Lovely short break away in an apartment which was within walking distance to the town, beach and harbour. It was spotlessly clean and very warm.
The owners were very friendly and helpful.
We left a day early due to lockdown, but would recommend the apartment and will definitely return.

A fabulous apartment in the centre of Torquay.
A fabulous apartment in the centre of Torquay. A five minute walk into town or to a great local pub. Very welcoming hosts and a real home from home. Private garden is a sun trap and makes accommodation feel safe and secure with gated parking.

David and Janet are lovely people who make you feel so much at home.

The apartment was excellent with all the mod cons including a washing machine if you really needed it! The hosts, David and Karen, were very welcoming and informative on local services and the complimentary tea, coffee and milk on arrival was a nice touch. The no 12 bus stop was 10 yards from the door so the car never moved all week, it is worth getting a weekly ticket for £18. There are sun loungers in addition to the patio set and the garden was a lovely sun trap. The only thing I would mention, and apologies if it is in the advert somewhere, the entrance to the apartment is down a few steps, this wasn't an issue for us though. Thoroughly enjoyed our first staycation in seven years and we would definitely return.

Perfect place to stay especially if taking your dog, Warm clean and welcoming, within easy walking distance of both town and Beach, Secure on site parking and garden, Received welcome pack on arrival and warm welcome from Dave & Janet . Everything you needed in apartment including a lot of information of dog friendly places to visit Can't think of anything else you may want to enjoy your stay . We will be back and can highly recommend .

What a great apartment.
What a great apartment. The garden was great for our dog to roam freely without the worry of him getting out. On site secure parking was another great plus. We were shown to the apartment by both David & Janet who told us about local things to do during our stay, they also said to ask if there was anything else we needed during our stay, we didn’t need to ask for anything, everything had been thought of.

Enjoyed our stay Devon Villas appt. lovely warm welcome from David and Jan. Excellent location 15 mins walk to promenade. Onsite parking which is important to us.

Fab garden apartment
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment as it had the garden and ideal location for exploring Torquay. Plus it had a parking space! Torquay is quite hilly so be aware of this but it’s easy to get around. There was a little confusion when we checked in but they were very nice and made us feel welcome.
