NOTHING

This is a very old storm damaged house! The exterior entry door is very difficult to operate and is old and loose. We had to leave the home unlocked. Moldy wall in master bdrm, (I contacted the city), you enter thru the garage and it’s moldy, dirty, takes on water, has a a door to backyard that has a 5” gap along the bottom- yes 5” ( anything can get in- home is on the water) dishwasher is not anchored and fell forward, broken recliners, broken ceiling fans, all season room is the only place with a tv other than bdrms but it’s too hot because the window a/c unit is about 20 yrs old and does not cool the room. That room’s exterior door also has about a 1/3 gap on the bottom and bugs get in. The floors are terrible! The house smells terrible- like mildew because of the moldy garage and in the house, broken blinds, ripped screens, loose toilet in master bath. The outside is a huge eye sore, part of the overhang is falling down, peeling paint, hole in garage exterior wall, tall weeds and trash in yard. THIS HOME LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES! DO NOT RENT! Property manager was no help and she’s never been to the home. How can you be an effective property manager if you’ve never seen the property?

ALL NEW APPLIANCES. Vacasa folks were very helpful—immediate response to lock system problems.

The furniture was old and broken down. The outside of the house had mold and mildew, as well as torn and missing screens. The lock system was difficult at best. Pictures showed a boat lift on the dock. It did not work and looked like it had not worked in a long time. The dock was old and full of splitters. I spend much less money on the Florida Keys in a VRBO house in much better shape than this house.

Property was clean. Had direct access to the water.

Several things need fixing. Microwave in kitchen did not work right (also wrong plate size for that appliance) Outside lights not working even after electrician was there. Light switches not easily identified. Faucet in kitchen sink leaking. Tv and VCR not working in one bedroom. Kitchen could have used some small plates., but mostly well equipped.

The place needs a lot of upgrading and work done to it, not really clean and has a awful smell when you walk In. The pier is broken and half of the appliances and lights did not work. It’s not worth the money and we will NOT be going back to this place at all.
