We enjoyed our stay. The property is cozy, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. It was even better than described. The location is close to the 405 freeway, which makes it convenient but a bit noisy at times. Susan was a great host. We would not hesitate booking this place again.

This Vrbo was the perfect location to get aquatinted with Washington areas of Kirkland, Bothell, Seattle and many parks and sites! Easy to find and near grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, parks and much more. The condo has all the amenities you need and more! It is gorgeous. Susan is a great super host and we would love to come back and stay here again!

Loved our first stay so much at this VRBO we booked it again three months later. Sunlight beams in through the big windows, very comfortable beds, everything is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The cozy fireplace and warm blankets kept the winter chill away. Private, secure garage too! Our hostess went above and beyond to ensure our stay was peaceful, comfortable and stress free. Don’t hesitate to book this VRBO. It’s in a very safe neighborhood, easy access to shopping and roadways and well worth the money. Should we return to Kirkland, we will definitely reserve this lovely home again.

The property is exactly as billed, in fact we think it is better! Immaculate and well appointed with countless useful touches (like a sewing kit which came in handy). The care of the host is evident everywhere. We dragged in from a long travel at 10pm and there in the fridge was a fresh apple pie and a quart of milk! Just what we needed to feel like we were in the right place. We highly recommend this property and host. We will be back.

This is by far the very best experience I have had with my stays in a VRBO. Susan, the owner of this residence is an absolute perfect host in every possible detail. This home is impeccably clean, well thought out, comfortable, quiet, conveniently located and pretty. From the moment we arrived on the property I knew we had hit the jackpot! Everything was pristine, welcoming and just the cozy atmosphere we were hoping for. Susan is a fantastic hostess who went above and beyond for our comfort. She even provided some delicious apples, pumpkin bread and a basket of treats to take home. The bed was perfect, the sun shone through the many windows and the back patio was a perfect oasis of relaxation. Safe, quiet neighborhood for walking and the setting is lovely. Our experience at this house was AMAZING! It was cozy, comfortable, a home away from home, & kept us WARM! Being from Hawaiʻi, we definitely enjoyed the fireplace and having a nice warm bed to sleep in. The house was very clean and there were lots of extra beddings just in case. I love that there was Seventh Generation brand cleaning products because I do not like to use brands that have toxic ingredients. I highly recommend anyone staying here. We can’t wait to return! We liked the place very much - top quality linens and appliances. Host Susan was super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to walking trails. The rare snow storm made the hill at the entrance of the neighborhood a bit challenging to drive. Host Susan gave us early warnings and suggestions. Thanks! I would like to come back next time and I recommend this place.

We couldn’t have found a better rental for our needs. Susan was thoughtful and easy to communicate with prior to our arrival and so helpful and courteous during our stay. Quiet location central to lots of great activities. Incredibly clean while at the same time felt so cosy. We hope to rent this lovely home again and again to visit our family.

You will not be disappointed if you stay at this lovely townhome. It was home away from home for us and in a central location that resulted in less time on the road between key points of interest.

All of the reviews I read on this property before booking it were spot on! I have never been to such a well organized short term rental. The owner has thought of everything! No fear of running out of paper towels, tp, or any of the daily products you need. And, for once, I didn’t have to run out to buy tissues. Seemingly small stuff that makes a world of difference in your stay. The entire house was spotless! The kitchen equipment had everything I needed, even a Microplane. King size bed in main bedroom was very comfortable, and I’ve found that not many of the places we’ve stayed before had them. It was very hot the first day we were there, but the owner supplied excellent, detailed instructions on how to cool things down and we were very comfortable. She also provided information on wine tasting at nearby tasting rooms. All in all, this townhouse had everything we could have hoped for.

We had such a lovely stay at Susan's place. We had everything we needed in the unit, and Susan was available by text/call if anything came up. She was so friendly and helpful -- we actually got dinner with Susan and her husband before we left. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

This is a beautiful townhome that was impeccably clean. The owner was kind and willing to use unscented products before our stay and had unscented products available for use during our stay even though that is not what she normally uses. She really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

For the last five years we have been coming to the Bellevue area for a month of visiting friends and family. This is the first time a rental not only met, but absolutely exceeded our expectations. Susan's townhouse was spotlessly clean, everything provided, check in was super simple, so we could just unpack and start enjoying our vacation. We felt like we were checking into a five star hotel. There was a nice bottle of wine and an abundant assortment of snacks next to a personal “Welcome Note” addressed to us by name. Later when I opened one of the pantry doors to store some supplies we brought with us, I found even more snacks. Susan provided a detailed general information letter covering all the little extras, instructions for internet connection, check out instructions, and that there was a First Aid kit if needed. Susan has done an amazing job decorating their unit, great colors and decorations, better than the photos, everything looked fresh, and new even. The Smart TVs and very fast internet were much better than we had encountered at other locations and the Keurig coffee machine with an abundant selection of Starbucks kcups was another bonus. When I sent a text message with a question, I received an immediate answer. I wish all owners were as thoughtful and well prepared to accept guests as Susan. The back deck is very private with a gas grill and large enough to have family and friends over. There is a desk and a surge protected outlet for your laptop with four USB charging outlets to support your computing needs in the oversize dining room. Parking is provided in a private garage that would hold two vehicles and it has an extra refrigerator/freezer for additional cold storage if needed.. The condominium community is very quiet, well maintained.. Everything about the unit listed in the HomeAway listing was correct and we will definitely return for another stay next year. Our rating for Susan is definitely a 5 STAR Super Host! Jim & Jan
