellas, ample chairs and a shower and hose. The Atlantic waters were very clear. Bring a snorkeling mask. There was a little seaweed, but too little to worry about. At high tide, the beach is narrow, so the private beach above the beach front is valuable. It is about 10 steps down to the ocean front beach. The other side of the property is the intracoastal waterway with a large tiki hut on a grassy common area with plenty of chairs. Again, a super short walk from Villa V. The view of the nice homes across the waterway and passing boats is a relaxing spot to watch the sunset. Villa V was well equipped. There was an air mattress if needed. The king bed in the bedroom is a memory foam mattress. It was too soft for me, but great for my wife. I used the couch one night and was fine. The porch is private and a nice place to chill. The kitchen was well stocked. The fridge was clean and the dishwasher worked well. There is a small closet with plenty of hangers, extra blankets, chairs (only needed for the ocean beach), boogie boards, and even fishing rods. We did not want for anything, except a snorkeling mask. There are two supermarkets within a couple miles, and a good variety of restaurants within three miles, and most will deliver. Tom, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with.

We just returned from our 4 night stay in Villa V. The lush landscape is beautiful. The property was very clean and the maid service was great! We enjoyed the inter coastal and beach views as well as the pool which was clean and very nice (wish we brought our beach towels though). All of the amenities really put this property at the top of our list to re-book in the future. One thing to note is the massive road construction right outside which to us was a minor annoyance since we don't sleep late. They start promptly at 7am- if you like to sleep late on vacation it could be an issue.

I rented the whole duplex (villas v and w) and we had overall good experience.But note that villas started to show wear and tear,especially villa V.And close proximity of the villas to major road was bothersome.

We have friends in Boca Raton and came to visit from Tennessee. We don't like crowds, so this Villa was perfect for us. The Villa was clean and the maid service everyday was nice. We loved the private beach and intercoastal way area. We enjoyed a meal at Nautidog at the marina and JB's on the beach.

My sisters and I treat ourselves to a spring vacation every year. This year we chose Hillsboro Beach because of this quaint little cottage that I found on Vrbo. It is a "villa" that is within the Royal Flamingo Villas Beach Resort. The property is situated between the intracoastal waterway and the ocean. We could literally walk out our back door and head to the waterway, or out the front door where the beautiful non-crowded beach awaited. The property was well-maintained with its manicured lawns and shrubbery and although small, it's crystal blue pool. The villa itself was perfect for the 3 of us. Even though the villas and property are vintage Florida, this villa ("V") was nicely decorated, very clean, and included all of the amenities that we needed. The owner Tom, was extremely helpful while I was planning the trip. He answered all of my questions and offered great suggestions. I would definitely return and highly recommend the property!

We really enjoyed your villa. The villa was immaculate and had everything that we needed. The king bed was very comfortable . We really liked the veranda for our morning coffee, the tiki hut for afternoon sunset and cocktails, and the private pool and beach. Looking forward to next year.
