The appartement is really big and well located. There is à 24h réception.

Location along the river was excellent! Loved having the ferry, Mercado, city parks, great restaurants within walking distance!

Friendly host, gave us the keys, walked us a few doors down to the house and then through the house and oriented us to the town. The house is huge - 3 floors with living space. Really unique space and perfect for families. We were a party of 5 that used the 3 bedrooms, but you could bring more people and use the sofa bed in the living room. The balconies are a highlight, overlooking the river and a walking street where the island ferry docks. It's a lively space, with lots of restaurants and shops just below you. A little loud a night, but perhaps that's the case elsewhere, too. I highly recommend this place!

Strong cleaning smell in entrance, but I appreciate that it was clean!

Everything was amazing

The air conditioning on the top floor bedroom was dripping

Perfect location. Easy access to the whole town restaurant scene and the Island ferry immediately opposite. Great air conditioning on all floors. Good soundproofing. Well equipped kitchen. Linked restaurant excellent. For description clarity there is a long flight of stairs to the first floor containing the lounge, kitchen, shower room and balcony. Next flight of stairs to two bedrooms with wardrobes and shared bathroom with tub and over tub shower plus second balcony. Third flight of stairs to large third bedroom with jacuzzi bath but no wardrobes.

Three flights of stairs! Only a sit down hand shower in top floor bathroom. First floor shower tiny. Wifi on 3rd floor poor. By car the property is accessed via a one way road with limited paid parking outside. (Two of the bays 15 minutes limit). Free parking about 200 meters away but can be very busy.

Very warm welcoming at the reception by Paolo (whose name I probably just misspelled). We stayed at number 124. The aptm was great value for money. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was aircon in all the rooms - which I guess anyone would be grateful for from May onwards, particularly for the attic-bedroom on the 3rd floor. The little balconies off the kitchen & each off the two bedrooms on the second floor were very cute. For those planning trips to Tavira Island, the ferry stop is literally outside the door and also next door is an Indian restaurant which seemed very popular.

The kitchen wasn’t as clean as we are used to.
