18 beds same room and there is no pools in spa and saunas was not on :)

Lage war sehr gut, Personal superfreundlich, Zimmer war sauber und es war eine lustige Erfahrung.

Das Frühstück, war jetzt keine Geschmacksexplosion, aber man wurde satt. Hätte mir ein wenig Tomaten & Gurke zu dem vegetarischen Frühstück vorstellen können. Aber gut, alles geht nicht. In dem Bettwäsche und Handtuchpaket waren nur 1Handtuch pro Person vorgesehen (da finde ich für ein WE schon ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch angemessen)

The staff is really nice. I never saw a hostel which is so clean and good organized. The rooms are comfy and the highlight is the spa area. Breakfast was very delicious and it takes just 5-10 minutes by feet to get to the oldtown. We are coming back. Thank you!

Wij waren als teamweekend met ons hockeyteam naar Maastricht en hebben met 15 mensen hier verbleven. We werden heel goed geholpen en overal werd aan meegedacht. De huisjes waren heel netjes en de bedden lagen ook lekker. Wij waren ‘s avonds laat thuis na het uitgaan en alles was open. Hele aardige nachtportier. Kortom: locatie perfect, huisjes schoon en goeie bedden! Super accommodatie voor een grote groep!

Nice staff, everything clean, nice ambience, great location near city center and station, nice choice of sleeping places (dorm or private pods), staff member recognized me from a visit more than 1 year ago!

Direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof, Fussweg zur Innenstadt 10 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.

Leider war unser erstes Familienzimmer sehr stickig, schimmlig und feucht. Die Hochbetten wackelig und knarzig. Wurden dann in einen anderen Teil des Hauses verlegt, da wars ok. Ist ein abgenutztes Hostel, aber mit 4 Kindern in einem Zimmer bezahlbar für einen Kurztrip.

I liked only the location.

Poor service. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Dust and dirt everywhere on the floor, hair on bed. Rooms are too small and 4 bunk beds were squeezed in that tiny room. No space to walk in the room properly and if you are not careful enough you will end up bumping your head here and there. Extremely overpriced, we paid 150EUR for one night for just one room and shared toilet.

The location is nice and the beds are good. The entrance / restaurant area are charming. The management pays attention to customer happiness, and pro-actively reacts on reviews.

When we arrived, the bathroom was not clean. We notified the staff who promised to follow-up, but did not, which was disappointing. However, after our stay, management contacted us (after reading our review) with apologies and offered a free visit or money refund, so that's definitely a plus for customer service and handling feedback. Hopefully it was an incidental situation which they managed to solve afterwards. The room was very basic, which is ok but not for this price point. 70-80 euros should be the price for a small basic room like this, not 150. We did not expect a luxurious hotel, since it is a hostel, but this should be reflected in the price.

Het personeel was vriendelijk, de keuken, woonkamer, wellness en douches waren goed en schoon.

De gym was kapot/dicht, dit was niet van te voren bekend. Het gaat mij niet om het bedrag maar ik moest €2,50 meer betalen dan booking aangaf. Ook de wellness was duurder geworden.

the shared spaces such as the bathrooms were new and in excellent shape for being used by so many people. Overall great design and ambient. If it wasn’t for the snoring in the shared bedrooms the stay would have been excellent. I even enjoyed the bunk bed after getting used to climbing ☺️

Улучшить немного уюта в Комнате. Было очень холодно когда посетила этот отель 15 декабря 2023 года я пять дней ночевала и выехала 20 декабря. И всё время работал в этой комнате холодный кондиционер . Можно в следующем году лучше поставить обогреватели. Было бы здорово. 😁спасибо заранее

The location, the mattress and the lobby.

We booked a private room with a private bathroom and the images showed a double bed. When we settled in, the room we had was one of the quadruple rooms with a double bunk bed and a private bathroom in which the shower was in the middle of the room. There was no privacy when showering. The heating only went to the top bed of the bunk in which you couldn't breathe because of the heat and the bottom bed didn't receive any heating.

El ambiente que se respira es fantástico, Puedes estar tomándote una cerveza viendo las maravillosas vistas .

L’emplacement : super pratique d’être à côté de la gare des trains et des bus. Tout est faisable à pied vers le centre ville. Chouette décoration, lit confortable, endroit super cosy

L’insonorisation des chambres … Malheureusement on entendait tout lorsque des personnes parlent entre elles dans les couloirs.

verwarming brandde niet toe n we om20u aankwamen... lukte ook niet om die zelf op te zetten, maar na kort bezoekje aan receptie werd dat van daaruit verholpen ..

Er was niet veel glutenvrije variratie qua eten eigenlijk alleen maar brood dat was meer dan genoeg verder alleen maar kaas en wat yogert en kwarkt.

War er wel gratis is voor het ontbijt en waarvoor je moet betalen als je deze eten of drinken neemt.

Great location central to the city and the university, lovely clean comfortable rooms with lovely fresh linen. We were met by really friendly staff.

The stairs rail needs repair to the upper floor, otherwise overall great.

The location was really excellent, the staff were friendly, and the concept was cool. We booked a private room and seems we got unlucky with the price (on the expensive side compared to hotels), which set our expectations higher.

For the price, the room was a bit too basic (towels needed to be requested) and small. The layout of the room was a bit awkward with the slanted roof, so it felt like there was very little space. There was also no bedside table, and even though the bed was very low, it would've been nice to have.

They had told us before hand that facilities were out of order but only indicated that the spa was shut but when I asked about the guest kitchen they said it was shut and there was no kitchen which is essential for me You could hear everything outside the pod

Close to the station is great. It was also very quiet. Very friendly and supportive staff. I was very curious about the concept of the hostel, but it worked very well for me.

Good location near the station and the bus stops. Easy to travel out on day trips like taking the bus to aachen. Great to be able to wash clothes. Although dryer function cannot be used, we can hang our clothes in the ‘heat is on’ room which is useful! Washing powder can be bought at the counter for 1 euros

The bathroom in our room always floods after showering. Think would be poor drainage in the bathroom and water always splatters out from the shower. Had to clean up every day which we did not mind doing so. However, will be good if they can provide towels. We had also requested from reception for housekeeping as we are staying for 4 nights and the trash is piling. The next day, a housekeeper knocked on our room and we vacated for her to clean. To our surprise, when we returned it wasnt clean. When we talked to the housekeeping lady again she only kept pointing/gesturing at the counter downstairs which i think meant we should ask the counter. Due to language barriers we didnt manage to get our word across that we already communicated to the reception a day before. We let the matter off as its also our last night there already.

The location is perfect, near the city centre and just around the corner near the train station. Basically in the hearth of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, the building itself is relatively new and everything is clean. The common areas are nice and cozy.

The room had little sound proofing, and some guests were noisy during the night.
