We loved the view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. The property had everything we needed. We wished the spa was warmer as it was abit cold out in the courtyard on windy nights.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is just lovely and in a great, quiet location but within easy walking distance of the shops food and supplies. The teens loved the bedrooms with TV’s (what luxury!). Loved the sea views from the balcony and the wood fire was so cosy for the chilly nights. We really appreciated being able to bring our little dog, he also had an amazing time! Unfortunately the spa was malfunctioning which was disappointing as it was a key feature in our choice of accommodation however the managing agents were very responsive with great communication, they really tried so hard to remedy the problem so they can’t be faulted at all. We would love to return.

I came down to Apollo Bay with my girl friends for a little getaway and were welcomed into a beautiful home! The view from the beach was stunning and the hot tub was a great way to have a private relaxing time. Was a short drive to the market. Highly recommend!!

We were very happy with the location . It’s a comfortable, clean and nicely decorated house. We were looking forward to using the spa in the back yard, but it wasn’t functioning. This was reported on first night of our stay but didn’t get rectified for the next night. Also wifi didn’t work.

Stylish property with ocean views and short distance from the beach. Enjoyed staring at the sky at night from outdoor spa. Great star display. The place to stay when touring the Great Ocean Road.

Great spot really enjoyed the hot tub looking at the stars at night. Loved that when I checked in the fire was already lit and the room was toasty warm made it a great touch.

Would recommend to others. Property was clean and well designed. Hot tub was perfect and the fireplace was a must for the cold winter night. We checked out reluctantly as we did not want to leave. Cant wait for our next stay.

Perfect for our family

We took our dog Achilles to stay at Achilles. We loved the bird life, the view and the sound of the sea. We wanted a good kitchen and linen provided and a wood fire. Very relaxing thanks

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed here and will definitely be back! A lovely home with all the mod cons and a jaw dropping view of the water.

Relaxing, convenient and clean.

Nice property with very big & posh main bathroom. Having heaters in both bathrooms is a bonus. Unfortunately did not have a chance to soak in and enjoy the hot-tub. Kitchen utensils can be better eg the pot provided is on the small side given property is meant for 6. Even for my family of 4, the pot is not big enough to cook pasta and instant noodle for all at 1 time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, bright, well furnished, very comfortable with great views of the water. The spa was clean and ready for use. Little things like hand and body wash were welcomed and the towels were fresh and soft. Max our furbaby also settled in quickly and looked forward to daily walks along the beach.

Achilles is a great place to stay in Apollo bay, walking distance to town, the beach is across the road and the view from upstairs is just magic. Our dog enjoyed the beach and the back yard was secure for him whilst we enjoyed the stars from the spa. The house has everything you need and the bed is super comfy and the shower powerful enough to removal all traces of sand. I would recommend staying here, it's just lovely and check in is a breeze.

Such beautiful accommodation in a stunning location. Walking distance to the beach we really enjoyed our time staying at Achilles. A few little issues we managed to resolve its unfortunate that such a lovely space has been disrespected by others who have stayed here. Our little local we discovered in a neighbouring tree was a native treat a common drop bear!!
