The location is perfect being directly on the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo was very nice and worked very well for our family. The only issues we had weee with the cleaning prior to our arrival. There were dishes in the dishwasher, the floor was so dirty our feet were black within minutes of walking barefoot in the condo and you could tell they hadn’t cleaned behind/under furniture. We found numerous little things; a ball, hair ties, etc. we probably wouldn’t have noticed that but we had 3 kids age 1-5 and they find everything. Other than that everything else seemed very clean. We would definitely stay there again for the location, convenience to lots of fun things and a spacious place to stay.

Great location and large comfortable space. Perfect for beach, bars and relaxing! Only downside is the pool location (in the garage) - and the heater was not on when we arrived (didn’t know there was one), so it was too cold to swim in.

I have stayed on Anna Maria Island for the last 15 years this was my first year at in the Bridge Street area. This condo was perfect. We did not use the pool but we were so close to everything. Steps away from the beach. The condo was nice and the people were friendly. I will stay there again. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying I own a rental property and we take a lot of pride in our rental, we fix things when they are broken and generally upgrade stuff every season. The pro's of this place which others have all 's the best location! Right on the beach and at the end of Bridge Street. The house needs some work. Things were broken when we arrived. The AC didn't work, the covering to the blinds was on the ground, thresholds were loose or missing, the handle to the slider was broken off and the hair dryer didn't work. The fridge had a sign that said don't touch the temp but it then froze our food and we had to throw away our veggies. Our bed had a ripped fitted sheet. For the amount charged the owner should invest in this place. Buy some new outdoor cushions. The roll away beds are a good idea but it was FILTHY and basically just had springs and no cushion. The beach chairs are rusty and the closet for guests to use things is basically a dumping ground of items that other people have left. Another helpful hint..leave cleaning stuff for the 's not that expensive and it goes a long way in maintaining your house. When we called the rental company, they were FANTASTIC and acknowledged that there were things that needed to be fixed.

Island Vacation Company has very knowledgeable and polite employees. A few minor issues ie: batteries were dead in the TV remote but those were very small concerns with the view and comfort that we had for the week.

This was our second year staying in this building (we stayed in a different unit last year) and once again, had a wonderful time!! The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. It is an easy walk to so many restaurants. The trolley stop right out front was so convenient. The condo itself was great. Very spacious for our family of 4. We were a little surprised to find that the balcony is screened in. It wasn’t an issue-I just prefer no screen (I don’t want anything blocking my view of the beautiful gulf 😊). We would definitely stay again!!

Knowing that, you can expect some noise but it significantly declines after 10:00. Balancing the noise are the exquisite sunsets. The condo was generally clean-it is rental season with only a few hours between guests. The real problem with this rental is the quality of the mattresses. They are horrible. I am in shape and healthy w/o back issues but could not sleep at night and left unable to turn my neck. I’m retrospect I should have ordered a quality topper from Amazon. It would have been worth the expense. Because the mattresses were so bad, I couldn’t rent the property again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Overall we had a fantastic experience. We have been coming to Anna Maria for years. This is the first time we have not stayed on the North end of the island. It was fantastic! Our adult college age kids loved the opportunity to roam around down town. Proximity to the beach was amazing! We will be back!

The fact that the furniture etc is not super updated and worn out I can somewhat handle but the nasty tile floor, dirty carpet, broken blinds, fans with dust on them an inch thick, all of the bath mats laying on the master bedroom bed and furniture that stunk so bad you didn't want to sit on it. My husband refused to sit on the couches. Great location and views but if that was all this condo has to offer.

Biggest problem we called IVP a couple days ahead of time to see if we could get in early on Saturday. Then day of arrival at 11:30AM and told they were still cleaning but would call me when done. Never heard from IVP. Arrived at 4PM and cleaning crew still there until just past 4:30. Well past check in time. Floors need deep clean. Socks were black first day after cleaning. Refrigerator water and ice dispenser did not work. Patio furniture needs a refresh. Sames as it was many years ago. Great location right on the gulf.
