It's a good Home stay located on a hil top. Reaching there is difficult but stay worth it.
Over all room was very good and clean. There is nice sitting area near dining room with a great view.
Services and view was excellent, it was maintained by Mrs Pooja who was the main housekeeper.
Food and room service was excellent by Mrs Pooja.
They also arrange local sight seeing and airport drop which was a great help.
Location was a bit hard to reach.

More or less neat rooms. Comfortable for 3 people
The noise. The whole day we could hear people and guests talking while checking out. The noise of the cars as we were just next to the garage.Continuous barking of dogs at night and footsteps of people walking past our room. What added to the woe is our room was next to the utility room and consequently you could hear the door opening, noise of things being kept or taken out and this obviously would start very early and continued throughout the day till night.

Everything was perfect if I should say. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. They took care of minute details. Food was very good and the complimentary breakfast was elaborate. They have their own team for local sightseeing which is a boon. Will definitely recommend and rebook.

Because of the approach road (hairpin bends, congested and narrow roads) travelling with a big vehicle/suv might be a little difficult.

Everything, the amenities, the facilities. The staff are good. The taste of food is awesome. If someone likes nature, silence he/she can definitely choose this property.
Location. The location is 2.5-3 km from the main Kurseong city/bazar. So, according to me the price of this property is a little bit higher compared to its location. They should provide all meals (Break-fast, lunch and dinner) like other homestays in spite of complementary breakfast.

Quite place, entire city can be seen from th balcony of room, rook kept neat & clean. Very fast response.
Location : Access to the property is very poor. local taxi owners are not interested to drop here. it is basically in height with narrow approach road. Market is far away. Room tarrif is bit costly. Not advisable with family for tour purpose because of remoteness.

In the lap of the nature , one can feel here calm, serene, tranquil .
River,valley, mountains and Mighty Kanchenjunga remain in your sight.
In a clear day/night one can see the city of Kurseong, Darjeeling & even Bagdogra/Matigada
The washroom is small & the height of the washroom door is low enough for a 5ft 10 inch person like me.
There are only few groceries in that locality & all of them close before 7 pm.
