Property was run down, everything falling apart, kitchen cabinets hanging on one hinge, etc, broken electrical outlet and rusty inside fridge. And all this for hefty price of $2000 a week. It really does need updating. The dishwasher was extremely hard to get started. It took 30 minutes for me to get it to start on the last day we were there. The air conditioner worked but made a loud rattling sound. The toilet off the master bedroom wasn't working when we arrived. It was fixed we thought, but by the end of our time it wasn't flushing well. The garburator plugged even though we never even used it. We tried to make a meal in the oven, but after 90 minutes it was clear the oven wasn't working properly and we had to throw out that food. We tried to use the telephone. We couldn't call out but could receive calls. The was only one telephone as there was two in the past.

We needed to purchase some of our own itens such as a spatula for cooking eggs. Another problem was a broken cupboard door which we reported but was not repaired during our stay.

The downfall is not having office on-site. It was a hassle to drive to pick up keys and return them, especially if you need to catch a flight out. We didn't like having to use a key for everything; the lobby door and gates to get to the pool and beach did not work properly. I had to sweep the floor upon arrival and no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, very hot trying to sleep at night. We had 7 family members that got sick there during our stay....not sure what that was all about, but made it hard to visit everyone. Might think about wiping down the elevator floor buttons and wiping the door knobs and spraying with Lysol after a families depart the end of each week. We had family from California, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Key Largo and Oklawaha Florida. We also had Family from South Carolina that stayed next door in the penthouse.

Could not see the sunset from the balcony. Visitor parking very limited, just for two cars. Pool was clean and beach very well maintained with fine white sand. Telephone needed badly a new battery. Ramp on the balcony was slightly moving and require rapid fixing.Overall very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Would go back but probably stay in a three bedrooms to have a total unobstructed view of the beach.

The resort staff were very professional and helped us out of a bind. Another resort company messed up our reservations and we arrived.with no place to stay. They took us on a walk-in and treated us very well.

Loved the location, the view, and ease of sightseeing up and down the beaches of SW Florida. Our condo was adequate and comfortable. However, the washer and dryer was out of order to begin with, then, unfortunately, a water main broke and we were without water for 20+ hours. While that comes under the umbrella of ‘stuff happens’, the Property Management Company (who had said to contact them if we needed anything anything at all) was absolutely no help at all. We had to haul water from the swimming pool to our rooms in buckets to make the toilets flush. Six floors. With commitments on the second day, we asked, and was turned down, for a refund for that day so we could get ready for our appointments.....and had to go down to the Doubletree Inn to get a room. the management company even said they had no clue as to the name or address of the condo owners. I have never ever written a poor review, but I have to be honest of our unfortunate experience.

The property is beautiful,but the unit is dirty and outdated. The living room has been painted over wallpaper YEARS ago and every seem is popping. All walls, wood trim are scuffed, carpet in bedrooms is dirty and worn out, paint peeling off all cabinets in kitchen, Living room furniture is very old, dirty and very uncomfortable. Under sink cabinet broken and falling off. It’s a shame the owner rents the unit in disrepair, it should be updated or removed from rentals. The balcony was never cleaned before our arrival, covered in beach sand and toenail clippings,Gross.

We stayed on the top floor and upon check in we saw that the apartment even with that incredible view needs extreme updating and cleaning. I’m normally not so picky about how perfect places are but this place was unfortunately very dirty and made me basically have the feeling that I needed to keep my shoes on the entire time I was in there. The floor in the kitchen was extremely sticky. So bad I had to wash the floor myself. The furniture was also in need of a good cleaning. I felt the need to wash all utensils in the kitchen before using. The toilet seat in the master bath was constantly falling off. The whole place had an unfortunate dingy feeling to it. Such a pity because the apartment with a bit of a good power cleaning once in a while and it’s generally nice decor, could be spectacular! I don’t know if it was the owner or the cleaning crew who are responsible but If that was my apartment, I’d strive to make sure the upkeep of my ocean front property remained tip top. Especially when renting it out for top dollar!! If you rent here be prepared to clean it and wear your shoes at all times 👎😕

Reviewer Comments: The first thing we noticed, upon entering Unit #601, was the disgusting smell. It smelled as though there was a dead body or animal in the walls. It was obvious that the management company and/or owners knew about smell because there were air fresheners on every vent. We called the management company and they claimed ignorance. Despite using an entire bottle of Febreeze, this smell stayed with us the entire trip. The living room area was the only area well maintained. Everything else (Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and flooring) was old, run down and coated with dirt. I never walked on the floor bare footed. The door locks around the property were barely working and the elevator was unreliable. The pool was very nice. Best part of the property.

Mult small flies were in condo, carpet was dingy, remotes to TV in living room did not work, windows didn't seem to seal closed, lock to sliding glass door was hard to lock, blinds on sliding door were broke, bathrooms didn't seem clean, toilet seat in master bath was broke, kitchen cabinets are WAY outdated as well as the whole kitchen. The gross broom in the closet was worthless for sweeping anything, the tub in the hall bath clogged with every shower, the headboards on the beds were not connected. Overall-seemed like a dirty condo.

The refrigerator is missing guards on the door that keeps us from fully utilizing the space. The drawer on the stove is falling off. The kitchen cupboards are just disgusting. This unit is definitely on the bottom rung of all the ones we have stayed in at EI. It’s time to put some money into it.

We had to buy beach towels as they’re aren’t any towels or chairs to use on the beach.
Check out isn’t until 10 am, an unknown man entered the condo at 8:10 am the morning of check out as my husband and I were still sleeping. No knock no door bell nothing he just keyed his self in. Our car was clearly still in the designated parking spot and we still had 2 hours left b4 check out. I am very disturbed by this action.

The place could use a little TLC. Screen sliding door was completely broken. Kids rooms toilet had a hard time flushing. Could use a hair dryer in the unit. Overall we had a pleasant stay and the location was excellent!

It has a great location close to almost anything you need. The only negative is the overall maintenance of the condo. I read the previous reviews about broken toilet seat, blinds, etc. and thought "well that was months ago so it should be fixed by now". That was not the case. So if you read about broken or worn out items in the condo in the reviews then its a good chance those items have not been repaired. Its a broken toilet seat and blind away from a 4 or even 5 star condo review.
