House was nice. Loved the open kitchen/dining/living room area, and screened porch. Mattress was too soft in rear bedroom and tended to sag in the middle.

Great little cabin. This one is all about the beach and deck. Folly beach is a fun town. Would visit again!

This house was great. Updated and very clean. Loved walking in to music on. We had a girls weekend trip here and loved the open living space and the screened in porch and large deck. Only negative was a lack of storage in kitchen and bedrooms, but would still recommend and hope to come back some day.

House was clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful screened in patio and deck overlooking the ocean. The house was located a few miles from town so it was nice and quiet and private. Adding dressers and better beds (they were creaky and not very comfortable) to all the bedrooms would be a great upgrade.

The entire experience from start to finish was great. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Can't wait to return!

The home was beautifully situated on our favorite, quiet portion of Folly. The management team was wonderful to work with, quick and responsive. The home needed some TLC with door repairs, additions of box springs on all the creaky beds and cleanliness-there were a few ants and dirty towels left. Easy to overlook considering the view.

The house was very clean and cute. The enclosed porch on the back is a must. The outside shower on the walk over is a definite plus. I always love vacationing at Folly and this house was great for what I needed this year. If you're looking for a place you should try this one out. It's away from the hustle and bustle. The night sky is beautiful and the quiet is so very peaceful.

Ok. So, the house is right on the beach, in a really good location, and was generally clean. We had a good time, so it’s hard to give it too low of a rating. However, we had issues with the house itself. The cupboard wouldn’t open all the way because they would hit the ceiling and one of the doors had actually fallen off it’s hinges. The kitchen may have been the most poorly stocked of any VRBOs we’ve stayed in. A good percentage of the plates were plastic and/or chipped. The curtain in the one bath was torn and not connected to the last 3 rings, and the back door was nearly impossible to close/lock. The washer/dryer was old, rusty, and the dryer would stop well before anything was remotely dry. For as many as it slept, there was very little seating on the outdated and worn living room furniture. It did have plenty of seating around the dinner table, though. The place was actually pretty clean, just in some disrepair. It’s almost like they just stopped investing in it at some point, but it used to be nice. Or maybe they are still working to raise the quality? Not sure. I wouldn’t say don’t go here, but just don’t expect too much. Know that your getting a small house that you can fill with family and friends, and walk directly out on to the beach whenever you want. There is a ton of value in that too.

Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids very much enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront property. The house is well updated and had more than enough room for a group our size. The outdoor space is amazing and we very much enjoyed relaxing on the deck and walking the beach.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect...not too far from town but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful vacation with our family.

We loved practically everything about this house. The location was perfect for us...far enough from the main drag that the beach was never crowded, close enough to quickly get whatever we needed from town . It was clean and had clearly been recently updated. The screened porch, deck and boardwalk were perfect. The house was great for our size family (5) but I do think the living area would be too crowded for bigger groups. I really only have 3 smallish negatives...1. the bed in one of the rooms was almost concave in the middle and very uncomfortable to sleep on. I ended up on the couch. 2. The kitchen is pretty poorly stocked, so if you cook a lot of meals beware...it’ll due, but there are definitely no extras. 3. There’s no storage in the bunk room...not a table or cubby or anything to unpack onto and the closet in that room was full of cleaning stuff. None of these were major drawbacks and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I knew that they replaced the mattress, I’d book again in a heartbeat.

This house was perfect for our stay! The location right on the beach was absolutely amazing! We spent all our time on the beach, on the deck or on the porch. House is well kept and had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this place! The center of Folly Beach where the restaurants are is about 3 miles away. It is a cute little town with some cool restaurants and bars. The house itself has a great set up with 4 bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room for the kids. The deck out back seemed fairly new and the kitchen was very nice and updated. Our family had such an amazing time here and we didn’t want to leave!

It's incredible how big this house is considering how small it is! 4 bedrooms, perfectly placed. Two full baths, jack-n-jill-style. An ideal living room area and well appointed kitchen. Washer and dryer. Toys. Chairs, Boogie boards. Plenty of parking. And a beautiful deck that walks out right to the ocean, with a shower for rinsing off! We had two families in this place, and loved every minute of it. Thank you!

Beautiful house, great location! Came for a golf trip and the house was perfect.

We were lucky to snag this gem at the last minute for a long weekend. Everything is very well appointed; very clean. The space is warm and inviting for 2 (or maybe more) families. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a lot of light/windows, their own TVs should you want to tuck yourself away for the evening, and access to the two jack&jill bathrooms. The access to the beach is perfect! We have small kiddos and it was a safe and easy walk right out to the sand. If it was sunny, the kids sorted seashells on the deck. If it was raining, they sorted in the screened-in porch. Many options. Easy access to the restaurants on/near Folly (WikiWiki Sand Bar!) and to Charleston. We will be back!

I stayed at the house with 3 other college girlfriends for a long weekend and the rental was perfect for the 4 of us. The house is set up great for individuals wanting to stay in their own rooms, couples, or families with kids. The house is literally right on the beach so there is no stress in getting to/from the house with beach gear. Short drive or walk to downtown Folly with restaurants, shops, etc. The house was stocked well with kitchen equipment, nice bedding/towels, and new furniture. Highly recommend!!

I traveled to this beautiful and spacious beach house for a girls trip this fall. The house was even better than the description and had enough room for all of us. It was clean and set up for us at arrival. While the house was lovely and renovated the absolutely best part was the view and how it opened up right on the beach. I could sit on the back porch watching the ocean for hours. I cannot recommend this property more, you wont be disappointed.

House was very cozy. Close to the beach. My elderly mother could watch us from the porch areas both in the screened in area and on the outside deck. Quiet and relaxing. Would stay there again most definitely!

Great location on Folly Beach -- the beachfront was wide open for us to sprawl out each day and enjoy the sun. Nice walk or short drive down to the pier (with much busier beach) and shops; convenient into Charleston as well. Home was everything we needed for a quick Labor Day getaway including getting in some holiday BBQ'ing. Will be back!

Perfect size house for four adults and three kids (two 7 months and under). We walked right onto the beach to play and sat in the shaded screen in porch when needed. The house is nice and up to date. You might have to share a bathroom with your kid(s), but the location and price is worth it! I would stay again!

The property was clean and had a great location. The appliances were new and the grill was a great. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. Ocean breezes kept us cool outside on a spacious deck and screened-in porch. We did have a major issue in one of the bedrooms. The floor was buckled next to the bed and got worse during our stay- came up several inches to the point where we could no longer close the door and stopped using the room. It became dangerous. The outside deck could also be replaced- very rough. The great thing about this property was the location- not much traffic as it is about 3 miles from the main night-life area, Quiet with a beach that was hardly used! If they fixed the floor I would stay here again.

The house was small but really well done and maintained. The property was super clean while the linens and sheets seemed to be pretty new. Everything worked perfectly. The town was small but with plenty to do and Charleston was only a 20 minute Uber ride away.

I'll make this short and sweet. This property is really nice and the location right on the beach is phenomenal. This is a small house so just make sure you know that going in but 6 adults, 2 kids and a baby fit in here without a problem. The property could have been slightly better equipped, no blender, tongs for grilling, etc... would have been nice but that is small potatoes.

We loved this house and the location! The house is literally RIGHT on the beach! Updated, clean, spacious; with amazing rear house ocean views. Perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids; 9, 9 & 5). My only wish for a future stay here would be standard beach necessities; chairs, towels, umbrella and sand toys as it's not easy to travel with these items. Overall, our best beach vacation home yet! 😊

We recently rented this property for a family vacation. It is small, but it perfectly suited our needs. It was very clean and homey and I love that there are TVs in every room that are Netflix ready. The wifi was pretty good too. The table is perfect for family game night. The highlight of our trip was watching the full moon come up over the ocean. There were a few issues. The laundry room isn't very easy or convenient to get to. The other big thing was that every time we used the oven the smoke alarm went off. It went off 20 times or more, even with the fan on and the doors open. We had maintenance come out but there wasn't much they could do about it. It's just very sensitive. We ended up going out to eat more than we'd intended to because it was so annoying. There are some thing I felt the kitchen was lacking, a pizza cutter, for instance. There was also some water damage around the can lights and on the ceiling in the closets. This house is also lower than the other houses around it so the view is somewhat obstructed. I would stay here again though. All in all it was a great experience.

What a wonderful beach front home. The home is in excellent condition and had everything we needed for our weekends day. I loved opening the doors to the deck that was right on the beach.we will definitely be back at this little gem
