The location in the city centre is very convenient when you’re planning island hopping. The complimentary breakfast are simple but very good. The personnel is super helpful; even if you’re struggling with your Mastercard they’ll find the workaround:)

sound proofing is bad. Can hear the live band music from the street every night. Water had some smells. Bed is very hard.

Staff was really nice. I got sick and they kept checking up on me to make sure I was okay. They also have really nice tour options.

Unfortunately because of the brown outs they have to keep the AC off most of the day. Not the hostels fault in anyway but it does get really hot if you stay in.

I like it that it's very close to everything. Close to Bambar and to my favorite restaurant called Kawayanan Grilling. The staff were nice. The room is small but it's fine. And it's cheaper than others too but worth its price. I like the USB outlet and the presence of clothes rack where we can hang our clothes. Though it's small for everyone but I was able to make use of it pretty good🤭

There's no hook to hang some stuff. For those in lower deck, we can only hang our clothes or towel to the nylon for the curtain, which is not really advisable, as it may loosen as it becomes heavier. So, I suggest they put metal hooks on the wooden side wall or anywhere possible.

great location in the middle of town but but too loud which is ideal!! bed was super comfortable and the curtain was light blocking - also good size locker

the communal area fridge was broken which was a shame so wasn’t really the chance to meet people - also the air con is great however as the remote is available to use I had someone who kept turning it up to 27/28 which defeats the point of aircon. was annoying! would be good to have it at a set cool temp

Great place over all!

The dorms are connected so even if you book a 4 bed dorm it is actually a 8 bed room.

I liked that the staff was friendly and helpful. There’s complimentary coffee & filtered water available upstairs and the location was great.

The showers could use some maintenance, there was a lot of flooding and the walls were very slimy it would be great to scrub them once in a while.

everything is too tight. lockers too small for backpack, usb charger at the bed didn’t work. Poor instabile WIFI.

The sleeping space felt cosy and the bed comfortable. It was quite clean and had a nice upstairs pace.

There could be more hooks in the shower as well as space to hang wet towels

Close to all the restaurant in the center of Coron. very friendly and helpful staff and clean beds.

None of the toilets or showers (2 toilets and 2 showers) worked in the dorm during my 3 day stay. We were told to go upstairs instead - 30 people now sharing 2 toilets and 2 showers. Poor internet

The 4 bedroom dorm was comfortable. The curtains were nice for extra privacy, and the luggage storage had locks. The staff was friendly and helpful and the view from the third floor was beautiful.

The showers weren't the cleanest (hair left in drains) and the water pressure wasn't great. The dorms also got pretty warm at night even with the AC on.

a nice place to stay , the view and the kitchen facilities are definitely a plus. rooms are comfy and very clean. would recommend staying here

Don't trust the receptionists about the ferry, nor the prices in Coron. 1 tricycle ride in Coron is 20/30 php. Scooter rental : 500-600/day. FERRY to el Nido : DON'T book ONLINE!! either you got to buy your PUBLIC FERRY ticket directly at the port, BUT 3-4 days before, or you just need to got to the port the day of your departure, 1h before, and get your ticket and seat directly. It's 2800 (private online ferry 3800!)it leaves at 7 (private at 6)and is quicker. Several passengers WITHOUT tickets just show up 1h before and can get tickets and seats (and some seats are still available when the ferry leaves!!). Michel INN actually told me to buy it online as they knew there wasn't 1 available before 3 days, because they wanted me to extend my stay there. Don't trus the receptionists!! Dishonest. You're in the center so it's noisy, and it's not a social hostel (kitchen use for 50,up on 3rd floor). Laundry is 350 (max 5kg).

Cheap and affordable. the staff was very accommodating and helpful. would recommend this to small groups for sure or those who like to do backpacking.

some items in the room are broken but the staff made sure to fix them
