Location was very close to the beach and nightlife, but far enough so that it’s very peaceful in the nights. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The air-con is locked for 25deg. C and on warm nights, it can get stuffy. Would be nice if the aircon temperature is adjustable as per individual preference.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and everything was great. The host was waiting for us when we arrived, showed us everything and we could start our vacation. The place was spotless, we also had a room with a sea view! Everything is like in pictures. They also cleaned our room during our stay, the cleaning lady was very kind and nice to us. We did not cook or anything but as we saw the kitchen had basic equipment. There was a coffee machine and a kettle as well. It has also a nice garden. Overall we liked here and would stay here again.

the only good thing is the location it’s close to the beach , supermarket and to the zante town .

Difficult to sleep because of mosquitoes. Also, limited conversation with stuff.

My stay in Pavlos studios has been great ! The owners are very kind and hospitable, the apartments are far enough from the center for not being dirturbed by the noise of the people in Laganas but quite near to reach it by walking less than 10 minutes on the beach. Very confortable also the inner parking. My apartment was in the corner at the first floor, the view was wonderful. Exceptional cleaning service with linen change every two days. I absolutely suggest this studios for a stay in Laganas.

I recommend this place with all my heart. Owners very nice and helpful. They have their own garden with fruit. They allow you to try these fruits with pleasure. A place very close to the beach. Restaurant. Clubs and bars. Everyone will find something for themselves. I highly recommend and definitely go back there :)

The location is very close to the beach. Rooms have everything you need, beds are comfortable, free parking infront. Room was very nice with LED lightning in 4 or 5 options, if you want to be romantic. Host is very nice and helpfull. We have lovely stay!

The location is very close to the beach but it is far away from the noise. Close to the supermarket, good restaurants, nice beach. The host was very nice and they offered us an early check-in whith no charge as we had a morning flight and we were with a little kid. We are very grateful for all their kindness. The accomodation has everything you need.

Everything was amazing! The hosts were really friendly and responded to our questions very fast. The location is great as well: it is a few minutes away from the city centre, so you can easily reach it on foot. Even though there is no direct access to the beach, it takes a couple of minutes to reach it. The rooms are cleaned every day, the air conditioning is working without any issues.

The location is perfect you’re no more than a 1 minute walk from a small market shop, the beach and all the restaurants on the main beach front. The clubs, food places and main town is about a 25 min/half an hour walk. The place itself is a really pretty building and very well presented, The staff were so helpful they even helped book a taxi for our departure. We hired a car from the vehicle renting place behind the apartment building which I definitely recommend doing if you’re someone like us who can’t stay in the same place or just relax, as taxis are expensive to get to all the other towns and the landmarks ect. The rooms were clean and tidy and get cleaned every day! It’s a perfect place to stay for couples we would definitely stay again

( we stayed in the room that hadn’t been updated, the others might be completely different) The room we stayed in wasn’t very modern or updated. the shower was really small especially for my 6’4 partner, and water would leak out everywhere so we were constantly having to mop the floor and all our towels would get soaked and dirty. The pillows and bed were really hard. Usually you have a soft pillow and a hard one but they were all so uncomfortable. it’s a small thing and not important to some or most people but we really struggled without a full length mirror to look at our outfits or even do our hair we only had a small square on we could see our faces in. REGARDLESS of this I still WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE I never usually do reviews so please if you’re not bothered about any of this ignore the negatives because tbh we didn’t really care either we would 100% stay again, especially for the price, location and lovely hosts.

Perfectly close to the beach. Maria is lovely and went out of her way to book us taxis and give us recommendations. She made sure our stay was as good as possible.

Tiny, but cosy studio, very close to the beach. Seaview from the bed. Small shop nearby for any grosseries you like. Location is nearby city center without all the crowdiness. Fruit trees in the garden and you are allowed to eat the oranges, lemons, etc. Maria and her mom are lovely hosts, superfriendly, doing all they can to make your stay even more pleasant.

The shower was a challenge to handle, we are used to the variance of hot and cold, but the water sprayed in all directions making the whole bathroom wet.

Nicos, the owner was an exceptional host. He came out to meet us in the rain with umbrellas and gave us one for our stay. He would always check on us via Whatsapp and would always come over for chat/catch-up when we were in the room, always providing the necessary assistance like booking cabs for us whilst helping us plan our trip with vouchers for excursions. On the second evening he brought over a 1.5 litre bottle of wine for us that was exceptional. He was always on hand for any reason. Making us feel at home. The apartment was fully kitted for cooking, exceptional location and the cleaner was very friendly too. He also gave us hours of extra time at check out for however long we wanted to take. I would and already have recommended his place to friends and family.

Very nice accomodation located near the sea in silent area. Hosts were very kindness and helpfull. Everyday gave for us grapes from garden. So Nice time spend in Zakynthos. Big thanks for Maria’s family. Recomend you!

We highly recommend these apartments! Located very close to the sea, and not far from a small store, bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners themselves were very efficient in answering all our messages and helped us in various situations.
