Great location close to the centre and in walking distance to everything, still comfortably quiet at night. Modern building and new amenities, impeccably clean, easy check-in.

The place is rather new, clean, and pleasant. The room was large enough for the packages, and there was also a wardrobe for the clothes. The staff was flexible with our request on dropping the package earlier than the official time. The location is excellent, is in the city center, close to the channel, restaurants, or even the university is within 30 minutes walk.
I have no critics, for this price, it is an optimal choice.

Check-in system, we didn't receive the code to get our keys from the lock. We were lucky the cleaning person was there to help us.

It was very clean, well located, and easy to check in.
Loved the shower si far the best one in our trip.
We got a little bit cold during the night, even with the heater on. It would be great to have an extra banquet. Also, better pillows wouldn't hurt either, but I would recommend this place with any hesitation.

the room was clean, comfortable and situated is a central location close to bars and restaurants. the shower water pressure was really good and had hot water all the time.
i would have preference if there was hair shampoo available not just body wash

Location is amazing and outweighs the somewhat minimalistic approach to the management of facilities. We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Owner and staff were pleasant.
No major issues. Little extras we are used to in other lodgings like drinking glasses would be nice,, but when requested, these were provided. All quite basic.

No ac! It was warm and open window to the street with no screens or curtains (just a roll down metal cover that prevented a breeze but didn't hide noise. (Partyers night one and lovers the second.

Location of the appartment is very good, nearby free parking and the city centre.
The apartment was not really clean. In the bathroom there was mold in the corners and in the shower. Towels had many stains and also the bed sheets wern't really white anymore. There was also a strange smell in the apartment.
There was a small space where you could sit outside, it only had just one broken chair (for a two person room) and a table.
