For the last few years we have stayed in this awesome home and the bonus is that it is at the perfect location for us while we attend the Queenscliff Rod Run weekend in February .

Dunes Park was perfect! Very quaint, retro style accommodation with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. Plenty of room and very comfortable. 😊

We have now rented this house for the second year in a row and we love it. It's clean has everything you need. Location is excellent, we have young kids and love being able to walk to the beach.

House size and location on the highway going into town is perfect for our needs . House owner Alison and her husband are a super nice friendly couple . We all hope to return again next year the weekend the Rod Run is on again .

We absolutely loved our time in this charming house. For us the location was perfect with young kids, just a short walk to the beach. The kids also loved drawing with the chalk provided in the backyard and playing in the sunroom. The kitchen was very clean and functional. Only one thing we noticed was the house gets quite warm on the hot days, so a couple of pedestal fans for the bedrooms would have been great!

Our family (including 2 dogs) stayed in this property for a week over summer. It had everything we needed and more. The location was great as it was within short walking distance to a beautiful all day off lead beach and the patrolled swimming beach. It was a lovely short walk into town (or the local cafe) giving us ample opportunity to ogle all the beautiful houses around Queenscliff.
The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was always hot. Would highly recommend.

Spacious beach house around the corner from the beautiful Santa Casa beach and short stroll the the cute corner store cafe. The owner was very helpful and willing to address any issues we had. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fun relaxing place
What a fantastic place to relax and spend family time. There’s a garden for the dog, board games, a coffee machine and choice of sofas to relax in, of take a cricket bat and chair and head to the park or beach. Thank you for a lovely stay!

AWESOME house in the perfect location for us
This is the perfect house for our weekend away in Queenscliff . We come down for the Hotrod weekend in February and the house location on the highway into Queenscliff is perfect for us

Nice short stay
Great sized house with good air conditioning. Good location though more of a short drive to the town rather than a walk - but easy stroll to the beach and Swan Bay. Few of the kitchen utensils were showing their age but plenty of stuff to use. Staying here was a retro experience right down to the 1970s phone and phone stand (had to explain to 10Y0 son how to use them!) - a good vibe!

Excellent spot for a family (including your pet!)
We loved our stay, close proximity to the beach for our son and dog, whilst spacious inside! We particularly enjoyed sitting in the sun room talking and watching the world go by.

Comfortable, clean and just a short stroll to the beach
We really enjoyed our stay here. Accurate description of the home - retro and old school beach house, incredibly clean and comfortable for us as a couple and our dog. Great short stroll to a fantastic doggy beach which was the highlight for us. We usually prefer staying a little closer to town but it’s only a few minutes drive. Overall we had a really great stay!

Queenscliff Rod Run weekend
We really enjoyed staying at this house at the non Queenscliff Rod Run weekend . It was perfectly clean and suited our requirement for the for the whole weekend . Cheers Trevor

Highly recommend this immaculately clean, tidy and comfortable home. Had a lovely relaxing weekend with the family and our fur baby. Close to the beach and a short drive to shops, the beautiful Point Lonsdale beach and restaurants on the wharf.Thank you so much Alison, we will definitely be back.

Highly recommend this immaculately clean, tidy and comfortable home. Had a lovely relaxing weekend with the family and our fur baby. Close to the beach and a short drive to shops, the beautiful Point Lonsdale beach and restaurants on the wharf.

Great long weekend
Weekend for long walks along the beach with the kids and fur baby. Most relaxing. Terrific position accessible to beach and Main Street. House took us back in time. Comfortable and cosy.

Very comfortable very retro!
We enjoyed two nights at this lovely property with a huge back yard and fire pit which we sat around sharing great conversation for many hours. Dog friendly. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. 2 mins from the dog friendly beach. Very friendly and helpful owners. Would def return.

Relaxed and Lay back holiday.
We had a fantastic break at Dunes Park in Queenscliff. A great location, walking the dog out the back gate to the beach and the view of Swan Bay at the front. Clean, comfortable and everything there we needed. It felt like a real beach holiday even though we were there in winter and we loved every moment. Hope to go back soon.

This house includes everything you could possibly need for a family holiday. It's so close to the beach, and a comfortable walk into town. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous beach location
We had a very relaxing beach holiday with access to a fantastic dog friendly beach 5 minutes walk from the back gate. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Perfect for families of all ages. We would stay again.

The back yard was set up for the kids to play volleyball. There was also foitbslks and bats for cricket. A fun family stay
