Spałem już w kilku miejscach na Paharganj i muszę stwierdzić, że w tym przedziale cenowym Hotel Pinky Villa jest bardzo wysoko na mojej liście. Może nawet na ten moment nr 1. Bardzo dobra obsługa, przyjazna i pomocna. Załatwią dosłownie wszystko zaczynając od taksówki z i na lotnisko w dobrej cenie a kończąc na biletach kolejowych czy lotniczych. Co kto woli. W hotelu znajdziecie czyste, przyjemne i bardzo klimatyczne pokoje z czystą pościelą. Jest też klimatyzacja i tv. Co ważne klimatyzacja również grzeje, a to w chłodniejsze dni bardzo pomocne. Piękne drzwi i kłódka dopełniają klimatu. Pyszne jedzenie serwowane jest w klimatycznej restauracji na dachu w sąsiednim hotelu należącym do tej same firmy. Okolica spokojna, niedaleko dworca kolejowego i metra. Polecam.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the Location is very good in a silent street but only around the corner from Main Bazar Road and a short walk from Metro Station. Hot water is constantly running, it's clean and very comfortable. Elevator is also constantly running. I highly recommend this.

The food was great.. Even I like the interior. Staffs and managers were supportive. Over all it was a good experience.. However I don't like the idea of taking extra charge if I have to opt for early check-in.. Booking.com should also provide flexible timings for check in check out.. I was charged 500 extra for early check in but It was worth paying. Happy stay guys.

Room service was poor. They haven’t provided soap, door mats, towel, water etc. we have to call again and again for room service. It’s disappointing.

Staff behavior is not appropriate. Rooms are very small. Food quality is not good. No soundproofing ,i could hear people from another room screaming. They are also not cleared about hotel policies.

Good location. The bed was very good and AC was working great. My room had a very small window to an interior yard, but it was better than to the street because it is so loud outside. I ordered room service and the food was delicious.

It's not 5 minutes walk to the train station, more like 12-15 minutes, specially if there are lot of people on the street (pedestrian, scooters, etc and animals). The staff is friendly but it's difficult to solve check-in and payments issues. In my case I tried to pay when I checked in but they didn't accept cards (and I didn't have the cash). Then on a random day (not in my checkout day) I was going to the train station at 4:30 am and they asked me to pay, I said that I didn't have the cash (not expecting to pay at this moment) but in this occasion they accepted my card, however I paid in the hotel that is across the street. I didn't get the invoice until I checked-out the last day.

L'habitacio en general no estava neta. El llençols no estaven nets. El terra brut i el sofà estava molt brut. Per 40€ la nit a delhi em sembla desproporcionat.

We didn’t like everything. The main thing is : we booked this hotel because we saw authentic style hotel with Indian style white hall, cute white windows, some statues and paintings in Indian style. And rooms looked nice and clean on photo, but the reality is: photo of the hall and floors with paintings on walls- photos of completely another hotel that is located in front of pinky villas! They lied to you. Rooms are the worst! We booked !deluxe! room for 2200 rupees with breakfast instead of standard because we hoped to get nicer room. But! It was so dirty! Curtains were disgusting with brown and orange dirty spots. Bedsheet is so grey and old. Towels (may be some centuries ago) were supposed to be white, but now dirty and grey! We didn’t use them. So many dust everywhere, furniture is old. We killed couple of cockroaches in our room. Very noisy! 24hours people outside were talking loudly, signalling and so on. We don’t recommend to anyone. Don’t look of authentic punctures on booking com. Most of them belong to other hotel. There were other hotels nearby for the same price And more valuable of money.

Excellent hotel!! The room is very beautiful, spacious, comfortable bed and clean sheets, the hotel staff was very kind and patient especially the cute girl who received us at the reception, they welcomed us with a smile and made sure we were satisfied! Good and indulgent breakfast in the morning, excellent location, close to Main Bazaar but in a quieter place, there is a roof top where you can smoke with a good restaurant! 🙃

It was horible expirience.we asked transfer aeropot-hotel and , we arrived at night, administration write number of driver and after driver get us to another very dirty and dangerouse place.. with people sleeping on the roat. we come back to aeroprt. Dont sleep all night and very afraide.

Central location.

For the price the accommodation was very dirty. Also the TV didn’t worked, the mattress was horrible and the extra charge for a super loud A/C at arrival was not what I expected.

The stuff was friendly. Every time when I have question, Ms Mahi Kaur answered me nicely. I felt nervous about my trip because it is my first time coming to India, but because of the hospitality, I felt alright.

Location was a bit more complicated than I’ve expected. But if you be careful, it will be alright.

Comparatively it was nice place as budget hotel.

They didn't cooperate much. Their food is not that nice and they dont allow you to bring food from outside. I asked 1 empty plate and they denied so I changed my hotel

No breakfast provided. Room is neat. Facilities have to be improved. I will prefer this again with friends. But with family members, particularly with women, the location is not appropriate.

The room design was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The address on Google Maps was wrong so it took a very long time to get there. I understand not a new hotel. However, I would’ve expected a bit more cleanliness, although I suppose it is inevitable that some stains cannot be removed due to the old facilities.

The staffs were really good and helping especially Mahi kaur. The ambience of the hotel is really good. Will definitely come back to this beautiful place.
