Lovely older home with nice kitchen, comfortable sitting areas, comfortable beds, excellent fire pit and lake front dock and views. Great for dock swimming and relaxing with family and friends.

We spent three nights at this home as an end of summer get together with all our kids. The home was spotless, the view is beautiful, and the home had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the owner’s kayak and eating at the large dining table. We watched a movie in the basement one night and ate at all our favorite Lake Oconee restaurants. The kids all asked if we could come back to this house. They loved it!

Great time! Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Location is ideal, just minutes from restaurants, Publix etc. The view from the deck onto the lake is fantastic. Ping pong, gaming console and comfy couch in the basement is a nice touch. Hope to be back soon.

Very lovely property, very clean, updated, and provided everything needed for a wonderful stay. Mike, property owner was great to work with he provided great detailed information prior to our visit and kept in contact for anything we may have needed throughout our stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely visit again very soon.

We booked this property for a small team retreat and it was absolutely perfect. The location was convenient, the views were beautiful and the house had everything we could possibly need. Mike was an excellent host, providing restaurant recommendations and always responding to any questions right away. We loved our stay here and would happily return!

Property was clean, nice large table for the family to gather around, fire pit was great, and the views were of course nice and very peaceful being on the water. The rental came with a nice surprise of toys and games for the kids to enjoy. The water toys were a hit for our family, but the kids spent even more time in the basement playing ping pong and with all the other indoor toys. Great place for a quick weekend getaway for those of us who spend our weeks in the city.

Great property to enjoy Lake Oconee! The home is right on the water and is very well appointed. The property has a large open concept kitchen, dinning room, great room with fire place overlooking the lake through large windows. The property is well managed with very clear instruction and communications to help you quickly understand the features of the property and how stuff works. It has plentiful supply of the things you need: towels, paper products, spices, dishes, trash bags etc. The fire pit and dock area are awesome for enjoying the lake and property. The master suite was also very nice with a balcony overlooking the lake. While we didn’t have children with us this trip, the bunk room would be great for a family with a bunch of little ones. Great property that is close to shopping and restaurants!

Great location. Great house!!

It was an older property. The drain in the bottom floor tub took forever to drain. The trash hadn’t been picked up. Silverware and dishes had terrible hard water stains on them. They were not very appealing to eat with. The master suite was very nice, The view out to the lake was beautiful and we did enjoy our time there. The lake accessories along with yard games added to our enjoyment. Very friendly neighborhood. The property manager was very helpful and kind.

The house was awesome and as advertised. There was lots of activities and space to keep everyone entertained and happy, everything from little kids toys to family games to the beautiful lake and fire pit out back. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking for ourselves easy. And everything was clean and in good condition. Really could not have asked for a better time or better hosts!

Absolutely loved everything about this house! My husband and I stayed here with my mom and dad in their 70’s and our 3 teenage girls. The house fit our needs perfectly and the homeowners were wonderful to work with. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This is probably one of the best stocked vacation rentals we have ever stayed at with everything you need to cook, relax and have fun! Property was super clean especially for a lake house and the dock out back (no rocking or swaying) was amazing. We spent many hours out there and kids caught lots of catfish especially in the evenings. It was great having yard games and kayaks were a hit too! Mike was super easy to work with too. We'll be back!

Great property for a family get-away

Clean and comfortable house with a great view. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent again. The home had all of the incidentals we needed and made for a very relaxing weekend.

We rented this property to have a convenient location for our family's spring break vacation. The lake house was as presented in VRBO and accommodated our group (3 adult couples and two children - 7 and 2). It was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped inside and by the lake. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time together!

Mike's lake house is absolutely perfect for families! It's clean, well laid out, fully stocked with essentials and more, and tons of toys. His dock is SO NICE and docking our boat to it was super easy. The fire pit was great and he even supplied the wood. Mike was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Our entire family really enjoyed this lake house and would definitely come back again. It was convenient to Publix and restaurants as well. So so nice! We would definitely come back to this rental.

Great relaxing stay with awesome views. Great time on the water as we were able to bring our boat. Comfortable home loaded with everything you need, especially in the kitchen.

When we first pulled up, we got worried. Not gonna lie. Then I realized I never saw exterior pictures of the property. But we changed our mindset quickly, went in and had a great few days. The property is well laid out and allows for tons of fun with family from game time to kayaking and s’mores at night. We spent many hours around the large table laughing. We had some issues with the septic smell, but the owner was quick in response and helped us fix it right away. The master retreat upstairs was beautiful and waking up each morning looking out to the lake was so peaceful. It’s also a beautiful area for walking with the hills and all the neighbors were so kind. We would definitely go back.
