Good location
Fairly decent property, the games cabana is a nice touch. Floor plan not the greatest but lots of room. Could do with an extra lounge/soft chairs on the main floor.
Driveway is super steep and no real kerbside parking options.

Very spacious, great location, well equipped.
The house was very spacious for the Family, big rooms, most with allocated separate facilities, well equipped kitchen, laundry.
Big entertainment area and great Smart TV loaded with all the apps like Netflix, Disney etc
Generally clean and tidy. (but you do "discover" when move beds or look under the table ;-) )
Linen provided, but need to bring your beach towel for the pool area. Parking was good, but driving out of it onto busy road was a bit of a challenge.
We enjoyed our stay and definitely would like to be back and recommend with regards.

Excellent Place!!!
The property is beautiful and great for family with kids. Had lots of room for everyone. Kitchen cutlery was not cleaned and had to clean it all before we could use it. Apart from that enjoyed our stay :)

Access is very difficult to the property as is parking. On a busy windy road which impedes access. I

The perfect house!
Dream catcher was the perfect place to hide away and enjoy a break for our group of seven, but ten would be ideal as there are multiple areas to play, chill or watch a movie. The swimming pool and pool table are the best things for a bunch of kids to enjoy themselves. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance and has heaps of glassware, plates, platters and cutlery - and the beds are super comfy. We'll be back!

Dreamcatcher is a gem
Dreamcatcher was a lovely home, fully stocked and lots of room to spread out and relax. We had 2 families stay with children ranging from 9 to 2yrs. The pool was amazing and great way to spend the afternoon after a day at the beach.

Unfortunately had to leave earlier than anticipated but owner was fully supportive to my situation

Stay was great. BBQ was not cleaned. So couldn’t use it. But overall great stay for families and kids..

Nice place, well decorated and easy to use.
We enjoyed this property and the house is lovely. It has everything you need for a big group, especially if you are a quiet group. I liked it all but I wouldn’t go in a really hot week as the AC is weak. Else perfect and a short walk to the beach.

Great pool
Lovely large house with an awesome pool. Lots of rules to follow but worth it. TV was pixilated a lot so much so you couldn't watch live tv. Down stairs rain water head didn't work but other than that it was perfect for our large group.

We loved the location, only a short walk to the beach. The house is amazing. Perfect for entertaining and a quiet getaway.

Great family holiday
The layout of this home makes it suitable for generational groups. Great facilities. Like most of Avoca on sloping ground, meaning that walk to and from beach is steep.
