excellent property right on the sea. Apartment is very spacious, comfortable, bed and ice cold air throughout. Location was excellent, ground floor contained grocery store and café with seating on the sea only a 1 to 2 minute walk from the port. also, on the ground floor is a car/scooter rental business (Foti rentals). foti rentals also speak very good English and can set up excursions and tours for you. (one stop shop). All kind and honest people at this location.

Large apartment overlooking the marina. Fantastic location close to ferry terminal, making access with luggage very easy, and with a stunning view. Wonderful little bar area over the road right on shore line where we had coffees and drinks. A perfect spot.

On main street, can be a bit noisy but nothing to worry about if you’re used to city life

This place felt like a life saver to me! I was supposed to go to Panarea from Milazzo, but the winds were too bad all ferry's were cancelled aside from to Lipari. So I took the ferry to Lipari, stopped at a cafe at the port, looked for a place to stay with ocean view and I'm so happy I found this place! it's like a 4 minute walk from the ferry! Great view, right above the fruit shop that also has other amazing delicacies. The location cannot be beat! I was there during low season March, and I can't be happier with ending up here it was absolutely perfect! Nice balcony with chairs, great restaurants close by. I walked to Cennato. I ran to Belvedere of Quattrocchi one morning and the next morning I ran to Punto Panormaico. Even if you don't run to those places, do not miss them, especially punto panoramico! I was traveling solo but felt so safe. Cafe shop/ferry ticket so close. I'm so glad I ended up in Lipari and at this place! No frills but perfect for me. Highly recommend as it also seemed so updated. Eat at Osteria San Bartolo, 4 minute walk away and at Filippino restaurant, like 8 minute walk.

Very cute room with a very nice sea view. Great location with a well equipped (incl. wine) shop downstairs. Very nice hosts who organised wine glasses for us :)

Very loud sound of sea during bad weather which woke me up at night - but this is a side effect if you want to be close to the sea of course :)

Location is unbeatable - couple of minutes walk to the port and the town centre with a great view overlooking the marina. The space itself is clean, comfortable and perfect for a two person stay. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating with requests.

We could not have asked for a better place, with a beautiful view over the harbor. Our apt was sparkling clean and very modern. We believe we had the best location by the harbor, the produce market, restaurant, and the scooter rental. The owners, who were always available, were wonderful people. We could not recommend this place more!!

Our only suggestion would be to change the name to express how wonderful their place really is. It is much more than a Deluxe Lipari Room; more like a Deluxe Harbor View Lipari Apartment.
