Clean, great view, all of the amenities needed!

Great property.

Door code didn't work. It took us an hour to get in. Once we were in, we were appalled by the filth. Grates were rusted, silverware was rusted. Paint and wallboard were torn away from the walls. Couches and carpets were filthy. It looks like a ghetto. Owner should be disgusted to rent this badly neglected place, and VRBO/Vacasa have been completely neglectful of our complaints. So disappointing to make this dump our vacation getaway.

Mere steps to the beach! The complex was well managed, immaculate, and had great emenities and close parking. DG market is right across the street and we picked up all we needed for food there.

This location was great. Right on the beach. Condo was clean and had linens and towels as well as kitchen supplies; ie plates, cups, utensils. Washer and dryer in unit was a great plus. The 2nd bedroom had tv with Roku that entertained our 5 year old. Beach supplies such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and buckets and shovels for sandcastle building was a plus. Market across the street offered quick access to some food items but Publix was just a quick drive up the road. Cute little surf town. Management on site was helpful. Pool was clean and other tenants were friendly.

Easy to rent! Looked like the picture!

Ended up going through Vacasa- don’t know why. After arriving on the first and unpacking everything I went down to office to get a parking tag. Complex manager asked if we were aware of the fact that the elevator was going to be out from the tenth to the twenty first. We are on the fourth floor and both unable to do stairs like that. Nowhere to go so we had to cut our vacation short. We wait all year for this and we’re so disappointed. The worst part is the manager said both Vacasa AND the owner of the unit were aware of this since September first. Had we known we would have made other arrangements. Other guests we met there said they were all notified about this before hand. Vacasa never returned my calls after their reps assured me they would. Their offer to relocate was for us to pack everything up again and go from a two bedroom two bath on a no drive beach to a studio a mile away across a major highway and walk to a public beach. Pool at new place was also closed. We chose the place we were at because our friends stay at next complex. Just totally upset about whole situation. We have used Verbo for many years and always been satisfied and taken car of. Would never recommend Vacasa to anyone. Just want you to know how they handle things. Vacasa or owner should have notified us so we didn’t have to leave six days early. All they cared about was renting the unit.

The property was the perfect place for us to escape the snow in Wisconsin. It was comfortable and clean.

Clean, quiet, well maintained property nestled in NSB. We felt safe and were close to a lot of activities. The pics were as advertised and the condo had plenty of amenities. We cooked a lot in house. Highly suggest renting this gem on the beach.

The condo was clean and affordable for our Holiday vacation. Unfortunately at the time access to the beach because of the hurricane was not there (you have to walk 1/4 mile to public access) and I hope they get stairs built soon. But I love New Smyrna beach and Hacienda's location to everything. It is a nice family atmosphere.

The condo was beautiful and decorated very well. Pictures listed online were exactly as they appeared. The condo was well appointed and truly a home away from home. We found it somewhat difficult to sleep with the amount of sun shining through the small blinds in the master bedroom. This room is ocean view and when the sun comes up the room is filled with light. No sleeping late. In addition, the living room, which is also ocean view, both rooms could actually use plantation shutters which would really give this property that added elegant touch and cut down on the amount of light that shines through

We stay at this property every year although this is our first time in this unit. Great location. Well equipped.

This condo was so cute! The master bed was extremely comfortable (spent most of my time in the condo in bed due to unforeseen health issues). It was handy having the washer/dryer unit in the condo, and the ocean view was amazing!

I rented this condo with four teenagers. We had plenty of room, the place was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and the four day stay. The market and three restaurants across the street was very convenient. The property was very well maintained and Mike the property manager was fabulous. We felt very safe in the area. The condo and the property was a little dated but it was clean and well taken care of. It's a quiet laid back area and we will definitely come back again. Thanks for the stay!

I loved staying at this property clean,quiet and the condo was equipped with everything we needed.

The condo had everything we needed, both for the beach and the stay. Any negative would just be minor. (I've rarely stayed in a beach condo that had enough hooks for hanging beach gear.) The beach was literally steps away and when we finished there the pool was great. It was also very quiet. I would recommend #407 to anyone.

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. We so enjoyed the non driving part of NSB! It was wonderful not having cars on the beach. Nights were so beautiful too with the sunsets north. The pool was wonderful. And so many people at the complex were friendly. Thank you so much. We’d love to return!

Loved the view. The couch has been updated from the pictures I saw on line. The beds in the spare room were lumping and made loud noises when rolling over. Watch out for the no see ums. Mike the property manager was amazing and LeeAnn and Bonnie were great.
