All was good at the Luxury House. The 10 of us who stayed there, found it to be "as advertised. A few minor issues, but all in all, it was a great experience.

It was a great setup for all the different generations of our group. Also loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom!! It was amazing how quiet it was even on the busy road. Very convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for our 3 day adventure in Moab.

Family of 10 (age 6-82) just had a wonderful week long stay at this beautiful, spacious and well stocked home in the middle of downtown Moab. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and AC (2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 up) The master has a large adjoining sitting area with a futon that worked well for 2 adults in the master and their 2 children on the futon. There is also a sitting area with a table upstairs that goes out to the spacious front upper covered porch with a staircase to lower porch. Main floor has an open area with couch, wet bar, table with extensions (that can sit 8-10) Easy walking to lots of nice shops eateries, grocery store and food truck park.The kitchen is roomy and well stocked with appliances. Laundry room attached with mop sink and some cleaning supplies. Overall the house was more spacious than I thought from the pics. Clean rooms with comfy beds. We were not bothered at all by traffic noise despite being near a very busy road. The house is well insulated and the white noise from the AC kept all outside noise out. There is ample parking behind the house for several vehicles and a covered carport with a large table and chairs to sit or eat in the shade. There is also another sitting area with chairs in an unshaded area if you prefer. Wonderful time, lots of cool adventures (jeeping, ballooning, hiking and unbelievable sights)Highly recommend. Great house and town! Host is easy to work with.

If I could double the 5 stars I would. Imagine a place so well stocked with amenities that what you hated you left at home was already there waiting on you, and then you had other amenities you didn’t even know you needed were there as well. Wine fridge, extra ice maker, detergent if you asked, extra sink and bar in dining room, wash sink in the mud room, hot water maker, oscillating tower fans, bbq supplies, even ear plugs! Everything you need along with great advice about the town from the front desk if needed. 3 families converged comfortably on our stay here. The 5 bathrooms were spot on for getting us all ready and out of there asap. Each bathroom was beautiful and unique. The rooms were spacious and the beds slept well. The pool across the street was great for the kids. We enjoyed drinking a few beverages on the balcony while watching the town wind up in the morning or wind down in the evening. The parking in the back was massive. We even used the grill one evening and ate in the shade of the house. The location was absolutely perfect. Smack dab in the middle of town where literally everything was in walking distance. We ate at the food truck park several times and it was a mere block down. Onto the service; I can honestly say I’ve never been treated better at any other place in my life, and I’ve been to a lot! Thanks to Capitol Reef being halfway closed up, and a wrong turn we ended up in Moab 2 nights earlier than expected. We passed the hotel and discussed just stay

Perfect HQ for Modern Elopement Destination Wedding at Dead Horse Point! 5 great suite bedrooms, each with full bath, including a master king suite. Full kitchen and dining area with bar amenity with morning coffee balcony too! It could not have been better for our group nor a better base for our wedding event. Yay Moab! Yay Bowen House! Yay Bride & Groom!

Perfect location in Moab. Convenient to everything, pool was great after a long day of hiking.
