The bed was very old, broken

The location was excellent. Beach is across the road and bars and restaurants are walking distance 50 to 100m. Excellent for a night out or shopping in the area.

We only had 1 bath towel each for the entire 6 nights and the toilet rolls were not replenished either. If you are staying for a longer period, this should be thought about. A check every 2 to 3 days would have been good. A quick freshen up of the apartment and clean linnen would have made our stay exceptional. Parking was also quite far away. The railwaystation parking is cheap but quite a walk. If you are planning on going outside Pescara with your car regularly, it can be a hassle. Contactless check-in and checkout is convenient but doesn't give you warm fuzzies. Also, the 'seating area' advertised was a kitchen table and chairs. Not comfortable for an extended stay.

The apartment has a great location, it´s quite big, location is right in the city center, 2 minutes walking to the beach and about 8 minutes to the main train station, has a view on the beach from the balcony. It is equipped well, has everything what you need. The owner is nice, communicative and ready to help with everything you need. I would definitely come back.

Location: the beach is less than 5 min walk from the apartment; a supermarket is about 5 min walk from the apartment. There is a decent pizzeria just around the corner. It was very nice of the host to provide us some tea, coffee, salt, sugar and a bottle of water in the fridge on our arrival. Much appreciated!

Location: there is quite a busy street between the apartment and the beach. Sometimes there are very noisy parties in the beach area till late night. As for the apartment itself, it would be nice to have some more storage space there (shelves and drawers).

The location of the apartment is just perfect. Very close to the public beach and just few meters to the main square. And there is also a good connection to the airport by bus or 10 minutes to the main train station. Restaurants are around, supermarket 5-10 minutes walking. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The communication with the host was perfect, we even good a tip to a very good restaurant. We also appreciate that there were basic things in the kitchen as salt, oil etc. And there was even an umbrella and a set of beach mats. Thank you for those details!

It would be nice if there was a net in the window against mosquitoes. Other than that nothing :)

Wonderful location right in a city centre.. Easy to communicate with the host. Comfortable and very clean apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!

Maybe more tea/coffee selection in the kitchen.

The flat is nicely located near the beach. The guest is available to help through WhatsApp. I appreciate the little gift at the end of the stay!
