The best things about this hotel is the location, location, location... it was walking distance to absolutely everything downtown section. The room was clean and if you had a view it is amazing

The luxury price does not match the experience... it is a decent average place to stay but you are not paying for a high luxury, personalized experience as would be expected at a luxury location (high end services, response, amenities, room details). You are paying for the location. We had Basic average hotel issues: -there wasn't anyplace for us to put our suitcases... had to move the stuff off the table to have a space to hold one of our suitcases -and also couldn't use our lock box, yes reported it but they couldn't get it fixed for the entire time that we were there So expect basic, average, clean, nice staff, beautiful view... but you are paying for the location... which can be important for some people

Great location with lovely staff by the pool

We had room 207 with a hot tub. The room itself is fine (although the bed is pretty terrible and woke us up every time we moved in the night because it is so loud!) but the bathroom has never seen a bottle of bleach in its life. The mould / limescale building on the toilet top, toilet bowl, and around the shower is not good. The shower fixtures are rotting. Long black hairs baked into our breakfast this morning (my husband is bald and I am blonde - not ours!) Could be a really nice hotel, just needs to up cleaning and hygiene measures and give the rooms a little TLC!

Comfy and close to everything, Can be easily reached all the retaurants and shops nearby. The room was comfortable . The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier than the restaurant's opening hour. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything.

Five star service! This hotel is well located in the heart of Naousa. Rooms with very comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms is attentive and detailed (fresh smelling all over the place ) . Front office staff are helpful and treat travellers as long lost mates. Breakfast is amasing- staff here are helpful and interested in high quality service.

Lovely little hotel in a great location within a very short stroll of Naoussa in the north of Paros.

the pictures on booking look nothing like the place. it was dirty, the floors were wet, the shower was rusty (there was no shower, it was a big tub in the room) and there was a really bad smell as soon as you enter the place. there were rubbish bags all along the corridor leading to the room. horrible.
