This condo was perfect for our family trip to Breckenridge. We have a teenager and toddler. The condo had everything we needed for our little family!
This was our first time staying near Main Street and we loved being so close to the shops and dining.
Sarah was an amazing host. She checked in with us several times throughout our trip to ensure we had everything we needed. Not sure if the lady at the front desk is the same person another reviewer mentioned, but we also noticed she lacked personality and customer service skills, so we communicated with Sarah for all of our needs.
We would definitely stay with Modern Retreats again!

The condo met our expectations, the hot tubs were nice to end the day after being on slopes and the gym had sufficient weights and equipment to get a good workout in on our off days. The proximity to shopping and dining was great.

Sarah is a great host and the apartment is amazing, located in the best placement in Breckenridge.

The condo is convenient and close to ski school and ski lift. The lady at the check in desk seemed overwhelmed and a little rude. Other than that it was a great stay.

Our family of five had such an amazing time staying here. The location is excellent and is within walking distance of just about everything. The pool, hot tubs, game room and movie theater were a big hit for our entire family! The host/property manager was super friendly and easy to reach! We hope to come back again soon! Highly recommend booking your stay here!

This was our third summer visiting Breckenridge and our first time staying in a condo in town. It couldn’t not have worked better for us. Having the access to the mini golf, pool, multi role hot tubs, and game room made for great multi-generational time together. We had young kids up to grandparents all able to hang out together. The proximity to town was great and the parking situation also met our needs. I highly recommend this spot!

Everything about this condo was perfect. The owner, Sarah, was amazing. Very easy to connect with before and during our stay and super responsive. The location of this condo is perfect… just steps from the ski rental and Quicksilver lift and all the shops and restaurants downtown. Tons of amenities too (gym, pool, hot tubs). Thank you again, Sarah, for sharing your beautiful condo with us!!

Beautiful, clean condo which is as advertised in a great ski in - ski out location at the base of Peak 9 in the Village. We were recent Feb guests and enjoyed our stay. Sarah and the Modern Retreats folks make everything very easy.

We love our vacation in Breckenridge. The apartment has the best location in town. It’s steps from de lift and a short walk to the Main Street, I wouldn’t have found a better location to stay.
Everything was very clean and cozy and it was always easy to get in touch with the host. Im looking forward to stay in the apartment again.

This place has everything, a superb location, the decoration is AAA+, beds are super comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped and our host Sarah is fantastic. I would highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back.

Great location conveniently located near ski school, ski slopes and ski rentals. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking gadgets. Owner was extremely responsive to any requests. Condo included access to HOA provided pool, sauna, jacuzzis and updated amenities including a game room. Great place for our family of 5 to walk, dine, shop, ski and relax!

This is our second time staying at this condo and we plan to stay here every time we’re in Breck. It’s modern, clean and beautifully furnished. Kids loved the bunk bed guest room (also another full size bed in the room) and their own bathroom. Master bedroom and bathroom are wonderful. Pretty furniture and fireplace. Full bench area and hooks for ski apparel. Nice (and clean) patio and tons of windows, each with a great view of the Village and Main Street. The convenience of this condo/location made traveling/skiing with kids run more smoothly than I ever imagined. It’s literally in the center of everything. Fully stocked with games, humidifiers, sleds and all the extras - everything was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

From the initial booking of the property until the moment we left, couldn’t be easier and everyone is always so accommodating. The property is in a great location, so clean, functional and accessible to so many restaurants and shops. Enjoyed it greatly with my kids and their grandparents.

Absolute Gem in Breckenridge
Our family has visited Breckenridge many times and stayed in various accommodations but none as all-around great as this unit. The location is perfect – right in the heart of Breck and very easy access to Main St. The unit itself is very comfortable and clean. The building has all of the amenities you could need/want – we have two little ones and spent every afternoon playing in the pools, hot tubs and game room with free PacMan! Sarah was an A+ host, reaching out several times in advance and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We will 100% be coming back.

Our favorite!
We stayed in several VRBOs on our recent Colorado trip and this property was our favorite! The layout is ideal for families—with space for everyone to spread out and the location makes walking to restaurants and shops so easy. We would love to visit Breckinridge again and will stay here again. Communication with the property manager was wonderful and the whole experience exceeded our expectations!

Best of Breckenridge
Location is amazing with ski in-ski out! Property is modern, light and welcoming - after a wonderful day of skiing spending time at this well equipped property was just what we needed! This is high end quality all over from beds to furniture to communication with the host, who is quick to respond both before, during and after stay!
We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay at Breck
This was our first trip out west for some real skiing! We are from Virginia and the snow and mountains just aren't the same as Colorado. This condo was clean, well stocked, and decorated very nicely and comfortably. Our family of 5 felt right at home during our stay. You can walk to everything with ease! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub amenities a few afternoons as well. That was a nice treat after a long day of skiing. Our host was very helpful and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our week stay. I highly recommend this condo!

Mountain Get Away
Beautiful condo at the base of peak 9. Perfect for skiing and being able to walk around downtown without a car. Sarah was very responsive throughout the week with any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo
The condo was clean, modern and comfortable. Sarah was wonderful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Our kids enjoyed having their own queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. The location was wonderful and close to the lifts and town. We will be back!
