This was our second year staying for two weeks at the property. Was extremely responsive and wanted to make sure that our stay went as smoothly as possible. The location can't be beat as it is literally across the street from a private beach and the yard is wonderful. Hoping to go back next year.

A beautiful home nestled near the ocean. Great proximity to beach, and restaurants. My group enjoyed paddle boarding one morning- a short drive away. The outdoor shower was a great bonus. Lovely backyard, enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning on the deck! Great spot for families or small groups looking for relaxing getaway!

Location relative to proximity of the beach was key. The outdoor living space (deck and backyard) was where we spent most of our time. We all enjoy cooking and the kitchen was beautiful other than the lack of cooking pots and pans.

Small but Well maintained home. Easy beach access. Awesome outdoor shower. Door lock was a problem. Beach chairs were well worn. Washer/dryer impossible to figure out. Overall a wonderful property.

This house was fantastic! Clean, updated, wonderful large backyard including hot tub. We had a minor issue on the second day, but within 15 minutes of notifying the owner, she was already in the works to fix the issue. And...it is very close to the beach. I normally prefer the Dennis beaches on the north shore due to seaweed, but the beach this house has access to is relatively seaweed free. Loved it, would definitely love to return. This was a lovely home and the perfect getaway for my family and I! We have been coming to the cape since I was 12 weeks old and this year I was able to bring my son to experience the Cape as well! This was the perfect spot with the beach just at the end of the road and an amazing fenced in backyard. Everything we needed was available, the home itself was truly lovely, and we will definitely be back!

I can't begin to express the perfectness of the week spent here. Everything from the house being BETTER than listed, to the cleanliness, to the ease of check-in (house was ready EXACTLY at 3PM), to the comfort of the bed and furniture...it was a fantastic week with the family. You couldn't get any closer to the beach, which was very clean and not crowded. Kelly was lightning fast in responding to any questions or concerns we had (which were none!) - the consummate home owner. Would highly recommend this property to everyone. Thank you, Kelly!!! Had a great time at this house. Easy walk to the beach, even with kids, and close to many good restaurants and shops.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very clean, awesome backyard for our dog and the hot tub was great! Super close to the beach, not far from town.

We basically spent the weekend commenting on how perfect the house was. The kitchen is beautiful, the yard perfect for a dog, the couch was just right for watching movies, and only a block from the beach! We had a great time and would definitely come back!

We had an excellent getaway weekend! the house is mint and had everything we needed and more! Only a quick walk to the beach, beautiful deck, and fenced in yard was so nice for my dog, not to mention a hot tub and always love an outdoor shower. Everything was great, Kelly is an excellent host and super responsive! Hope to stay again in the future!

the property was exactly as described! The house itself was centrally located to popular attractions including Chatham, the Cape Cod Chip Factory, mini-golf, and Sundae School (one of the top ice cream spots in the cape)! We didnt spend too much time at the beach but it was great for the few hours we did go. Would highly recommend this property to other people and would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for my family's vacation. Very clean and I loved the kitchen, close to the beach and many restaurants. Kelly was great to work with and always responded quickly to any question I had. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else.

Stayed here recently with my husband, 16th month old and our 2 Boston terriers. We loved the place. The fenced in beautiful backyard makes the place. We spent a lot of time back there. Indoors is very nicely decorated too. Cape feel, close to everything and pet friendly was what we needed and it’s just that. We’ll be back again.

House was perfect for my wife and I, our 7 month old, and our Golden Retriever. Fenced in backyard is great for a dog. Can walk to the beach and a couple waterfront bars. Would def recommend and stay again. Eric

We stayed at this unit for a four-day weekend during the one chilly weekend of the whole summer in the beginning of September. We didn't get to enjoy the beach too much unfortunately, but the location was perfect. A two-minute walk to the beach and it was a really nice beach. The kids had a great time playing with the horseshoe crabs, hermit crabs and other little creatures at the beach. The water was warm, calm and clear, though the temperature outside was only in the 60's. Though we weren't able to utilize the beach as much as we hoped to, the fact that this house had a hot tub in the backyard was an amazing alternative. We all loved relaxing in it and the kids had a blast spending time in the warm water after a nice morning of hiking or checking out some of the nearby little towns. The kids liked it so much they actually forgot that the beach was across the street. The inside of the house was also really nice. Every room was clean and comfortable. Beds were great and plenty of amenities provided by the owner to make us feel at home. Though there was only one shower in the house, there was an outdoor shower right near the hot tub which was really nice and helped with a full house. There was plenty of seating for dinners around the island in the kitchen as well as the dining room table. The living room had plenty of space to sit on the couch and watch TV and the backyard was also really fun for the kids to play in with plenty of grass and a nice fence around it. There were plenty of places nearby for food and supermarkets we're only a short drive away. The driveway had plenty of room for three cars maybe even more if needed. We also encountered a bunch of ants in the kitchen but nothing that we would call a negative. The only issue I would say we had was the washer dryer combination which seemed to take three or four hours to complete each cycle. Maybe we weren't using it correctly but there were not any directions that we could find so we made the best of it. Overall, we had an amazing time and the owner was really responsive and friendly. She answered all of our questions with a quick turnaround time and really wanted us to have a great time at her property. We would definitely rent here again in the future if we came back to Cape Cod.

The house was perfect for our needs - the renovations are just a perk - I love the kitchen, floors, bedrooms. Our daughter loved the bunk beds. The window AC units kept the house cool on a 95˚F day. The back yard was great for playing with the kids and enjoying evening meals. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes (we have tiny kids, so it takes a bit longer). They loved the extra toys in the outside bin to play with. The wagon didn't work, front wheel was wonky, so we just carried the kiddos if they got tired - honestly it wasn't far though, so they walked majority of the days! There's a playground up the street, and we even did quite a few walks into town (less than 15 minutes), which was great! Our only issue was a few bugs. We expected the ants - that happens a lot to any summer house, and there were ant traps out on the counter, which we appreciated. There were these strange flies (looked like baby deer flies) that kept showing up in the bathroom every night. I say strange because we would squash one, and a new one would appear the next day, only ever one at a time. There were a couple house centipedes in one bedroom, and spiders in the bathroom and living room, but nothing too bothersome. All that said - we would (and hope to) stay again, it was the perfect beach house for our family.

Wonderful house that Is basically new inside! Comfortable beds and lots of room and great backyard space! Walking distance to the beach and not far from things to do. We really enjoyed our stay!

Spent 4 nights in this lovely house with my husband and 16 month old son. The yard is gorgeous and fully enclosed with a white fence. We enjoyed our time outside grilling and running around with our toddler. The house is modern and beautiful, private, and in an ideal location close to the beach. Nice big TVs with cable was a huge plus, and the Weber grill was awesome. There is also a hot tub, but we did not end up using it. We did not bring our dogs, but we wish we had because of the fence, and there is a nice walking path around the corner that leads to the beach. We also saw a couple of dog parks in the area. The master bed needs some help. I don't know if it was the mattress, or that the floor is slanted, but we felt like we were sliding to the right all night. My husband ended up sleeping in another room. It was comfortable enough for me. Also, basic paper products and cleaning supplies would have been helpful. We didn't expect to not have any toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Easily remedied as there are drug and grocery stores nearby. Oh, and some coasters would be helpful also. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. The owner, Kelly, was very responsive through Homeaway and via text!
