Quiet place Comfortable Nice area!

Great place and great backyard

Very Clean, well equiped and excellant hospitality by owners. Would highly recommend. Backyard pool, outdoor seating areas, decor and vibe was a gem!

I can’t recommend this house enough. From the start it was excellent communication with Scott. This house is close to stores and had every imaginable thing you could think of. They thought of toiletries, seasonings, dishes, extra bedding, sunscreen, aloe, laundry detergent. The backyard was amazing and the pool was awesome. The pool table and foosball table were a hit with my kids. They have a great entertainment room complete with candy machines and a popcorn maker. I have been staying in VRBOs for over 10 years and this is by far my favorite. We will definitely return.

This place has it all, the extras were so appreciated. The pool was nice and warm the kids loved it! Highly recommended!!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Scott’s house. He was gracious to let us in a bit early when we all arrived early, the house was perfect for what we wanted. We had glorious days, just laying in the sun and lounging at the pool, a perfect rest from the cold, (some came from -35c)and evenings filled with games and family memories. I think you’ll need more Yahtzee score sheets Scott. Wev

We really enjoyed our stay in Scott and Marie’s home. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool was beautiful, and the game room was so fun. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We would highly recommend this property.

Our family had a great stay, and everything was as it was listed. The house was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was available, even a cooler for our day trips! The back yard was a great place to spend a lot of our trip relaxing. It was quiet and secluded. Our kids spent a ton of time in the heated pool, and even with the temperature outside being a bit cooler it was very comfortable to swim in. The location was great as it was a very quiet neighborhood, but close to entertainment and shopping. Scott was super responsive, and the couple times I had a question we got a response immediately. I would definitely recommend this place if visiting the Phoenix area!

The host has thought of everything and what a wonderful oasis! Easy access to restaurants, shopping, nature (Estrella Mountain Regional Park was beautiful and affordable). Highly recommend a visit to the Desert Botanical Garden. We'd definitely recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to raceway! Woul just like owner to know that master bath toilet runs a lot! Might need to check that out.

The home was exactly as described and expected! It had all the amenities we needed for a family birthday weekend. From the beds, to TVs to game room to outdoor space, we had everything we wanted to just hang out and relax. Location was great as well to stores and restaurants and other activities! Could not have asked for anything more.

Our family stay at this property was beyond excellent because of the host's attention to detail. The kitchen was fully equipped and then some along with a good stock of cooking basics. Extra linens, pillows and blankets were available for every room as well as a good stock of pool towels. Pool floats, chairs, and outdoor tables and lounges all made pool time perfect. And the fussball and billiard tables provided additional fun family time. At every turn, it just felt like home! Do not delay in booking this property. Scott is responsive, caring, and supportive in helping you achieve a stay that will meet your needs in every way. We could not have felt more taken care of and are grateful for the attention to detail which made our stay so wonderful. Thank you, Scott! All the best!

Scott was great. We come down to Arizona about 3 times a year to play baseball. The house was located close to the fields..food..fuel and grocery stores. We will rent with Scott again.

This home was VERY clean and tidy! It was even better than expected. The master bed was super comfy. The patio and pool areas were well kept and absolutely perfect! We watched IndyCar and baseball from the pool! We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. I can not think of ONE thing it was missing. We had a stress free stay. I would not heistate to return to this fantastic home!!

One of the best VRBO homes we have stayed at over the years. The pool was nice and warm. House was clean and had everything you would need or had forgotten. Beds were comfortable. Scott went out of his way to ensure our stay was easy. He communicated quickly when a question was asked and took the initiative twice to come over and ensure the pool was clean - once after high winds blew in lots of leaves and once when he knew we had family coming for a few days. Backyard is awesome with a fire pit, multiple seating options, and fruit trees. Quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. Well stocked. Easy access to 10 and 303. Comfortable beds. Close to multiple fast food places, Target, Ross, Dollar Store, gas, car wash.

Super clean home. Loved the auto interior lights and outdoor pool lights. It was nice to come back to a lit home. Very quiet neighborhood except our first night. Neighbors were fairly loud enjoying time outside, not a big deal, as we heard nothing from any neighbors after that. Lots of walks exploring the neighborhood, very friendly people. We felt safe and didn't mind the 45-60 min drives to our destinations. Skyline Regional Park nearby was spectacular hiking. Owner had kind words and was fully responsive. Strongly recommend to others and would return myself.

This house was perfect for our vacation with friends and family. Beautifully landscaped back yard, fun pool table and foosball, and nearby access to the beauty Estrella Mountain State Park hiking. Highly recommended.

Loved our week at this home. It was perfect. Pool was great, everyone had their own rooms, house was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Excellent communication with the owner, too. Would highly recommend.

House was clean and well maintained. Nice decor. Foosball and pool table were great. Kitchen was fully stocked on anything you could need. Lots of nice extras on property- towels, throws, extra toiletries, cooler, pool float, etc.

Host was fast with responding to any questions i had and the house was very nice and clean! Provided everything we needed in the house and we would most definitely stay here again!

This property was extremely clean and Scott, the owner was super nice. This pool was very enjoyable and heated to the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful if you're looking for a place to stay and relax.

This trip was all about rest and relaxation and this property delivered on that. The house was perfect for all day sun by the pool and perfect nights either outside or in the entertainment room. Scott was also amazing to communicate with and made my first Vrbo experience great. Will definitely recommend to anyone and hope to be back some day!
