Close to the peaceful port and beach
The people sitting on the wall literally outside,may be a bit daunting if you were on your own but not at troublesome and really just enjoying chatting

The city center location was very good, with great bay views. Convenient, with all nearby shopping and restaurants - and the beach just a 10 minute walk.
The air conditioning did function in a somewhat spotty way, part of the time. The wi-fi posed some challenges the first couple of days before it was taken care of.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. He was available for us especially when we forgot the pin code to the safe!
Everything was as expected but the booking stated breakfast was included in the rate but the restaurant had closed down the previous year

A beautifully modernised town house close to all Alvor has to offer. The roof top terrace is spectacular, with furniture and handy outdoor kitchen area, with the best sea views. We were worried that the central location may be noisy late at night but, certainly early in the season, restaurants around the house closed by midnight
Whilst no real need for cleaning services as we kept the property shipshape, it would have been nice to have bins emptied during our stay

Property very comfortable and clean in good location. View from roof terrace superb. Just be aware there are 48 steps from ground floor to roof terrace so not so suitable for people with mobility problems. Some noise from neighbouring restaurants and bars at night but overall we had a great time.

⁰Location very good and apartment appeared to have been recently decorated, but it was noisy of an evening. especially when theSita music festival was on the 22nd May and the DJ way set up about 20 feet from the apartment which was extremely loud, with the street party went on until around 3am..
We were the first guests to stay in the apartment which was nice but rather dusty. Can not fault the layout and equipment in the apartment.

The location was fabulous right on the main strip and close to the beach but it did mean that it was quite noisy at night.
The noise at night especially with a number of locals literally outside our front door until 3am. We did complain to our host who moved us without any hesitation to another property and although just around the corner it was much better as far as the noise was concerned.

The 2 bed house was amazing, everything was perfect, comfortable beds, modern , bright.
Plenty of space.
The roof terrace will stay in our hearts forever. The views are fantastic.

Superb location. House was remodeled, so everything is new. Awesome view to the river. Beach at walking distance. You park the car somewhere and forget it for the rest of thw holidays. Supermarkets are at walking distance as well. It's worth the money.
You will get some noise at night, it's the busiest street in Alvor (busiest because of pubs and restaurants, no cars are allowed). But if you want to be in the center, you have to accept it. You'll get used to it. You can't park at the door, bit depending on the time you arrive, you may find a slot 200 meters away. In the afternoon, maybe a bit more.

Everything we could have wished for and more. Great views and an apartment of a very very high standard.
Quiet when we were there but when Alvor gets busy it could be noisy.

No access to the apartment with a car.
No parking...parking is 500metres
