La ubicación es buena, tiene supermercado, restaurantes y zonas húmedas. La habitación estaba limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. El baño es amplio y el balcón también.

Tuvimos que llamar o bajar a la recepción varias veces, no nos dijeron que ascensor debíamos tomar, nos dieron llaves y la cerradura era con clave, no había control para la televisión por cable, después el WiFi no funcionaba. No hubo buena comunicación en cuanto a los horarios de las zonas húmedas, en recepción dicen una cosa, la de seguridad dijo otra y la realidad era otra. En ningún lado de la publicación dice que los Lunes hacen mantenimiento a las zonas húmedas. Deberían ofrecer otras opciones de almohadas, las que tienen son muy altas.

Friendly staff. The pool and jacuzzi. Work space. Community. Restaurants. Everything is clean and professional. I’ve stayed in a lot of different places in Bogota and this is my top choice!!

It's advertised as a "pet friendly" place, Remember if you don't have a dog that you take on vacation, Probably not your place. Dogs do bark through the night. Rooms are definitly not sound proof...

72HUB used to be a fantastic place. I lived there in 2019 and I would have given 10/10. Now I´ll go with 1 and I would even propose a 0 but booking doesn't allow it The problem is that you cannot bring visitors, even if you paid for two people and you are alone in the apartment. A friend visiting you, your partner, forget about it. They have to be registered at the time of check in only. Jalo (the company managing the building) said it is for security reasons. I've proposed to check everyone in and out accordingly but nope, I couldn't do that either. This happens only with apartments managed by Jalo as owners of their own place or renting with a different owner do not have the same limitations. This shows the ottusity and the lack of business acume of the company managing properties I had to deal with. And the security explanation is flawed. By the way the employees were friendly and helpful, they were just executing orders coming from above. Even prisons have visiting times, but you can't have them in 72HUB, which is outrageous. On top of it, the swimming pool was not working and they've informed me about that the day before arriving despite the swimming pool being not usable from days, so I had no time to reschedule. No discount was given for any of this. I was planning to stay there for at least 3 weeks, but after such absurdity I left after 2 days (1 day too much). A friend of mine left before the end of his staying too, and three more that were planning to come didn't even book it anymore. Good luck doing business like this, you are screwing up a place that used to be amazing.

No room services very noisy some of the neighbors smoke in the terrace and the smell goes inside the rooms. No 👎

The balcony view of Bogotá is outstanding. We checked in at 4am after a long flight so went straight to bed. Waking up the next morning and pulling up the blinds to that view was the perfect way to start our 2-week trip! Bed super comfy, security very good with safe and 24hr security staff in reception. Facilities also excellent - the pool in particular, hot tub, and sauna. Café/bar perfect for breakfast and light snacks. Bottled water in the fridge was also much appreciated.

No complaints at all! I highly recommend this pad for a short stay in Bogotá.

The apartment was amazing. Great kitchen, bedroom had loads of storage space. Bathroom was good. Views were stunning over the city. Great value for money. Good location close to the main bus routes to get around town.

Good breakfast downstairs but not cheap. Extremely slow preparing breakfast. Be ready to wait one hour. Washer also doubles as a dryer. Happy surprise.

Water heater broke almost on the first day. It bottomed out. Took three days to fix. Pots and pans extremely cheap. Get ready to scrape. No TV in living room. No area heater. Got chilly some nights. Water heater broke. Had to heat water in pots.

loved the pool and gym facility. Also had a small cafeteria in the building that was very good. Very secure. Unfortunately the location is not the best.
