Weak water in the shower, smell in the shower & it's clogged.

Conveniently located- within walking distance to Central/Tops and Naka weekend market(sat/sun)- landlord Anirut was excellent obliging and his assistant Ms Mo was also very kind and helpful plus her kind husband provided taxi service and took me by motorbike to Makro on first eve to get groceries

A, our host is very accomodating and Professional. He even helped with the nearby landmarks, and gave some good tips in saving money during my Phuket Trip. Room is good for Solo Female Travelers. Safe. Complete with home-cooking stuff, laundry soap, even toiletries. Easier access for minibus and motorbikes just outside the gate of the building.

Only you can hear the noise from other rooms banging, but it doesnt happen all the time and doesnt disturbed me that much. Nothing I didnt like. Overall a good experience for me.

Anirut helped us a lot from cab bookings, to phi phi trip , from guiding us around phuket. He replies very fast and is a very good host. The room is nice, and bathroom is.clean. kitchen has sufficient items for cooking.

The bed was too hard for me, but I experience this a lot The location looks superb for Central Phuket on the map, but if you're a pedestrian you have to use a steep bridge with very very small steps and then walk around the mall to find access The gym is ridiculously small for a condo this big The kitchen had ants spawning time after time so food prep was out of the question and I asked to leave, feeling disgusted and hoodwinked Speaking of spawn, and for some it will be a plus, but random cats roam the complex It could do with a lamp or two for better lighting control as it's pretty full-on as is Didn't use the pool in my short time there, but it looked less than good

Location,facilities was so and so . Not quite accessible .
