We enjoyed a very lovely (& wet!) break at Netherwood. It catered for everything we needed even down to dog treats! Very clean and perfect location. Catherine & Hugh were the perfect hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Netherwood was an excellent holiday home.
Netherwood was an excellent holiday home. The owners attention to detail was amazing with little extras provided which were above and beyond expectations. We were 3 adults with 2 small dogs who had every comfort in their own gated area with an immediate access to an outside garden. A lovely park, by the river was just across the road and a few minutes walk took you into town with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Despite mixed weather we really enjoyed the beautiful Derbyshire countryside and had a relaxing stay. Thank you.

Spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, comfortable, family-friendly accommodation. Fabulous owners who have thought of everything, the best place to stay in Bakewell (after several years of trying different cottages)! You will not be disappointed!! We will definitely return. Thank you!!

We couldn’t believe our luck ,it’s the best cottage we have booked with 2 dogs and it was spotless clean comfortable and in a wonderful spot with everything close by.The hosts are wonderful friendly couple with all the knowledge of local areas.The pubs and restaurants are fantastic,I would not hesitate in recommend this cottage to all my friends and family,and the weather for the 5 nights where beautiful and sunny

We had a great stay at Netherwood.
We had a great stay at Netherwood. Particularly reassured by the extra lengths to deep clean the house due to Covid-19. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It's very close to the centre of Bakewell and beautiful countryside. Would definitely recommend.
