Our family had a lovely time getting together for a week at this lovely home after being apart over 20 mos. due to Covid. This home is absolutely spotless and has everything you could want in a vacation home and more! All you need to bring are your clothes and food, everything else is there for you. We will definitely keep this on our list for future vacation spots. One note, if you are looking for easy access to walk into the water, this might not be the right spot for you. There's no beach or sandy area, and the walkway down to the dock is a little precarious if you're older or have any balance issues.

This property is beautiful! The house has many updates since pictures were posted. Absolutely no complaints from us and we would rent again.

We had an amazing time. The house is absolutely beautiful and the perfect/central location to tour the vineyards in Stonington and enjoy the restaurants in Mystic. Everything about the trip, from booking to departing was flawless. The owner was so quick to respond and had a ton of information in the house for places to go and things to do. Our stay in this well-appointed home was wonderful! As you can see, 5 stars across the board! The house was SUPER CLEAN upon our arrival and water views delight from nearly every window!!! The home provides all that is advertised - great layout for families, walkout deck over looking the lovely cove as well as all amenities one may need. Just bring your toothbrush! The setting is beautiful and peaceful, yet it takes only minutes to get to both "downtown" Stonington as well as bustling Mystic (both with many great dining options)! The owner has two kayaks for use - my husband and sons (ages 12 and 7) used them daily (FYI - the rock stairs down to the floating dock are a bit tough to navigate for little kids and grandmas and grandpas with walking issues - not an easy in/out for swimming). Working with Jo was very easy and she is very quick to reply to any email! We thank you very much for sharing your lovely home - we hope to return!

Nice home which is very convenient to a lot of activities in Connecticut and RI. The house is well equipped with a great layout.

This house was everything we were looking for - spacious, well furnished, with a beautiful view of the bay. The owner could not have been nicer and more helpful, and always responsive. The house was fully equipped with all kitchen, bathroom and bedroom needs, as well as extras, such as games, bikes, kayaks, a grill and beautiful deck with plenty of chairs - and it is clear that the owner enjoys hosting. The area is beautiful and so relaxing. We would definitely rent again.

Property well kept and tidy. Hostess most accommodative and provides for a fully equipped stay. Book of local attractions and locations superb. High point , dawn on the lake and early kayaking. Wonderful place for an Amtrak train spotter and family stay. They also have a good game collection. The Pictionary white board was a pleasant surprise.

And this home is one of the very best! After a day in the Mystic museums, coming back to this lovely home was just what we wanted! In fact, we liked it so much, that we cut short our time in another vacation rental, and returned for two more nights! Located in a quiet community, this home has fabulous water views from virtually every room, as well as from the large deck. It is beautifully furnished, has great bedding, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for some serious cooking. Jo, the owner, was very responsive, and easy to work with. I can't say enough about this great home! You will not be disappointed!

A beautiful property with great access to the ocean. Owner was very responsive and great to deal with. House is very spacious and clean. Kitchen has everything you need! We all commented on how comfortable the beds were. We had a great time here. I would highly recommend this property.

House was amazing, with lots of room. Loved that all the switches were labeled, so we didn’t have to figure out what went with what. Having a binder with things to do in the area was very helpful too. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and the views are incredible. The home owner was so kind, hospitable and quick to respond. The house was only a short drive from the 3 wineries we visited, as well as to downtown Stonington where we had dinner on the water. Definitely recommend!
