The apartment had everything we were looking for. We felt safe and appreciate that there is security. It was just the perfect size for our family of 4. I loved that the bedrooms had their own bathroom and that the 2nd bedroom had 2 double beds. The beach was quiet and I loved the amenities that were offered (shuffleboard, tennis, basketball and more). The pool was large and heated. It was close to the grocery store. We saw dolphins swimming in the water from our balcony. We would definitely return. It was a beautiful apartment.

We have stayed in Gulfront vacation rentals from Destin to Panama City. Pinnacle Port Resort on Carillon Beach is by far our favorite location for a guaranteed relaxing vacation. This specific condo exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, kitchen utensils dishes glasses and furnishings. The owner and the rental company were responsive to any questions we had.

This condo was beautiful and had all of the comforts of home. Everything was in working order and the beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we could ask for and the owner provided extra pillows, blankets, a few games, and even food storage containers for leftovers! The view from the balcony was amazing. We sat out every morning with our coffee while watching and listening to the waves and the seabirds. This location is probably one of the best in Pinnacle Port. It is right next to Camp Helen State Park and is the closest building to Philips Inlet which is beautiful and should be visited daily as it changes everyday! The layout of the inlet was always a bit different because of the flow of the water from the gulf and it is just a short walk down the beach. The dock is a wonderful place to fish and catch blue crabs so be sure to bring your fishing license! This condo did not disappoint us in anyway. And this spot on the gulf is so much more than just a stretch of beach. Its quiet and boasts a captivating display of the local wildlife. The ocean is an incredible blue and emerald green and is clear enough to see what's beneath the waves, and not just when looking from above! The sunsets are some of the most magical I have had the pleasure to see and one morning we awoke to a rainbow arching over the waters to the west. Stunning! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that we loved this condo and this location. We will definitely be coming back!

We have stayed dozens of times at Pinnacle Port, this was the nicest of any condo we have ever rented. The condo was decorated to be beachy and fun with everything we needed except our own swimwear! The owner was easy to work with before and after. We will be back ❤️

First off the location was perfect. We did not want to be in the busy section of Panama City and this was just what we wanted. Since this condo is the last building in this area it was so private. This was the best part for us. The condo itself was clean, spacious and perfect for a family of 5. The view was amazing. We were not too far from shops and restaurants. And the biggest plus was being in a gated community. If you are looking for a more quiet beach, family friendly area and an amazing views this is your place. We plan on coming back next year.

We loved it! It was quiet and somewhat secluded. We enjoyed not having to fight the crowd at the beach.

We have been staying at Pinnacle Port properties for 6 years. C3 is our favorite building. This unit is clean, updated, and the owner gives very detailed instructions on everything. This unit has more than you need. It was a wonderful stay. I would stay here again, or rent any of Patti’s properties.

Check in and out was very easy, the condo was right on the beach with a very short walk to the beach which was great! We have stayed at pinnacle port before and never had such a close stay to the beach as in this condo. Communication with property owner was easy and accessible. This condo was stocked! There was really nothing that we needed while here so that was a huge plus! Thankfully the air conditioner was fixed for our visit and worked wonderfully. I had 3 small vices that I'd like to note. The wifi was public and we had a hard time connecting at least 2 of the TVs to it. It went in and out frequently as well. Private wifi would be nice, I work remotely and it was near impossible getting a solid work connection. Tile floors would be nice in the bedrooms. The carpet in the bedroom didn't feel the cleanest just due to the dirt, sand and humidity naturally present being on the beach/ocean. The beds and pillows could use updated as well, the pillows and beds were not the most comfortable. However, with that being said... I would stay here again, those 3 small things aren't deal breakers as the rest of the condo and owner were very pleasant to deal with and as I noted earlier the condo had everything you could need.

The condo location was great with an amazing view of the Gulf. The condo was clean and we'll maintained. The beach was a very short walk from the elevator. The setup to cool the condo worked great. The one drawback was that the carpet and the floors seemed damp from all of the moisture in the air. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was great. We had some rain so wish the recliner sofa had worked & couldn’t get tv work bc Wi-Fi was public and password not given.

First of all let me say that the owner of this property is AMAZING!! Can't say a much for the property managers. This condo is perfection, stocked better than anywhere else I have ever stayed, absolutely awesome. But check to see if the AC is operating and if there is WIFI before you book. We arrived to portable ac units and fans which actually worked well because the owner took the time to have one in every room. But there was no wifi in the whole complex and i had school and work. Owner was KIND enough to provide a hot spot which we got up and going on Sunday evening. Talking to others in the elevator and on the beach and any had no working tvs and only had 1 portable ac unit in their whole condo. We were blessed and Ms. Patti the owner did everything to make this work, she was awesome. As far as the property management, I have YET to hear back from them when I called on arrival Saturday. I am now back home and never heard from them. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and everything is as presented. Just check on the ac and wifi!! :) I gave property management 5 starts ONLY so that the owner would not get dinged in her rating. But property management was NOT up to more than a 2 star. We have stayed at PP many times and LOVE LOVE LOVE this complex. Just check ahead on the things noted above.

I stayed at Pinnacle Port last year and loved the location. Unfortunately, we arrived on this trip to find that the air conditioning was out in 3 of the buildings in the complex, one of which was the one we were supposed to be staying in. We tried to stay a night without air but none of us, including the 2 year old, slept in the 85 degree indoor temps. We were moved to a house the next day but would have much, much rather have been able to stay here. Maybe next year.

We stay at Pinnacle Port each year and this building/condo is the way to go. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our condo was clean, that our stay was comfortable, and nothing short of perfect. She allowed us early access when she was finished cleaning and was super easy to communicate with during our trip. She even mailed my shoes back that I had forgotten. The condo itself was spectacular with amazing views and was just steps from the beach. We will stay here again for sure! The convection oven was a little tricky and took some time to get used to but otherwise no difficulties. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We loved the master shower and love that the second bedroom has two beds rather than one for the kids. Everything we needed was available including a sweeper, kitchen/cooking supplies, plenty of storage/closet space, etc... There was plenty of space to walk and was not overly crowded with decor. The only suggestion we would have is to replace bedroom carpet with solid surface/easy to clean floors. The carpet appeared clean but we always appreciate noncarpeted units when renting. Just a personal preference and certainly not a complaint. There was literally nothing to complain about as far as the resort/condo goes. We loved everything about C3-503 and hope to stay again soon! The one comment we did have was that communication with the rental management company was difficult and less than stellar once we were booked. It was not easy to make contact or get a reply back once we had secured our trip. I was honestly a little uneasy and worried during the trip down fearing that maybe it was a scam or we would not have the room we had booked. Everything turned out excellent and there were no hiccups with check-in or out...but better communication by Emerald Coast Destinations and a little reassurance would have been appreciated leading up to our trip. 5 stars!
